I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. The test drive and purchase all went very smoothly. I felt that we both came out of it happy. The vehicle I purchased had low miles and has been working great. The dealer also helped me with ordering a spare tire for the vehicle and was willing to split the cost with me. Very happy with the whole experience.

Bought a 4Runner from them. Communication was good, they even sent me pictures of the frame as requested from a shop lift. There was some damage to the roof that they said they d fix after I bought it. To be honest I was expecting it then to find some shop to just do a cheap fix but it looks great! They made the buying process super easy and transparent compared to other dealers I was working with (guys like alpine overland who was just rude or another place trying to sell me a totally rusted out frame).5 stars for these guys

Really enjoyed working with the guys at PMR auto. Dean and his brother who are in charge are both very friendly, personable, honest, and fair. After buying our van, a few days later the van had minor engine problems and one of the sliding doors stopped working. I informed Dean and he had it taken it to their repair guy free of charge for us, even though he wasn t legally obligated to do so. I was very impressed by their integrity. I highly recommend doing business with these fine people.

We have been purchasing cars here for years and Brad has always taken care of us. We love them so much we moved to Florida and still buy cars from them and have them shipped out.

It's been a long time since we have purchased a vehicle from a dealership, and there is always that nervousness of "what are they going to try to push" or talk me into our charge me extra for etc. None of that was the case with PMR auto. They were ready going, not pushy on the least way, and very friendly and approachable. As soon as we walked in we mentioned the vehicle we were looking at, we going out online first. Alanna went and got the hey and asked if we wanted to test drive. We did and liked the car so much we wanted to buy. That was the best part. Instead of hours or filling out paperwork and waiting, like our previous experience, it was quick and painless. The next morning we noticed the headlight was out and there was a gouge in one of the tires. I reached out and they were super friendly, apologized, set up the appointments to get them both fixed and took care of the whole thing. Such a great experience and people to work with.

PMR is great! I bought a Tesla from Alanna, and even after they found out a fix I requested wasn't under warranty, they paid for the repair themselves! Amazing customer service! Everyone was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'd recommend them any day.

Amazing car buying experience!I discovered PMR while looking for a 2015 Honda Pilot. They had one for a great price with a clean title. They let me take it for a test drive and have my mechanic look it over. Everything looked great. The reps at PMR were never pushy about anything and amazing to work with. I purchased the car and there were no surprise fees during checkout. The doc fee was $300, and the price was the advertised price they had on KSL.After buying the car I noticed the Traction Control light was on and I couldn't turn it off. When buying a used car it's "As Is", so I was worried I'd be shelling repair money on a car I just purchased. I contacted PMR and they told me to bring it back to them and they'd have a Honda dealership take a look at it. This is the part where they go above and beyond what I was expecting, they were able to get it to the dealership and have them figure out what was up with the traction control, but then they went out of their way to drive the car back to my office before I finished work. The next week I had the driver side roof molding (the rubbery strip on the roof of a car that goes from the front windshield to the back) come off while on a trip. PMR again was quick to get the part and have someone put it on.This is a used car and they weren't obligated to do any of these things, but they did. I really think these guys are just honest solid people who really value their customers. I'm super glad I bought my car from them and plan on doing more business with them in the future.

Purchased a 2022 Tesla model X from them. I forgot to get the carfax report. I didn't think I needed to as they seem to be a reputable dealership. I found out that it had been in a front-end collision because the car saved the dash cam footage to the car instead of the USB drive. It only does this if it detects the airbags are deployed. I then ran a carfax and saw it is on there. I'm not really happy they they didn't disclose this information to me.Other than that, they're easy to work with.

Last weekend I bought a Beautiful white Honda pilot from PMR Auto. Two years ago I purchased a Honda Odyssey from them also. We have loved both of our vehicles. I have had absolutely no problems with either vehicle. There was no pressure in buying the vehicles and they were extremely friendly and easy to work with.We will for sure be going back for our next car.

Bought a Jeep from this place. They told me it had been checked out by the Jeep dealer nearby and that it was mechanically sound. Within a week I got check engine lights indicating transmission issues; the mechanic I took it to told me the transmission fluid and filter were incredibly dirty, in dire need of replacement. I paid the $220 fee to service the transmission, but continued to have issues, so I took it to a transmission expert. The specialist I took it to recommended a transmission rebuild for $3400!Brad called me concerned with the issues I expressed in my initial review. He reached out and was willing to communicate with the transmission expert. He got the tax deducted from the repair cost, and even offered to help cover a part of the repairbcost. He did this even though the car came with no warranty - simply because he wanted to make things right for a customer.During the sales process, I felt very at ease with Brad. I never felt like he was pushing me into something, and I don't believe they were aware of the issues that began to appear with the Jeep after I bought it.PMR did offer me a competitive trade in value for my vehicle, and I thought the vehicle I was purchasing was competitively priced. That was another positive aspect of my experience.

Super low-key sales and service. Never any pressure. Great selection inventory and well worth the drive down from SLC. Kevin (and Dean) were everything you would hope to expect from an auto sales company. Forget everything you have previously experienced from high-pressure car dealerships. They know what they are doing and take service (even after the sale) to a whole new standard. I had a couple glitches that they took care of immediately a couple weeks later. They took care of financing on site at an incredible rate and the paperwork didn't take more than 15 minutes. I will NEVER buy a car from anyone else. They have my business for life. Thanks, guys!

Update,The truck they sold me to make things right from my original purchase was also a damged vehicle repaired and sold as a clean carfax but sure enough was a wrecked car sold as clean vehicle. I will Never buy here again. Buyer Beware.Old post: These guys are legit. They are good to work with even if you have issues. I had bought a car 2 yrs ago from them, I went to trade it in at another dealer on a new car. Found out it had accident damages that were reported on carfax history that reported a year after I bought it. I went in and voiced my concerns about this and they were understanding and explained that this can happen and is a part of used cars and occasionally can happen. I was trading my car in because I needed a truck for work. Other dealerships (big name dealers) offered me thousands less for my trade because of the accident that got reported later. PMR gave me a very fair trade in price (thousands higher than the big guys) and a great deal on a newer truck that suited my needs. I will definitely buy from these guys again because of the way they took the time to listen and find a solution that helped me out even tho they didnt know this when they sold (so they said, found out later this was untrue) me my car originally. This is great service after the sale. They were more than fair and professional thru this problem.Im on the road in my new truck and happy that these guys were stand up dudes that cared enough to make a bad situation into a good one!!!Thanks Dean and Brad!!

Despite their easy going appearance and welcoming office, I would highly recommend not buying from PMR Auto. They don't sell complete lemons but they aren't honest about the condition of their vehicles and withhold pertinent information.PMR Auto is nothing more than 2 brothers conning innocent people. They intentionally withheld information that has since resulted in more than $2,000 in repairs.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONS. And no, I will not reveal who I am or divulge any info for you to use to determine my identity as you so plainly do in your responses. Be better.

We bought a car from them 2 years ago. Has had multiple transmission and electrical problems. We are in the process of trying to sell the vehicle now and are being told by other dealerships the vehicle had structural damage 5 months prior to us purchasing it. No mention of this at time of sale. Nor was there any information on the CarFax that PMR auto gave us. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

We bought our Honda Odyssey here and will buy our next car here too. The team was chill and helpful. They laid it out straight for me and weren't angling for anything. I really liked that.

PMR has made a customer for life!!! We just bought a vehicle from them a week ago. Even 5 days after I was having a small issue and they took care of it after I gave them a quick call. Technically they didn't have to since the vehicle was used and did not have a warranty! Dean made everything super easy. We chose the car and he did everything else!!! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy!!!

By far the easiest, fastest, and friendliest car purchasing experience! Absolutely no pressure! We chose our vehicle and Dean handled the rest. After a few minutes of signatures, we drove away happy. As long as this dealership is around, you can guarantee we will be customers! Fantastic and kind folks!

Just bought from PMR Auto and was extremely impressed. Worked with Dean and he knew his stuff, from his cars to his financing options. They gave us a good deal on our trade in and the vehicle we bought was priced really well. The location was a little tough to get into (looking at you American Fork) but once you are in it's a great experience. The process was super fast, we were in and out in about an hour, no surprises and everything was smooth.

This was the best car shopping and buying experience I could ask for. I was a little hesitant because they are a smaller dealer, but let me tell you why I would come all the way from Arkansas to buy from them again:-there was no pressure to buy, no pressure to hurry, no pressure to give answers-they knew their inventory. When I told them what car I was interested in, they knew details about the car in particular, as well as the make and model in general-when we asked a couple of questions about the condition of the car, he explained things we didn t know about the car and taught us something, and offered a quick solution for the one thing that was amiss (remote for the DVD player)-He walked us through the inspection and maintenance they do on the car. It was very detailed and I felt like they went the extra mile to get the car in a condition that would help people feel comfortable buying a used car-settling on a price was a transparent and fair process. In the end, I felt like I was getting a good deal. We found his price to be more than competitive.-they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. And I mean they really wanted to help us and get what we wanted and needed. It felt different from other shopping and buying experiences I ve had-the process of shopping and buying took less than two hours. Start to finish, looking around the lot, examining the car, test driving, settling on a price, paying, paperwork, and leaving. Last time I bought a car, I was there for about 8 hours AFTER I decided I d buy the car...-it might seem like an insignificant thing, but they took the time to wash the car and fill it with gas (recent rains made the car a little dirty, but I didn t care). Again, I know a lot of guys do this, but he definitely didn t have to or need toThese guys proved me wrong when I was hesitant to buy from a smaller dealer. They exceeded my expectations for the buying process. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know and everyone I don t. Check them out, you won t regret it

Do not rely on their inspections. Bought a 2010 Toyota Sequoia in October 2019 with nearly 90k miles for $24k. Within days it was leaking quite a bit of radiator fluid. Brought it into a shop and they told me the radiator was so corroded it couldn t possibly have passed any kind of inspection. After a little back and forth with the guys at PMR they did take care of me. Thank you. Used the vehicle in northern Montana thru the winter. When it warmed up I discovered ac was not working in rear of vehicle. Took it in and discovered ac line had been cut and capped. PMR did not back me up on this one. Vehicle has had electrical issues as well since the time of purchase that I did not bring to their attention after failing to get help with the ac. Was disappointed to have paid a high price for a vehicle that looked great on the outside but turned out to have significant issues. Brad is a reasonable person to work with. My customer service experiences with the other employees have not been impressive. Do you know how to use the internet? Response when I asked if I could get a copy of the owners manual to keep in the car. I can t talk to you right now I have customers in the store. When I called in to discuss the vehicle I just dropped $24k on.

PMR was great to work with! They let me borrow the vehicle we were interested in for nearly a full day (including taking it the mechanics) with absolutely no hesitation. When we decided to make the purchase, they handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. They were open and fair with our trade-in. They never pressured us at any point along the way (though they offered an extended warranty, they didn't say an eye when we said we weren't interest). Towards the end of the paperwork, another employee took our new purchase for a final wash off and filled the tank for us! It was a much better experience than our previous purchases, and we feel we got a pretty good deal to boot! We have already started recommending them to friends looking for new vehicles.

Caution for those buying a Tesla... I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this dealer. They advertised the Tesla had the Full Self-Driving package ($15k) but when I checked myself it was NOT included and they wouldn't adjust the price. After purchasing the vehicle I tried to transfer ownership to me (following their exact instructions after I received the plates), but because the Tesla was purchased at an auction, the VIN number was locked and would not allow me to transfer ownership without going through Tesla directly and having features removed including the premium connectivity ($120/year value).I don't think they are intentionally trying to scam people, but there is an obvious lack of understanding specifically around Teslas which is costly to customers. Lesson learned.

Originally we had a great purchasing experience here. Low pressure, easy to work with, inventory of the type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. However we have had nothing but problems with the van we purchased here. I should have known something was wrong when we went to register it at the DMV and the DMV was shocked at how many titles this Van had been through. She said she had never seen so many titles for a 6 year old car. Fast forward owning the car for a year, transmission starts being clunky. We get parts replaced in the transmission. A year later, we paid for a new transmission because even though this dealership said it had gone through its testing, the Honda dealership recommended it needed a new transmission. I m writing this review now because I just had new tires put on. The tire mechanics informed me that I had the wrong sized tires on my van. Turns out the dealership put new smaller tires on this vehicle because part of the wheel base was bent out of shape and the larger, right size tires end up rubbing on the plastic. Do your due diligence if you purchase from this dealership. Take it to a mechanic, print your own car fax, take it for more than just a drive on the freeway and heck, check for the right sized tires. Don t get stuck with a lemon like us and end up costing you thousands of extra dollars.

Do not buy from PMR! Totally shady operation. They did not disclose major problems with the vehicle I bought from them. Repairs they did before selling it to me were done very poorly, but that wasn t apparent until months later and it was too late and problems surfaced. The price might be really great. But there s a reason why

I had a great experience with PMR Auto -- they gave me a fair deal on a trade-in and I left with a clean, low mileage Honda Odyssey. I worked with a few sales reps and the owner and all were pleasant and respectful. I definitely recommend PMR Auto to anyone looking for a used car. As with any used car, do your homework, ensure every feature of the car works, do a careful inspection, and pull an Auto Check / Carfax report. The van I bought checked out and once I decided to make the purchase I left with a minivan about 30 minutes later. Definitely recommend!

Buying a car is hard, or so I thought until finding PMR Auto. They have an amazing selection of well maintained, clean vehicles. Test drives were easy and staff was super helpful. Purchase was pressure free and fast. They are honest and eager to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I will recommend all of my friends and family see them first when buying a car. Their customer service is hands down the best I've ever experienced in the car sales industry.

We recently bought a car from Brad at PMR. It was a great experience. It is a very laid back, casual atmosphere which was really nice. Definitely not the typical car buying experience. They are very easy to work with, knowledgeable about all of the cars on their lot, and were willing to do everything they could to make sure we were satisfied with our trade and new purchase. There were a few things that we wanted fixed on the car we were buying, but the price was so low that we decided to fix them ourselves. Brad arranged the repairs/upgrades at his cost and made sure they were done promptly. We will go back to PMR for our next vehicle and have already recommended them to a few of our friends.

I bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey from Dean last week and it was hands-down the best experience I ve had at a dealership. I went in knowing more or less exactly how the car should be priced, and having visited several other dealerships. PMR gave us the lowest price by a significant amount and treated the car with all the professional services (e.g. full inspection, clean, everything worked) I d have expected from a larger dealership.Everything was transparent; they showed tremendous integrity. I m very grateful we bought from them.

I love the Toyota Sienna that I recently purchased from PMR. I found the ad on ksl, called PMR, test drove, and purchased it the same day. The process was smooth and I felt that I got a fair price on my vehicle! PMR stocks quality vehicles in their business AND sells them. Years ago a bought a different Toyota Sienna that I loved. It was another great purchase. The vehicle ran for a long time and had a lot of cargo space for family adventure and driving a bunch of family and children around. I highly recommend PMR. They are definitely worth driving to if you are from out of town.
