Great customer service and friendly staff. Very accommodating. I was provided instruction and likely solutions to my car problem. I definitely recommend this NAPA.

I've only come in to this store twice, but I've never bought anything because I've never been served. The employees really take their time with every customer, sometimes to the detriment of anyone else in the store.I find it easier to drive another mile and go to O'Reilly down the street.

Good selection, clean isles, reps there are helpful. Only annoying thing was I checked NAPA s website to make sure they had a specific item in stock but when I arrived there they didn t carry that item at all and I would have to go to another store 30 minutes away. I would recommend calling beforehand to make sure they actually have what you are looking for.

I didn t buy anything here but I delivered pizza a few times at this location. This happened a few weeks ago and I remembered how I was treated. I walked in and asked for the employee who ordered and this lady came up to me, handed me my cash and it looked like her supervisor asked, are you going to tip her? She responded by saying something along the lines of, I m lucky I can get pizza. Or This is all I can afford. I m not tipping. I m upset not at the fact that I wasn t tipped for the order I brought but how rude it was hearing that. She made it sound like I didn t matter because I am a delivery driver. I felt hurt and a bit offended. I don t remember who it was all that I remembered was it was a lady who acted extremely rudely towards me and her possible supervisor. I did not appreciate it

My grandfather has been going here for many years. Every time I go in with him they are very helpful and treat him like family. He always speaks very highly of them and loves that they offer him a discount.

Went in for car cleaning supplies (after walking out after the guy wouldn t help me at o Reillys) and the worker came out from behind counter and helped me pick out all the things I need and he was very nice and knowledgeable

NAPA Auto is the go-to place for the parts that I have a hard time locating. I can go online and find out if they offer the part, then a quick phone call can verify where the part can be found. Unfortunately while the staff *seems* to be experienced, the customer service is tough. I went in to AF Napa Auto Parts and was told "no" to 3 of the 4 parts I needed. I had to forcefully ask that they check stock on specific part numbers and then they would retrieve them. I could tell that him telling me "no" then me asking him to look for a specific part number, followed by him saying, "Oh.. I didn't know.." really irritated him. He seemed to have a wealth of knowledge that he kept tightly to himself until a couple of times blurting out something in frustration. If you know exactly what you want and first look it up online then call for inventory, NAPA is a great resource. If you're hoping on the folks working in there for help, you might end up with an old-school mechanic who has spent his entire life justifying his self-worth by hording information who will continue to make your job harder.

Super nice and helpful. Have had what I've needed for my old GMC truck and other random cars I've needed parts for. They also have good tools.

Ordered online the day before. Said everything was in stock. This place doesn't know what they have in stock. Very disorganized. They didn't even try to have my stuff ready for pickup. Hate places that don't value my time.

I like this place for some hard to find items that some of their competitors did not have or were at a higher price. I still think it has some higher prices than other Auto Parts Stores.

Visited on labor day. Ordered parts online, showed up and they were closed. Super annoying. Normally a great place.

Dishonest. Wouldn't take a return for items purchased at another store. We took it back to the store we purchased it from and were told that ANY store should have processed the return. My husband has sworn off Napa.
