Great experience working with Ken Garff in American Fork. Alex and Mike in sales made it very easy for me to remotely buy a truck from them. Extremely transparent sales and finance process. Brady in finance is great to work with. They also had one of their guys drive me my new truck down from their dealership and deliver it to me in Salt Lake and even filled the tank. Will definitely be using them again for purchasing company vehicles. Much different sales experience than other dealerships. Will see you guys again for the next one.

Troy Maag did such an awesome job helping me purchase a vehicle from this dealer, he was very honest, didn t push or give the typical salesman vibe most dealerships are notorious for. I was not an easy customer to work with and he really helped me out and was patient with me! I ll be recommending him to any family and friends looking to buy or trade in their vehicle!

Horrible experience both times I (stupidly) went to them for my car troubles. Apparently I don t learn my lesson the first time around. Their techs have no idea what they re doing. They couldn t figure out why my check engine light was on. I had to go back three times every time it popped up. Eventually I gave up. They somehow managed to actually do the oil change so I said oh well and went on my way.The second time 6 months later, the check engine light was still on, and I couldn t pass emissions with it on. So I made an appointment online for early that morning, specifically stating I needed an oil change and my emissions done. I got there and was told to hand over the keys, and they d get to me when they could, probably sometime that afternoon. (So what was the point of the freaking appointment?) I had to reschedule my whole day because they don t know how to manage a garage. Whatever. I dealt with that. I told them to take another look at the check engine light and they decided to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee to look at it again. All because they couldn t figure it out the first time 6 months ago. They eventually found something wrong with the solenoids and the radiator, (or so they say) and told me the solenoids were the reason why the engine light was on. So I had them fix that, which they charged me an astounding $550 for. 2/3 of that cost was just labor. Again, my fault for getting duped but I was desperate and in an hurry. I ll eat that loss. I told them to hold off on the radiator leak because they wanted to charge me almost $2k for that. (NEVER GO TO A DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS) But these guys are scummy. They will find anything and everything possible to charge you for. Don t be dumb like me.Oh yeah and they didn t even do the emissions. Which was the whole point I was there in the first place. Incredible. Don t give these frauds your money.

I took three months to shop for a used vehicle. I finally found the exact one that I wanted at Ken Garff Chevrolet. Jacob was my salesman. Oh my goodness! What a stellar example of excellent customer service! So professional, super polite, and just overall an excellent salesman. No pressure, no attitude, just great service. When I am ready to trade in my car for another one, I will absolutely, most definitely come back to the dealership and request Jacob as my salesman.Thank you so much, Jacob!

I had a couple of poor experiences at my local Chevy dealer for service and decided to give Ken Garff a try, and man I m glad I did. Matt was amazing, he was honest, friendly, and even put in the extra effort to deal with my 3rd party warranty. Truck was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and they had last minute appointments available.I will be bringing my Suburban here from here on out. Thanks Matt!

Had a great experience buying a 2020 Equinox at Ken Garff Chevrolet in American Fork with Troy Maag this past December. He went above and beyond to work with my wife and me to find a vehicle that suited us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy in any way. We highly recommend Troy!

My 2023 Silverado Duramax broke down towing my small boat with only 5k miles in an unsafe location at the top of a very steep grade. GM roadside assistance does not cover towables and was not willing to assist in repositioning the trailer safely so the truck could be towed. I called the dealer where I purchased and spoke to sales manager Zach Smith to try to get a loaner to move my boat to safety. He explained it s against policy to tow with a loaner and offered no help, outside of an Enterprise rental which I could also not tow with. It s now my policy to never tow with a Chevrolet again! Something blew up loudly and the truck lost engine oil, coolant, and transmission fluid. Unbelievable for a new truck.

Wow!! Excellent has a lot of weight and to say Excellent for Sales Person Roy P is still not enough. This man has the best customer service anyone I have ever came across in a Dealership. Roy is amazing, honest, and has a good sense of humor !! Though we decided to not make a purchase we would definitely be referring friends and family to Roy. Thank you for time. I experienced profoundly unsatisfactory service at this dealership. There was a recurring issue of miscommunication; the information provided to me often contradicted the reality of the services rendered. Furthermore, there were instances of omitted information, leading to unexpected charges for services I had not requested. It is perplexing that they have positive reviews, given the consistently negative experiences I encountered. I strongly advise against patronizing this business.

I had been looking for a used Silverado 2500HD for a couple of months and saw one through Autotrader. Contacted Ken Garff Chevrolet and Mackenzie (Salesperson) got back to me immediately. Being Out-of-State she provided me with videos and photos of the truck. Along with answering all the questions I needed to make a decision. Really enjoyed working with her and and her enthusiasm. I highly recommend her and this dealership.

I test drove a used car and saw an actual print out of the work order of things they were going to fix or replace. Left the car there for several days for the repairs to be made after purchase.It turns out they didn't fix anything and denied that they ever had the work order to do the repairs.Run from this place. They promise everything and make motions like they will care, but once they have cash in hand, you are on your own.So much for listening like their ad says. They may listen but won't back up anything they promise.

They sold me a 2016 GMC 2500hd I love the truck, the customer service was good. The only issue I had was the tires were weather cracked and old. My front left tire was going flat from day after I bought it. It had a nail in it, it sucks cause I had to air up that tire every other day. For three months until I got new ones. They were unsafe to drive on in the snowy weather. I traded my truck in for had brand new tires on it. But other than that I'm happy for them being able to get me in this truck. I would buy from them again.

Update: I reached out to the service manager you mentioned already prior to writing this review. He said there is nothing they are willing to do.We got our Suburban s front dvd screen fixed at this location. When we picked it up the front one was fixed but coincidentally the exact moment we picked it up now the rear one is not working. It worked just fine when we dropped it off. We brought this up to management and they will not cover fixing the back one or even giving a discount. We re disappointed because the chance of the back one going out in the 24 hours they re fixing the other one is slim.

I am the car owner that has to be by my car when it is getting serviced and could not be there with my corvette today. My husband sent me a video of our car getting servicing done by the mechanic. I give our mechanic 10/10 for taking care of our car and being an honest mechanic. Thank you for the great service and care today Ken Garff American Fork.

Went for a vehicle recall on our Equinox. They simply did not want to help with issue and we ended up taking it to a different dealership for assistance.Hard sell on a new vehicle instead of fixing the issue with the current one. Not impressed.

I bought a truck from Ken garff nov 26th they said the repairs on it won t take to long and all I ask was for updates every once in a while. To go with that I m writing this on January 5th. Only update on it I ve gotten was they ll talk to the service manager when it should be ready which was Dec 28th. Still don t have my truck; I ve now made two payments on that truck. At this point I told my dad not to buy his new trax there so he s going to Larry h. Miller Chevrolet instead. If they treat customers like this I wouldn t recommend them. On top of this they had a person there call like two weeks ago to tell me the license plates are in and the person had no idea the truck was still at there shop.

Colton was great. I was able to schedule my service the same week (2 days after I called) which was very convenient for me. It was nice that the service department sent me home in an Uber!!! That made me happy. My service ended up costing less than I thought. I am overall pleased with everything!

Car shopping is the least enjoyable thing on the planet. But not with Jacob on your side. We have been looking high and low for a dream car and he definitely is the one you will want to work with. Knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding oh, and NOT pressuring at all. Definitely would do business with him again. We really appreciated the care we received while at Ken Garff. Thank you!!!

I had to take my car on a drive across the country from Georgia to Utah. To confirm that my car was ready for that long of a drive and to fix problems that were not seen I went to two different places to get my car fixed. Both of those places missed significant problems with my car and did not fix it properly. To correct the mistakes that the other dealership/repair shops made, I took it to Ken Garff. They fixed every problem with my car efficiently and in a very timely manner. They were great at keeping me up to date with their repairs and what needed to be done, and they were very kind. They were able to properly do what two other places failed to do. I highly recommend this place!!!

My truck has been there for over a week and nobody has called to update my repair. I have had to call every time and felt like they were put off by having to talk to me. Now I just hope they do good work on my truck. Do better Ken Garff

I had a pretty great experience at Ken Garff Chevy. I brought in my car, got a diagnosis, and got it repaired fairly quickly considering they were waiting on parts. The only things are that hourly shop fees were fairly expensive, and responses to texting weren t always super timely. I think the response issue was not anything Matt did wrong, more probably just not enough time to cover it all. But overall Matt was great and I enjoyed my experience with the service team. I would recommend Ken Garff Chevy as a dealer/service team. It was a much better experience than I ever had in the years I went to Larry H Miller.

There was no wait when I arrived. They took my vehicle right in and ordered me a free Uber to work while they serviced my vehicle. In the lobby there were drinks and a comfy wait room with TV if needed. I was sent videos of the inspection of my car. Loved that! My car was done in a few hours and they ordered me an Uber back to Ken Garff! Very friendly staff and my service was quick!

Very disappointed with the services here. Bought a 2018 Silverado 1500 we needed some repairs that were covered by warranty not a big deal but they said that the battery cables were bad an they are not covered by warranty an wanted 1400 to replace the 2 cables. Found a place to do the cables for 700 so called an canceled the cable job which they said was in the system. Next day we go to pick up truck an they wanted 1400 for doing the cables which we had canceled an they did it anyway. Will Never be back to this dealership. Just taking hard working people's money smh shame on you
