They have great customer service here! I took my car in to get an oil change and they found some other things I needed to get done too. The representative that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and their team was efficient with their work. I m gonna make this my regular place to take my car.

Your staff were awesome and did a good job. I got there just before you closed and the sun from the west was still pretty warm. Though your employees did a fine job, I found there were no fountain drinks nor water available as there is a very maintenanceed one in Pl. Grove with free water and aoda. It was so warm at this AF one that we started to get parched. so we walked to Sonic to get a drink. When we got back I could tell that both employees were dehydrated. I asked what the heck they do for water and they said they did have water but the one responsible to get cups keeps forgetting to get some. I would suggest that water be available at all times for your customers and for your employees so they do not become I'll from dehydration. All who read this, take it to heart to do what you can to make a work environment a safe one. They do good work, they deserve to be able to have a cup of water. Maybe investing in a water fountain would work best at this location. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle.

My experience at the American Fork, Utah store was superb. The workers all teamed up to help with the full service, tire rotation, oil system cleaning and front and rear brake pad replacements. The service was super thorough, fast and friendly. They even gave me a $25 discount, which was greatly appreciated for my budget. I have been going to this location for years and will continue to bring all my service here if they continue this type of customer service. Thank you

This was my first time coming to this location. While I was waiting I heard and older gentleman talking to another guest about how this location had taken care of all of his fleet vehicles for years and he d never had a problem. The staff was very nice, very professional, and knew what my make and model of vehicle needed for the mileage. There wasn t any fluff or trying to upsell me. I ll definitely be switching to Grease Monkey in American Fork to do my oil changes

Put the heat on. It s cold in your waiting area and I didn t ask for my air filter to be checked. But here y all are, just taking stuff off my truck. I asked for an oil change. That s it. I feel sorry for the people y all scam into buying air filters and windshield wipers or other things they don t need. Will not visit any location ever again.

I love coming to this specific location even though there are others closer to me because I ve never had any issues here. Great and fast service. They explain things simply and don t pressure you into getting any extra services. Always kind and attentive. 10/10

Wesley helped me right as I pulled in, asked me what I needed done and made a few suggestions to help my car run better. I only needed an oil change and I was in and out in 15 minutes! No pressure on getting something done I didn t absolutely need but made me aware of some maintenance that could be done soon according to the manufacturer. I didn t have time for that today, but I will definitely be coming back when I do. Amazing service thank you !

Awesome experience! Everything was evenly priced, they replaced my windshield wipers, and re-filled low fluids. They do a good job every time. My car runs great, thanks to these guys.

Went to Grease Monkey in American Fork. Got an oil change, car registered and power steering flush. They were excellent and it was ready in a half hour. Definitely will always go there!

I like the general manager a lot. Very thorough and personable.Waiting area is very plain and boring, could be better in my opinion.Prices are a little high. At least coupons and discounts are offered. That s good.

Stopped by grease monkey because of an issue with my wiper blade. The worker met me outside quickly and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider coming back for further services!

i delivery drive at jimmy johns, and i deliver quite often to this grease monkey. My delivery car was unable to be used because the skid plate had fallen off the day prior. So, i called in and asked if they were able to reattach it with zip ties that i d provide. Not only did they do this, but minutes before closing with positive attitudes, and were so helpful in documenting it so that i could get the plate replaced.Thanks guys.-Jimmy john s driver

I've been here twice and both times have been outstanding. All the employees are incredibly nice and helpful, the work is quick and efficient, and the price is reasonable. They even helped me install a headlight bulb I hadn't been able to change by myself!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They are fast, but. They failed to put on screws on the cover plates. The cover pop 2 blocks on the highway entrance. I called and was told to go back. When I got back, they said my cover was bent probably from a past oil service(themselves 15 min prior).they got it fixed with a zip tie and screws. Only serve I have used. Do not plan on going back.Service: Oil change

First time there for an oil change snd they were pretty nice. I told them what I specifically wanted and they didn't argue. They were fast and the price was comparable to what I've paid at Big O. I'll try them again when I need to get another oil change.I've been back a couple times and they are wondering. I even had my safety done and car registered quickly.

Today I went to the AF grease monkey and it was very impressive!!!It means so much to me to see businesses that are personable, and who do quality work, and care about their customers.Kyle and the guys were prompt, friendly, and even noticed that I didn t have a windshield wiper that I had forgotten about, that they fixed!They also told me about coupons that they were offering online that I wasn t aware of, and they applied the discount!I even accidentally forgot my Stanley drink in their waiting room and they called me personally to let me know I had left it behind.I ve never had such an amazing experience at any grease monkey location.I ve never left a review for any business before, but I felt like this location exceeded my expectations, which is awesome! I am very impressed.

I ve had both my cars serviced here this past week and the service was SO fast. I m shocked at the efficiency and customer service at this location, it is so good! Can t recommend enough, I won t ever be going to a dealership again when Grease Monkey can do it so much faster! Bobby helped me both times and was super great.

I always go to Grease Monkey for oil changes because the customer service is always excellent. They address all your needs and are respectful and non-judgmental. I went during my lunch break today and they got my oil changed in less than 10 minutes.

Literally got me in right when I pulled up. Super fast service and the guys were way awesome and knowledgeable. Very friendly and professional. Definitely gained a customer. These guys are amazing. Kyle, the manager, was GREAT! He ran out to my car to greet me and was super friendly and helpful. The service I received was fast and clean and I didn't get hit up with things I didn't need...which everyone appreciates. Great job Kyle & Team! I'll be back for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 STARS

Great staff, I went to the American Fork location and they got my oil change done in 15 minutes. I had concerns about my air conditioning and they were not the location to do the diagnostic but they didn t have an issue to just check what they can while doing my oil and helped me point me in the right direction of where I needed to start to get my air conditioning fixed. Great service!
