Brought the vehicle here after it died to get a new battery! Mike and his crew are super friendly and honest in feedback!After about an hour, they replaced the battery and got me going again in no time! They make you feel like you re part of their family and I love that! I love supporting local and this place is a family run business!

Came here a few months ago to get an alignment after getting new wheels and tires. It didn t seem quite right after, but I didn t know any different.Fast forward to now and the whirring/shaking sound has started to get worse. Another mechanic showed me the wear on my tires, isolated all on the inside. Now I need new tires again and another alignment because the first one wasn t done properly.

Warning.These guys mounted my tires on my Audi S5 21 rims, and as soon i get to the freeway (not even 10 min) one of the tires blows, hitting and damaging my car sheets, thanks god there was no other vehicles near me at that time because i lost control of the vehicle for a few seconds, the police stated that there was apparently no other reason but a mistake while servicing the tires (over or under inflated or an air leak) i went back to them and they just denied to do anything about it, not even want to pay for the tire just answers me with a ton of excuses for not to pay anything, i had to buy the tire at another tire shop near to them, and the guys at other shop told me that they have serve several clients every month with dangerous issues on tires and or suspension services done by Glen s, apparently this Glen s Shop never respond a warranty claim on their jobs and obviously dont give a f for their clients safety.By the way I dont think they at least have an insurance because they denied to give me the data, didn t even answer a kind email i sent them.So think twice if you really want o be in danger letting them touch your vehicle.12:30 Aug 30 Actualization.I just got a very angry guy from Glen s calling on my phone, trying to exclude his responsibility, calling me a liar and practically blaming me for having hit something with the tire, instead of trying to correct their mistake, i ask him if he checked after he serviced my tires if there was any air leak, and he replied no, because those are your tires i don't have to check leaks the most stupid and ridiculous excuse. The basic thing in any tire shop during servicing tires is to verify they don t leak air, unless they really don t care for any safety.Now I m really considering to start a legal claim.Service: Tires

I called 7 different places trying to get my car in for a last minute alignment fix with no luck (I hit a pot hole and threw out my alignment the day before a road trip). I called Glens an hour before they closed and they said they would be happy to help me. I brought my car in, and they checked it and fixed the alignment in less than 30 minutes (other places had told me it would take half the day to even get to my car).They also seemed to have better pricing than many of the other places I called.Super impressed with the team at Glen s!Service: Wheel alignment

I ve been working with Glen s tires for years. They have always treated me like family there. A great bunch of guys. They recently made a mistake on a repair and refunded the money back to me. You don t see that kind of honesty in this industry very often. I used the refunded money to buy some new tires from them. I know I can trust this establishment.Service: Tires

I was looking for two good used tires and striking out. I called Glenn's and the person I spoke with said he'd have to go look and said he'd call me back. A little while later he called to tell me they had the tires. I was close on my time and asked if I could get there in a few minutes could they put them on my car right away. He said yes. I was in and out the door in about 15-20 minutes!

I always feel at home here. They take great care of my car and never sell me anything I don t need. I feel welcome and I trust them completely. They are the best kept secret except, I know plenty of other people who feel the same way!

a lack of professionalism and accountability on behalf of GLEN'S TIRES and JASON,� went in a 1 week ago and spoke with Jason asked for the front tires to be changed as well as an alignment to be done. In addition, we requested for the car to be looked at as the it made a sound in the tires.� Jason called and said that a piece was broken and that was what was causing the sound and if we changed that. To this date the sound continues, the man in charge of the mechanics had more balls talking to us than Jason who was denying ever being told to check the car for the noise. The car was primarily taken there to diagnose what the noise was so it doesnt make sense that he doesnt recall to check that the sound was. He does not remember nor take responsibility when there is a camera as well was its written in the reciept. Didn't want a discount, just honest work. I'd rather go pay somewhere else than argue with someone with 0 professionalism and honesty in their work. Of course I don't recommend this place, and before leaving your car here, get a second opinion.No hay trabajo honesto aqui

Update 2023, five stars again! They fixed the tire that another shop just said needed to replaced. Grateful to know that Glen's tires really evaluated and decided what was best for the customer!Great work! Got my car alignment fixed and some high quality gently used tires for a great price.

I own a small car dealership, Car Town, in Lehi. We have taken many of our cars to Glen's. They're always kind, helpful, and do a great job for a fair price. I have recommended them to many friends and neighbors. Good people there!

I had a good visit at Glen's tires. I needed brakes and rotors looked at/ fixed and that is exactly what they did. Friendly staff was a plus. They didn't even mind me asking questions during the repair. Took about 30 minutes in total ymmv.Guy in charge the second time I went was even more friendly than the first guy. Very relatable and a charming personality.

Family member of mine went it to have a set of tires they had mounted, balanced, and installed. Went fine, price was standard of $25/ea. Next day found that the valve stem on one was leaking. Went back in and guys fixed it no problem, nice and easy.I would have no prob recommending or using them again. Admittedly used tires weren't really on my radar, but the next time I need some better shoes on my car's feet and don't want to buy new, i will def call them up.Thanks guys!Service: Tires

Glen's was the only shop that could help me get a replacement tire for my wife's car after we caught a nail in the sidewall of one of our brand new winter tires! I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was pretty expensive for a tire, but not much more than prices (installed) I was finding online. My only complaint is that the shop is so busy that I waited about 10 minutes to be checked out after the tire was replaced. It seems like a good shop and I'll definitely consider them in the future.

I've had these guys work on my car several times. They know what they are doing, they work efficiently and charge very fair prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I've had them tune up my A/C and clear out a block in a vent that wasn't working, they've fixed various check engine light codes for me, etc. They are great.

Best place for tires and brakes hands down. A fifth of the price you'd pay anywhere else and so fast. It's recommend these guys to anyone!

Great prices on used tires. Glen is super friendly and professional. Got my brake pads rotors and a caliper replaced super fast and for a lower price than anybody else in the area. Thanks again glen! Went here twice. Giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first time. Replaced my timing belt and everything. Had a check engine light come on after and multiple mechanics told me that it was likely the timing belt being off by a tooth or so. Called Glenn s and they refused to offer to look into it and fix it to make it right. Went there another time saying there was a draw on the battery somewhere and requested them to find it. After 6 hours they told me they had just replaced the battery and it worked fine. I asked if they d tried to diagnose any other spot for a draw which they hadn t. No surprise the battery lasted only a few weeks and then same issue came. They refused to replace the battery and fix the issue. Stay away.

I've been coming to Glen's for 15+ yrs and have always been satisfied with the customer service. However recently I took my truck here and asked them if they handle insurance claims and they said they do. So I had them handle my insurance claim and forwarded them the email from my insurance company on how to receive payment and they didn't follow the instructions in the email and simply had been sending numerous emails to the insurance company throughout the week my truck was being worked on without any response.Then when they finally were almost finished with the repairs they called me and said they have been emailing my insurance throughout the week and haven't heard back from them. And they wanted payment. So they suggested that I pay them out of pocket for the repairs and then talk to my insurance company about getting my money back. Now I'm not to get upset easily but if they haven't gotten approval for the repairs from the insurance company then it "WILL" not get approved to be fixed. I had to call my insurance company numerous times on three-way with Glen's just to get my truck back.

I went to Glens tires today for my brakes to be changed. They were very helpful and got me right in and out of there with a great price! I would recommend anyone needing auto assistance to go to Glens Tires first! Also, they are a local business! I asked a close friend who they recommended and they told me "go to Glen's tires for honesty" I knew i needed my brakes checked for a big trip i was going on the next month, I called Glens who got me in quickly, they mentioned i needed both brakes and rotors changed but that I didnt need to change them right away. I ended up changing them and they gave me a discount when I asked. Worth checking out.Service: Brakes
