I had a great experience here with my windshield replacement. The communication was fast and convenient after I requested a quote online, and it wasn t spammy it was just a direct text with all the relevant info I needed. The price was very reasonable (more than $50 less than a leading red, black, and white national competitor even after their auto-generated messages and discounts.) Their warranty is nice (and clear) and the price they gave was the out-the-door cost to the penny. They fit me right in, and got the job done well and quickly. We had just enough time to enjoy a quick visit to the bowling alley across the street while we waited. In the few minutes I was in their lobby before my car was finished I was impressed by how they talked about their customers in a practical, problem-solving, kind way. Very easy to communicate with, and they went above and beyond in the ways that really matter. It s nice to have a new windshield.

We used Glass Doctor to add a door to our walk-in shower. It was hard to find anyone who did that specific job, so we were happy to find them. They got the job done quickly and it looks beautiful. Greg showed up in a timely manner and worked with basically no disruption to my home at all.My only complaint is that it took much longer to get the quote to me than they said they would (but they said the person doing it was out sick so I understand that). Their supplier apparently increased a cost after they quoted me as well, but they only passed a portion of the increase on to me. So though the increase after receiving the quote was frustrating, I appreciated that they took some of that on themselves.

I am happy to have gone here. I recommend this business 100%. I needed a new windshield for the cracked one I had on my car. Leslie was AMAZING at the front desk. I stopped by to get a quote. It was the best price out of all the other quotes I received. I set up a date to install and it all went perfectly. Give them your business because you won t be disappointed.

I've had a couple of my cracked windshields replaced here - they have done a great job both times, getting me in quicker than I expected & doing a perfect job. They stand by their work with a 12 month warranty & seem to have the best prices I've found in my area. I would definitely recommend & return in the future, very satisfied!

They did a great job, replaced my windshield in a timely matter, recalibrated the electronics and safety features in less than 2 hours, even made sure my dash cam was properly rewired as well. They care about what they do and it shows. Go with confidence .

Went there to fix a leaky windshield originally they thought they might possibly have to replace the whole windshield but when they diagnosed it they found the leak was small enough to seal from the inside which ended up saving me a lot of money.He even took me out to show me exactly where the water was getting through the windshield which I appreciated. He also checked to make sure my sun roof drain tube wasn't also causing a leak. And he also cleaned up the waterstains with some upholstery cleaner which was really going above in beyond!They have honest pricing and good workers who really do they're very best. I'll definitely becoming back here if I need a new windshield or any rock chips repaired

They were so good to work with. There was an issue with my original appointment in which it caused it to be pushed back a day. Linda at Glass Doctor reached out to me, offered to pay for a rental so that I wouldn t be without a car, and rebooked my appointment that worked for me. I was very appreciative of their proactive approach in finding a solution for me rather than leaving me high and dry without a vehicle. They were so polite and professional. Highly recommend and will return in the future.

I have been extremely pleased with all the work that Glass Doctor has done with me. At different times, I have had windows replaced, screens replaced, and windows repaired. I was told by other companies to just start from scratch and get all new windows. Glass Doctor was open with me about all of my options. I have been very satisfied with the whole process with Glass Doctor, from the estimate to the finished product. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work with windows or any glass needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by this company. I have heard the name for a long time but it's good to see their services hold up to their reputation. They were friendly, easy to work with, less money than others we looked at, and the final results are incredible. Replaced glass on windows that had broken seals and were fogged up, and replaced a couple of sliders with picture windows. I think they can take care of any window and excellent work.

Needed to replace a broken windshield, of course. My windshield was only a couple months oldwhen it cracked again this was at a bit glass chain company not Glass Doctor. I found The Glass Doctor because my wife's and daughter had problems with the other places and when I was sad to learn I was a square one with another windshield. Now for the good stuff. This place is very customer focused. Everyone there make sure you are taken care of. They replaced my windshield and I was happy to hear I get free rock chip repairs but also if the windshield breaks in the first year I only pay for the labor. Now I have full coverage on my glass so I hadn't thought about it much until I saw a rock chip. I called and they got me right in. Fixed it in a short time while I say in my truck. You can guess I brought my wife's car in and she was happy with the out come. Two of my daughter's needed their windshield replaced so I offered to play if they made the appointment. So far just three of us got new windshields. I am waiting for my other daughter to schedule an appointment. This place does other glass as well and they are all very nice to work with. If you need your glass replaced or repaired the Glass Doctor is the best I have found. I highly reccomend them.

They did an amazing job fixing my windshield for me. They even called me back to make sure they hooked the windshield wiper fluid back up. They took take time out of their day a week later to hook it back up for me. Highly recommend

Emailed for a quote on a windshield. They were very prompt on getting back with a quote. They also had an appointment within the week. Glass Doctor was very friendly and the repair took less than an hour to finish. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

I received a few different quotes for windshield replacements or tried, and Glass Doctor was the most responsive, and quick to respond. In terms of the actual service, they were professional, quick, and cost-friendly (in terms of replacing windshields). I definitely recommend them!
