Last time I was here I sat for an hour waiting and they finally came up to me saying they were looking for me, I had been in the same spot the whole time. The deal was a guy took my car but didn't know that I had to have an appointment. I have always been able to walk up, but this time they were too booked. Long story short Rick took my car and did it all for me because of a mistake with the carpool, not their fault. He was so nice and helpful, I just wish they had told me before waited an hour. Also, whoever answered the phone when I called today was very rude. All I said was I was trying to make an appointment online but couldn't, and she was very short with me. I ended up just saying its okay and hung up because of how unpleasant she made the phone call.

Great service, and nice area to sit and wait while your car is getting worked on. I came to get my vehicle worked on at 7am without appointment and they were able to fit me in quickly and I was out of there by 8:30am. My car had 2 updates required, and so it was free! And they washed and vacuumed my car! All for free! Thank you guys so much!

Crew was very nice. I like the info they provide and the video they send you. Nothing felt pushy. Received free oil changes with the purchase of our SUV so why not.

Our recent experience with Doug Smith Kia Service easily ranks as our worst experience ever with an auto repair service. We took our 2016 Kia Sorrento in because the cruise control indicator light had come on. We expected it would be a two-day turn around time based on what we were initially told. They ended up keeping our car for THREE months. At the three-month point when they wanted us to pay $2500 plus to put in a second expensive part since the first part they had put in ($2200) had not fixed the problem, we told them we just wanted our car back. Throughout this ordeal, the communication with us was unbelievably poor. The final nail in the coffin was when we picked up our car. We were shocked that they hadn't even bothered to clean the interior section where they had taken the car apart and that was now covered in dust and dirt (with a few screws here and there), let alone clean the exterior since our car had been outside in the lot for three months.There were only two positives of our 3-month, failed repair ordeal. The first was that two weeks into the marathon, they gave us a loaner car to use. Second, when we told them to take out the first expensive part and put the old one back in since it obviously did not fix the problem, they agreed to not charge us for the part but still charged us for labor. Bottom line: It is mind-boggling that a service department for a dealership could be so incompetent and fall so short in the area of customer service.Service: Electrical repair

I had a few recalls due on my 2013 Optima. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance as that was when they had openings. After the service was done, I found out that some of the recalls were not done as the parts weren t ordered. Frustrating as I had to bring it in a second time.

Excellent service! I showed up without an appointment on a Monday morning. The tech (Rick) told me he d get me in and had me leave my car and ordered me a free Lyft to work! I picked up the car a few hours later, washed and ready to go. Awesome experience!

Absolutely awful. They have no idea who I am or what service they've provided to me in the past even though I've used them many times. They take 30 mins just to find my account when I walk in. Their wait times are so bad they actually offer to drive you to your home for an oil change and arrange a pick up.

Booked solid, got me in and out within an hour anyway. I've been bringing a Kia here for service since 2014 . Great staff. Never a problem.

Do not ever bring your car here for service. I ve had to bring my car in multiple times for them to fix one thing because they have no idea what they re doing. They charge you an insane amount for something they just guess is wrong with the car just to bring it back the next day because they don t know how to do their job. This place makes me never want to own a Kia again

Great guys .You don't need an appointment for an oil change.They do not play with you, if they see something is wrong they will tell you and even show you , they will not pressure you to decide but will let you know what is really going on

Very very slow. A oil change should only take 10 to 15 minutes not over a hour
