I ve come here multiple times, but unfortunately I think I m done, at least at the American Fork location. I had my 2nd really poor experience here today as they tried to mark up the price of lug nuts by $147.Today I came in to get 2 new tires. I knew my lug nuts were worn, so as I was waiting, I looked up prices on Amazon. As I was looking it up, ($33 on Amazon) the guy helping me came and recommended getting all new ones for $180 but since I was getting tires they d be willing to drop it to $100. I laughed and told him I was currently looking on Amazon and found them for $33. He then told me they d price match, which is great. But what a dishonest attempt to mark up lug nuts by $147!!! It went from $180, to $100, to $33?!?! That seems like a crazy amount of wiggle room they have on the cost of LUG NUTS.This is the same place that 2 years ago recommended that I changed all 4 tires when I came in for a flat repair. Then when I asked to see their tire tread measuring tool it showed that 2 of my tires still in the green zone. Seems silly to tell someone with good tread to replace perfectly good tires. I may go to other Discount Tires, but because of their dishonestly I will not allow me or my family to ever go back to the American Fork location.

Changed oil the same day I bought tires here and the oil change lasted longer then the tires!!Bought new tires cooper brand here and they didn't last very long around three months and cords are showing. I asked about my alignment when I bought the tires and they said we don't know we don't do alignments. I realize poor alignment will wear tires faster but really? This quickly? I paid almost $2,000. They wouldn't do anything as far as a DISCOUNT wouldn't even rotate them.

Making an appointment and dropping off your vehicle here is so convenient. I took my truck in because I was having some shaking issues and they balanced and rotated. I got the txt saying my truck was ready before I even finished running a few errands. I've always had a good experience here but them saving me a bunch of money during the holidays is why I'm leaving a review, for real thank you so much!

I m from Colorado & had an emergency flat repair situation happen with no spare. The Discount Tire in Saratoga Springs refused to help because they were too busy and had to get home before 8. I then called the American Fork location who was even busier with hours worth of vehicles to finish, yet I was helped by Derek who went above and beyond to help me out and got me back on the road much faster than expected. Best customer service I ve experienced. Thank you Derek & the store manager here. Forever grateful!

I bought four tires here and had them installed. The technicians broke my wheel covers which had to be replaced, and when I left I noticed a grinding noise coming from one of my wheels. When we took it back they offered to rebalance, which obviously wasn t the problem, but nothing more.

getting highly random results from this place. some times everything is perfect, other times pure waste of time and money. Last summer wasted over $1000 on disks that didn't fit my car (manager said I can't return them, if they already put tires on them), this winter wasted more time and money ordering winter tires over the phone: I was invited to the shop when only two of four were delivered, and they happen to be summer tires (which I didn't notice right away, because it was already dark and late). Next day I was told that I have to wait another 2-3W to get another two tires, when I mentioned that I actually wanted winter tires, I got a suggestion to buy new $1.7K set of winter tires if I want to return the wrong ones (that were installed a day before).haha, classic! So another $400 and 4 hours of my life gone.Will buy somewhere else for less.

Best experience of all! Excellent attention, they have tires for the different budgets and good quality.Much higher standards (for in person customer service) than similar places, including 3 Costco locations, Walmart, and a few others. I hope other customers can experience the same attention as the one I received.

Staff was kind, but I feel like they were taking advantage because I m a female. I got a nail in my tire so I brought it in for a patch. I was told that they attempted to patch it but was still leaking air and I would need to purchase a new tire costing me over $300 out the door. Having worked in the automotive industry for over 10 years, I could see immediately that the patch job was horrendous. I decided to take it to a dealership and they were able to patch the hole just fine with no air leaks.

The Discount Tire located in American Fork seems to be on top of things. The staff and management are quick and efficient without trying to sell you overpriced tires. The technicians don't appear to be loafing about in the bays. There are public restrooms available in addition to paraplegic parking and wheelchair sloped curbs. Car was in and out within 45 minutes. The sitting area has comfortable enough chairs with large windows for adequate view of the surroundings. I would recommend this business to others.

My visit to Discount Tire was excellent, thanks to Francisco. Faced with a flat tire on a hectic morning, I was unsure of what to do. Francisco guided me with patience and clarity. I highly recommend their team for reliable service.

Great service from Jony. He was super friendly and quick. I brought in a price match email. He honored without hassle. So, I got a great deal. I know it sounds silly, but the chairs in the waiting area are super comfy. Tires are expensive in general. But Discount Tires in American Fork Utah makes it a nice experience.

Safety issueWheel was not seated to hub, hubcentric spacer was installed backwards, lug nuts were finger loose!! How!?Bought new tires from here to go with brand new wheels i bought for my vehicle. I supplied the new wheels, new hubcentric rings and new lug nuts, all proper sizing to spec. They mounted balanced and installed. After a few days of driving it, the front passenger wheel area was making sounds and clunks as I drove it. This was not noticed until after I had been driving on the freeway (70mph) with my kids in back. If that wheel came off at highway speeds, no bueno!See photos. Luckily I was able to find the issue after inspecting the car when I started hearing weird clunking sounds and fix it myself before something happened. Studs also had potential of being damaged by this, luckily they weren t from what I can tell.

These guys are stellar at their job. Absolutely thrilled with the level of service I got. I checked out with two tires online and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I was running a few minutes late due to an accident (not mine) nearby that caused traffic to slow. I walked in about 4 minutes late and the guy at the door greeted me and checked me right in with no problem. He got some basic info on the vehicle and told me it would be no later than 50 minutes. 30 minutes later I was walking out with the technician to inspect the work they d done. Fantastic level of service and lightning fast. I ll only be bringing my vehicles to this location from now on!

This location is the worst for air checks! I try not to have very high expectations since it's a free service, but they shouldn't even offer it if they're going to completely ignore the line. I recently moved to Saratoga so I go there now and they are on top of it. I hate when I'm on this side of town and try to get an air check while running errands. I think this time I've finally learned my lesson that it's not worth the stop.

This has been my go to store for years Lance is the GM and has taken care of me and his staff Davis, Billy and Jinni (I think I spelled her name wrong, sorry) always taken care of me and are awesome. Davis and Billy need their own stores. They are great at taking care of the wheels and tires in my wife s new truck. The store is super busy and if you have a flat that s a low priority on their list which makes sense because it s a free service and they need to take care of paying customers.

Update. Derek does it again. I came in and my tires were on backwards on my trailer and he switched them around for me. What a nice guy.I called them on Saturday at 4:55 pm right before they closed. I told them my wife will be there by 5. They all stayed back and helped. I want to thank all of them and they should be praised.This is why I have stayed with discount for over 20 years now. Derek was a big help. Thanks gentlemen saved my ski trip with my family on Monday.

Super fast and friendly service. Nick was great to work with! Took care of my broken sensor super fast and for A TON less than Big-O wanted. Discount Tire has always been by go-to shop, and this location delivered on every level! Employees are wearing masks and distancing, there are plastic barriers/sneeze guards up at each work station, but wearing a mask isn't required of customers. Overall great experience and this will definitely be my new shop!

I had to get new tires because of a flat last year in Seattle. I moved here a few months later and got another flat on my way to work. I didn t have an appointment and the staff was really busy but they patched it for me for free and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Absolutely incredible.

Went in for a simple air pressure check and they spotted an air leak I hadn't noticed. The tires were still under warranty so they were able to get a new tire on in under an hour of me showing up. Taylor was a great help when I had questions and problems, and he explained everything really well. It's a great place and great people!

I scheduled an appointment and I was there 10 min before the time. I waited 45 min in line then they told me that I needed to wait another 45 min. So I was behind my appointment for 90 min. After 20+ years of being a customer, I am finished with this place.

I had a screw in my tire and stopped by to get it taken care of. I didn't know they were about to close nor did they mention anything about closing soon. It wasn't until about 15 minutes after close that I realized it due to them starting to clean up and put chairs up on tables to sweep. They were very friendly and I felt as though they were taking care of a family member. I appreciate you guys taking care of me and not kicking me out when it would have totally been understandable. You guys are awesome!

There is really not enough room to pull an RV in to get the tire worked on. The service guy made a comment that they would "have to drag a jack all the way out to the curb" and he would have to get his Managers approval to do that. I was happy to go somewhere else and not be a problem for them but their Manger had them take care of it.Note to Management: A customer does not want to feel like they are putting you out to take care of them.
