Here goes my first ever review- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! This is hands down the worst customer service/ repair shop experience I have EVER had in my life.In January of this year I was in a minor collision with another vehicle in the rear end of my car. I took my car to this shop for repairs and took 6 weeks to repair my bumper, which was no big deal. When I finally received my car back I noticed there were quite a few issues happening that weren t happening prior. My interior lights, remote key fobs, windows were all not working. By the time I got home, every single check engine light, alert, etc. were all going off on my dashboard. I called the guy working on my car, Scott, and he told me to bring my car back in. They kept it for another 3 days and let me know it was ready to go. I picked it up and AGAIN by the time I got home, all the lights on my dashboard lit up again. Again, they instructed me to bring it back. For a THIRD TIME, they kept my car for multiple days, gave it back, and AGAIN lights came on. I talk to Scott, he claims it was actually that way prior to the accident and it wasn t their fault. I asked him why this wasn t addressed prior with a pre-accident evaluation (which they charged me for on the bill). He then proceed to BLOCK MY NUMBER. LOL! I took it to the dealership to have it diagnosed and they said we can say with 99% certainty that this mistake came from the mechanic who fixed your car and they even provided me a 5 minute video explaining how/ why this would have happened. So there we have it. Scott and his mechanics botched the job and I was car-less for TWO MONTHS. And then had the audacity to block my number after I got stuck with a $350+ bill for their mistake.

****READ THE ENTIRE MESSAGE I HAVE UPDATED SINCE OWNER REPLIED -I have a 2018 Nissan Rogue, I was hit on the passengers side at an intersection, for some reason they had to take my entire dashboard apart and reassemble it. The dashboard and steering wheel have paint or something on it that is grayish white, the outside of the vehicle that wasn't needing work on it had a film of the same stuff all over the drivers side. The interior was not cleaned and had dust and debris all over including the exposed seams of the dashboard. The buttons on the dashboard for the driver are loose and don't respond all the time, I asked them to fix it and they said they couldn't. The part that covers the wires and other things on the edge of the windshield that runs from the top of the windshield to the bottom on both sides of the vehicle are loose, they were dirty and it seemed like they didn't really care how they gave me the vehicle back as long as it was done by the date they told me. They said they would order some clips and call me, it has been 7+ weeks and they haven't called. To me it seems like they don't care about the quality of their work or if they tell you something will be done it won't be they tell you what you want to hear and that is my experience. This was at the American Fork, UT locationUPDATE **** It has been two weeks since I posted this review and I did hear back from the owner stating to email him so they can resolve my issues with the work. I emailed the address provided by the owner and I have NOT heard back from them. Yet another case of them not caring for their customers! I had used them the previous year I was rear ended and my insurance company wants me to use them, the paint is peeling away from the bumper from that job as well. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY? If I need any more body work I will NEVER even think about using them again or recommend this company to anyone!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I have had great experiences with Caliber. I have taken many cars in there for years. I recently had work done on my truck and was extremely impressed with the communication by Carl. They finished my truck in the time frame they stated. I will be back again.

Customer service and communication from start to finish was outstanding! They took care of the car rental to the insurance claim. My vehicle came back looking like new! It was a great experience! Much better than I expected.

I took my Alexis in here to have a door dent fixed. You would think it was a simple fix. When I went back to pick it up the dent was not fixed. It was just painted over. The paint color was a pearl white but not a specific Lexus pearl white so it didn't match the rest of my car. They told me they would keep it and repaint the whole door. I went back a week later to pick up my car. The dent was still not fixed. They had just layered another coat of paint over it. The new employee came out and told me that they had feathered the paint in. It still does not match the rest of my car. And also tried to tell me that wasn't the dent they tried to fix. The trick is on her. I had taken my own pictures and could prove it. I picked it up and took it somewhere that could actually do the work. This was a simple fix that should have been done in a day or two. 2 weeks later my car was still not done and came out worse than when it went in. Watch out. This is a very dishonest place to take your car.

Firstly, they are very nice and helpful. They delivered my car to me. Good customer service.When picking up the vehicle 3 thing were wrong, that I have noticed so far:1. The grill was not attached. Missing screws2. Drivers side window isn't attached to the regulator3. Brake system is alarming.

5 stars, and two thumbs up! Car accidents are never fun to deal with, but Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle quickly and it looks great! The staff was friendly and communicated every step of the process clearly.

Caliber Collision made the whole process of getting our car repaired very easy and stress free. They were professional and kept us up to date during the duration of the repair and our car looked as good as new when it was finished. If you're looking for a worry free, good as new repair job, then take your car to Caliber.

Caliber Collision is the place to go for collision repair. They were fast, friendly, honest and fair. Our car looked like new when we picked it up. They worked with our rental car company to ensure that they were aware of the timeline for our return and sent me progress messages throughout the time repair was taking place.

I took my car here after an absolute nightmare of an experience with another repair shop. I was initially involved in two accidents on the same day, both not my fault. I took my car to a company that was recommended by a friend where I ended up with some of the worst repair and paint work I ve ever seen. I came to Caliber VERY upset and afraid my car would never be the same again. They were not only able to get my car put back together right, but they went above and beyond to fix the awful work and damage the first company caused to my vehicle. I am so happy with the work they did and the way they absolutely went above and beyond for me. Joe was so great to work with! I consider myself to be pretty picky and I am so impressed with the work that was done and the customer service provided. If you re looking for a shop you can trust to get your vehicle put back together right, this is it! Although I hope to never need a body shop again If I do, I will be a customer here for life. Thank you!!!

So I hit a pole and really messed the front of my truck up. I took it to these guys to fix. I really didn't have any high expectations going into this. But I have to say, these guys are awesome. They did a phenomenal job and I'm super happy and very satisfied with the results! On top of that, they were very quick getting my truck back to me. Melony was the representative who was assigned to my truck for the repairs. She was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated daily and was very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions and concerns. I highly, highly recommend these guys if you need your vehicle repaired. I highly recommend you ask for Melony(the other women were great, too). Thanks for all your help Melony and thanks Calliber Collision for your great work on my truck. Caliber is not just great, they are fantastic. You don't often find high quality customer service these days but Caliber has it. They over communicate. They set reasonable expectations. Then they over delivered on both quality and timing. I hope I don't need another car repair but if I do I'm using Caliber.

Caliber Collision has phenomenal customer service, communication, and does excellent detailed work!! Our suburban looks & feels brand new after our car crash. I'm amazed! They took care of everything and made this once scary & stressful experience go so smooth!! Amazing experience! Excellent communication through calls/texts. Joe B was amazing, supportive, understanding and went above and beyond to make my experience as good as it can be for an accident. The repair was top quality and looks amazing. Hopefully, I don't have another accident, but Caliber Collision (and Joe B) is the only place I would go. I appreciated the care shown for me as a customer. Time was taken to take those steps necessary for open and thorough communication between me and their company as the step by step process of repair began . They gave me an estimated time of completion which I felt was really satisfactory then they finished with the car in each detail required two days early. After my accident I took my car to Caliber for the repairs and it came back looking even better than I could've hoped for! Melanie was absolutely amazing at keeping me informed and was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us! We had someone back into our van in a parking lot. Our insurance company suggested this place and I can see why. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and they were ready for me. A walk-around the vehicle was completed and I was on my way. Caliber made every portion of the claim and repairs very easy. I was only without a vehicle for a short time. I brought it in on a Monday and it was completed on Thursday. Quick turn around and several updates in between so I was informed of the progress. I recently returned to Caliber as I had a rear bumper sensor come loose, I drove it in and they repaired it on the spot. Complete Customer Service to the Fullest!

Such amazing people and friends. they did such an amazing job even though their were a couple complications they kept me updated on everything and got the job done when I first had my truck it didn't look so good but after this and having them fix my bumper it looks so amazing makes my truck look 100% better I'll be honest when they showed me my truck I literally almost cried embarrassing I know but it's true

Amazing experience working with caliber collision, and specifically Dan Luke. Everything with my repair had perfect attention to detail, but what really set them apart was the customer service. I was able to have direct contact with Dan at any time, it felt like I was the only car they had to work on. Dan took charge when one thing was overlooked with my repair, contacted my insurance company and got it resolved as quickly as possible. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if I do caliber collision will be my choice for life. Thank you so much!

GREAT GREAT COMMUNICATION, super fast repairs. They got 4 stars because the hood of my car was not aligned correctly. It s minor but to me the minor details matter. The gap is not even on both sides.

I hate to write this review.... But they did a fantastic job, having a white car with Pearl like flakes in it makes it difficult to match, and after driving it for a week it makes me realize how much I missed my car, still have a flake of the window to help me remember. But they did such a good job I might forget.

Where to even start. First it took over 2 months to get my car back from the shop. With issue after issue with the shop including but not limited to the fact their lot was broken into while my car was on their lot and they failed to call and notify me till after the police notified me 4 days later and I called them to address iy. When I went in the first time to get the car back there were scratches in the new paint job that weren t there originally, overspray, trimmed was messed up just to name a few things. When I got it back the wheel that should have been replaced clearly had not been and still had the green replace marker on the wheel. After waiting at least 3 weeks when the rim came in they finally got it replaced for me. Less than 3 weeks later when I had new tires but on the vehicle it came back my alignment on the same wheel that was hit and they replace and had aligned was out of alignment. When I called to address the issue I was told I would have had to bring the vehicle back for the shop of their choosing to check the alignment themselves. Instead of helping me out after all the issues I have been through with this shop they basically told me oh well you should have known to bring it back to us. Next time maybe tell the customer this information instead of hanging them out to dry and walking away. I promise I won t EVER bring a car to caliber collision again.

Our car was in an accident and was sent to Caliber per insurance recommendation. They got it fixed up two weeks ahead of schedules and looks brand new where the repairs happened. Very satisfied with the friendliness and quality of work, would recommend this place to any one

I have had them fix a couple of cars and they are always professional. Whenever there is a problem with the work I am notified so we can work out a solution. They also work very well with insurance and handle everything.
