I really don't believe you can go wrong with ABC they've always been most helpful and kind and their prices are very competitive with everyone around you and I found their parts to be pretty reliable and not as cheaply made in some and really ain't nothing bad say about them always been a good experience there

I ordered a 3rd back light on my trailblazer the manger was in a big hurry to get the old off to put the new one on got in such a hurry the manager ended up cracking my trailblazer he thought it was metal but instead it was plastic & it's bucking up & where he cracked wont lay down bc the new one is not put in correctly! I should not have trusted him in putting my new 3rd brake light in now I'm going to have to try to find someone that can loosen the screw that holds the new one to straighten out the crack!!!!!!!!!!!! I spent $190 on the 3rd brake light

On Tuesday morning, June29th, I needed an alternator. I entered the store with 5 employees in site (only one was with a customer). The others were not idle. NOT one acknowledged me, did not ask if they could assist me nothing. I took my business to O Riley s.I was shocked at the lack of customer service. I have used this store for years.

Great customer service over the phone and in store. They had the lowest prices in Whitehouse and Tyler for the parts we needed accept one, but they were able to price match that part. They even held the items for easy pick up.

When you need auto parts in Whitehouse, TX, one has two side-by-side options: ABC Auto and O'Reilly's. I won't name the third option as I do not support them in any fashion.The crew this morning were extremely professional and helpful. My pick up battery was not charging. They happily offered to conduct a load test on the battery; sure enough, only getting 350 CCA when it was supposed to provide over 800. The test meter showed replacement was necessary. The rep explained the lower and the higher prices but didn't attempt to twist my arm to buy the more expensive battery. He assisted me in identifying all the necessary parts and tools I would need and offered their loaner tools right then.ABC Auto also provides a Veteran discount, but usually you have to tell them.Bottom line: courteous, professional, respectful and helpful.

Removed and installed my new battery tonight without me even asking! I love to do business with local businesses! Great job ABC Whitehouse. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Cashier was rude told me I wouldn't be able to find my Parrt anywhere no one would have it and refused to look any more. Found it right across the street at auto zone for 10.00 service sucked ......

Y'all guys need to update your closing time on Google, Close up at 7 Pm , on Google closing time is at 8 pm. I would go to autozone next door ,they do not carry what is needed at the moment.

Just want to push you out the door with the wrong parts. Then when you have to return said wrong parts due to the lack of help in the first place they treat you like a thug for it.

Honestly best parts store around.If oriellys or AutoZone doesn't have it ABC probably does.
