I am new to the area and was experiencing some issues with my car. This mechanic shop was referred to assist with the issues. Upon arrival, David was friendly and inexpensive. He also took time out to explain during the diagnostic what he will be checking, even provided a diagram. The issue was resolved in a timely manner.

He took my payment online invoice but never actually came, never answered my calls or responded via text. Finally he responded at 8pm that night and said he needs to go to the office before he heads my way, it was already too late so I schedule for next day. Next day comes and he is late of course to the appointment. He shows up only uses his diagnostic tablet to "diagnose" the problem as to why the car wont start. The tablet he arrived with only had 8 percent battery he didnt even bother charging it before arriving. He plays around with car functions through the tablet until the tablet died then says hes 100 percent sure it's the bcm. He quotes 8 hrs of labor plus the cost of the bcm $400, which it doesnt even cost that much at the stores. Then says theres a "Corona program" that pays for labor. I told him I'd look into my options. The next day I look in my fuse box and notice I'm missing the fuel injector fuse, I place a fuse in and boom, my car starts and runs no problem. Wasted $150 on his "advance diagnostics " that was not even pointing me in the right direction, stay away from this guy david Rodriguez, no matter what he will make the problem out to be the pcm or bcm and make something up to sound legit but hes not. His company use to be called savvy mechanic but changed his name die to all the bad business he did and bad reviews he had.UPDATE:After a week after leaving my original review he wouldnt stop texting trying to make up lies to convince me to change my review. Then he said he programmed my car during my "diagnoses" he did and the car would shut down after 2 weeks and he also said to make sure im not driving the car at the time cus it could shut down while im driving it. Well 2 weeks passed and my car runs stronger then ever no thanks to this phony electrical mechanic. Save your money and go elsewhere.Service: Electrical

Over all the service was good Mark knows his stuffOther than some of his tools malfunctioning he stillfigured out my problem saved me from buying a pcm.The only problem I had was having a hard time getting a hold of him and he returning my calls or else I would have given him 5 stars but the guy knows he s profession .

Did not show up, advance diagnostic was not advance at all, made up that I had a short to ground and bad bcm, in reality it was just a missing fuse, took my $150 and still believes he is right when he was clearly wrong. None did not show up didnt answer the phone stole my 400 dollars said that my ECM is bad but he never showed back up I'm going to the cops he is not trustworthy at all do not do bis with him he is a liar and a thief and no that's not correct at all I told you I didnt want that other 200 dollar account I told you all I had was the 400 dollars and I plainly ask you if that was all I needed you said yes I would not have to spend another dollar I have the text to prove it also I called you to see if you was going to come to fix my car on sat like you told me to do early this wee and like always no answer and also had the desentcy to tell me I'm wasting your Time you have only came over here once and I have not seen you since that day you took 400.00 dollars from me I am in the process of sueing you I have all the text messages that you and I have conversations about and I have also started the process of the bbb investigation about I have no receipt and you also told me that you wouldn't work on my car unless I deleted my ratings wit your company all I want is my money back I'm a father of 4 and dot have the means of just to let the 400.00 go I'm a hard working man and do not deserve to be treated like trash ... if I was anyone EVER thinking about useing this place plz reconsider they are thief and liars thanks and I'm sorry to who else the rob truly sorry.....Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
