Instead of just saying they couldn t weld a small pipe of this material which was the excuse they told me when I called upset at how it turned out, they just did it and used the wrong wire that would have rusted in no time and than I had to get it removed and redone by someone else so instead of only spending 30$ I paid them to do it than had to buy another 02 rung than pay someone else to remove it and reweld. Just a horrible experience. First 3 pictures was the best they could do and last 2 pictures was another person the following day

Got my mid muffler delete here, did not have to wait any amount of time on getting it started. Fast and great quality work. Very good prices. And great customer service, I would recommend you 100% to get your auto needs done here!

Great service!! Friendly, quality care and service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.UPDATE:I brought my truck in today it was after 1pm. My expectations were that it would not be looked at until Monday and would get it back Tuesday at the earliest.Well at 5pm on the way to get a rental, they called and said it was ready.I was told that Justin looked it and fit it in.Kudos to him and his team!!

10/10! Hubs told them how I wanted my truck to sound and we went with their recommendation. I am obsessed best sounding half ton I ve ever heard. Very reasonable price and they had it ready same day.

Great little place for exhaust work and other mechanical, visually obvious, work. Jason, the shop manager and his Mom the offc manager are two of the kindest people. I brought a new cat converter to their shop to replace my worn out converter. Jason replaced it in less than an hour, while I waited, and the charge was very reasonable, and lower than other shops' quotes. The insides of my old converter had come apart making horrendous noise, making my car sound like an old clunker. A 2004 Honda with 271,000 miles is not an old clunker. Haha.

I have a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe that needed rear brake calipers, rotors and brake pads.The area under my truck was rusted out.I originally went to another mechanic that I had used before.That mechanic was expensive on the work they had done before.The estimate They quoted me was outrageous.I did some research and found out that Powell Muffler and Brake had received great reviews.I dropped my off my truck on Monday.Donna called me back that afternoon with a quote on the repair that was required.She quoted me a price that was very reasonable.I gave her the O.K to proceed with the repair.Tuesday mid morning Donna called me to inform me that my truck was ready,I am very pleased to have found an honest and reputable repair shop that engages in professional and ethical business practices.I have found my new and permanent mechanic. Wanted 3" pipes from my headers out the rear of my 66 fairlane. A few shops I called said it would be too difficult to bend them over my rear axle, but Justin at Powell said, "no problem". Had it done in a day and it looks great. The price was better than anyone I called also. Will use these guys anytime I need exhaust work.

I love Powells Muffler and brake!!! They are honest hardworking people and I trust them and that is very important to me since I am single and a woman. I have been to other places and didnt trust them because they seemed ridiculous on their prices...been doing business with Powells for 17yrs now...thank you Powells for exceptional service

Look for the skinny feller in the shop. Good guy, smart, he will take care of whatever you're exhaust needs are. He changed a 2.5 to 2.75in flange for me
