I live in New Mexico and searched for a used Bolt for over a month. I couldn t find one in NM, so began looking in other states. I also was aware of the new $4,000 clean vehicle tax credit and many dealers weren t willing to orchestrate that endeavor. But Amanda and her Sales Manager, Troy, were more than accommodating in facilitating that transaction. Also Stephanie eagerly responded to various calls regarding the financial and administrative issues.All 3 were kind, polite and professional & I highly recommend you contact them for your next new or used vehicle purchase, especially if you re looking for a clean energy and carbon-free EV!

It was perfect (I can t believe I m saying this about a car-purchasing experience). From finding the car I wanted in your online inventory, to confirming an appointment via chat, to my salesman, and down to working a deal. It felt honest, it felt good, it felt right.

I went to Victory to look at a Tahoe that I never really thought I could afford. Travis Shaw was just great. He was so helpful, and really worked with me over a few days to surprisingly get the payment where I wanted it to be. I've been shopping for a Tahoe off and on for over 2 years now, Travis made it happen, and I couldn't be happier. The actual purchase process was also very quick and painless, literally the fastest and easiest time I have ever had buying a vehicle.

Made a reservation (had to wait a week) for the first "new car" oil change. I was surprised that there was no added "goodwill" service. Every single car I've owned, when taken in for as much as what you did to my vehicle, the dealership has vacuumed out the floor boards, wiped down the dash (whether I wanted it or not) and, in some cases, washed the car. None of this happened at Victory GMC. Oh, ok. If that's the level of service I can expect after buying a $100,000, I'll just take my new car to a Jiffy Lube from now on. Thanks!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. My wife and I drove in from a couple hours away after working the deal on the perfect car for my wife with our salesman, Caleb Yogi. He was professional, honest, and worked with us to get us in the car we wanted at a price that worked for us and for them. One of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had. I will absolutely reach out to Caleb and Victory when I start searching for a ride of my own.

Decided to check out replacing my current car with a new one- so went to Victory since they have serviced the current car.I have never had such a fun and exciting time switching cars. Michael and Caleb helped me find the right one and processed me through quickly.The right one for me was the GMC Terrain SLT - a beautiful red to boot!!I love it and know this was a good move for me!!Thank you guys and your support teams!

Steve was great! He listened to what I wanted, needed and could do. Then him and the finance guy worked it out. I m VERY HAPPY! No pressure, just some really great people helping me get the new car I wanted and needed!First, Victory Buick GMC had EXACTLY what I wanted on your lot! The sales people were very good. Steve was personable, listened to my wants, concerns and needs. Then when it came time for financing, they got me where I needed to be. I had done my research and knew what my trade-in was worth, and they gave me more than I anticipated!I have and continue to tell people about Victory Buick GMC in Victoria! NO PRESSURE! A very pleasing experience!

My husband & I just happened by the dealership after hours to scope out a Sierra 1500 Elevation. We were looking over the truck and admiring it when Roos Young & Steve Sangster greeted us & asked if we had any questions. We were surprised because we thought the dealership was closed but appreciated their casual, non-aggressive approach to our inquiries about the truck.Ross followed up with us the next week to see if we were still interested or had additional questions. They were both straightforward, transparent and honestly answered our questions. (As honest as car salesmen can be. ) Which is refreshing, as it has not been the norm in our experience with most car dealerships.We did our own research in purchasing the truck and felt like we were getting a pretty fair deal.We felt like our whole experience from the sales guys, Ross & Steve, to Jake in Finance, to Michelle who assisted me in walking me through the Onstar set-up, was a pleasant experience. It went really well . I was needing an oil change and I was pressed for time . They got me in and out in about forty minutes . And I was able to use my points for most of it !! Really satisfied when I left . All the staff were really nice , offering bottled water and snacks while waiting !!

I ve worked with Bruce for over 2yrs trying to get a truck the night my friend bought a new Buick Bruce and Ken showed me a new 2023 with in two days I bought it. Bruce got my payments to where I wanted them and Ken was the best salesman I have ever had , they both helped me with every question I had and Ken even brought the contact to my work for me to sign I highly recommend Victoria Buick, GMC and make sure you have Ken as your salesman and Bruce as your finance manager and they do everything possible to get you into your new vehicle.Thank you very much Bruce and Ken you got my business from now on.

I can t say enough about Johnny he was so helpful and helping me to get back on the road with my truck. He took the time out and answered my questions anytime I called. Y all have a great employee. Yeah I should give him a raise. I am saying this from the heart I don t know the man at all but to my knowledge if I ve got a good employee, I always reward him.

Bruce and the guys were amazing, the process was very quick and they did give us top value for our trade. We are in love with our GMC Denali. Will definitely be going back. I also would like to add that, I am not one for a salesman type approach and that was a big plus, if I had questions they were answered. Anything I wanted to know they were very knowledgeable. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend them Victory GMC to anyone.

Johnny was not helpful or understanding. I was charged a $155 service charge and was told I just needed a new battery. My charges would be around $550. I told him it seemed a little high and that I would rather put the battery in myself to save some money. He then tells me that if I pick up the vehicle and and the new battery isn't the fix he would have to charge me another $155 service charge for the same issue even if I brought it back the same day. Micheal on the other hand said that that was false. They would not charge me another service fee. Sounds like entrapment when he knew it was the fix. They had already started charging the battery and the problem was fixed. But threatening me on more charges if I pick it up was very unprofessional.

I had deflectors installed. Dealer did awesome on windows but the hood deflector was an issue. After investigating looks like the design of the deflector may have been the issue. I brought my concerns up and they had a few options for corrections I could choose from. Top notch customer service

First time using this dealership. Very pleased with them. Everyone is so friendly and the service writers are great. I came in for an engine oil and filter change plus tire rotation. I was there under an hour, so I was impressed with the promptness of service. I will definitely be back for my next service.David H.

My experience withy Victory GMC was the best!! I was in need of a vehicle, applied and within the day was told I was approved for my vehicle purchase. Went in the next day, paperwork was ready to be signed, it was an easy process. The salesman, and all the employees made my purchase a very nice experience. Best believe I ll be a returning customer, Thanks Victory GMC!!!

I thought I had scheduled my oil change on line. Turns out it didn t register. I m sure it was on my part as sometimes I struggle with technology. However, even though they had several cars already being worked on, the service director said they could accommodate me. I was willing to wait and figured it would be several hours. However, I was done in just under an hour. I am impressed. They didn t have to accommodate me. They could have made an appointment for another day and/or time but they didn t and I appreciate it. I will return but will call and make sure I have an appointment. Thanks victory!

You did nothing that you said you would do when I made the appointment. After multiple attempts throughout a day to have me vehicle serviced (alignment, AC service, fuel system service and a check engine code diagnostic performed) I was told that my trucks lift was too tall and that they couldn t service it, my truck is a 6 lift on 35 s, probably one of the most common lift kit combos on the road. This was after having the truck all day. What confuses me is you have 3 new trucks (2 black widow & 1 Harley Davidson) for sale at your dealership that are the same ride height as mine. How are the purchasers of these truck s supposed to get their trucks serviced? Buyer beware, if you purchase a truck from here and it s lifted or you plan on lifting it. You will obviously need to find a different dealer for work as this one is not capable of working on lifted trucks. Oh but they will keep your vehicle all day before telling you that too

Service department will give you the runaround any time it comes to warranty repairs. You prove to them your warranty is still in force and it s a bother to them. On oil change and tire rotation they didn t do tires but charged for it. Claimed I didn t leave the lug nut key. They never gave me one and why change for a service not performed? Take your business elsewhere unless you just like the headaches they cause . Purchased two vehicles from them over the years. NEVER AGAIN!!!! This company has gone downhill big time.

Our salesman, Zander, did a fantastic job meeting our needs to find a car that met our budget as well as meeting our expectations for size, color, style that we were looking for. This is the second car that we have purchased from Victory and from Zander. We keep coming back because of the friendly, trustworthy service of this dealership. Our vehicles are always well-serviced. Stephanie in the business office is fantastic to work with and everyone goes out of their way with their customer service! Love Victory!
