Its my pleasure to share positive encounter particularly with one outstanding staff,Mike.I went at autocare for state inspection but unexpectedly my car stalled.Mike,being busy took time to jumpstart my car so i could bring it at interstate to have a new battery.What standout of him was his genuine concern and willingness to help,that in our present time that customer service can often feel impersonal.He is very customer oriented and his kindness made a significant impact on my overall experience at autocare.Shout out also to Keith who was very accomodating.I will surely recommend autocare at stockbauer.

Beware of this place. Went in for a state inspection and got rejected for a bad belt that was cracked they said. Rules clearly state that you can t reject for cracked ribs, but they did anyway and tried to sell me a belt. They are up selling people on services not needed. Basically ripping people off.

Just went there for an oil change an tire rotation that took too long and was incomplete.Johnny took the unnecessary time to take both my air filters out and ask me if I needed them replaced, but couldn't be bothered to fill up my tires that were low and pinging my dash tpms prior to arrival even though they're charging 25 for the rotation when theres MULTIPLE shops in town offering it for free with an oil change.Paid $93 for an oil change and rotation and now I'm filling up my own tires.What a jackass

Always take my inspection needs here: both sons' vehicles, daughter's car and min3 for the basics in our design for getting two steps but one sticker accomplishment. These guys are Fast, Friendly, accommodating and even photogenic. Thks guys for availability and genuine concern for customers!-)

I madea stop to get my oil change, but it didn't needed change, Joe service my vehicle and he even vacuum it. I was impressed. They got got my business. They also have great customer service. Keep up the good work. May God continues to bless your company Service: TiresService: Tires

" No pick up here" maybe yall should take advantage of the situation of parents waiting or students waiting. Offer free check up or sell drinks and snacks to students.Just a thought. Opportunities

I love coming here!! They are very quick and efficient. Kevin is by far one of the nicest people and so helpful every time I come! Kevin is always smiling, friendly and even if you wait a second he is always apologetic for the wait. I always continue coming back and whenever I get great service it makes it easy!! After my oil change they let me know they had noticed the inside of my front tires were really worn. They showed me a picture and I was shocked. I went straight to my tire shop and they said they needed to be replaced immediately. I appreciate being notified of this as it could have been very dangerous.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was very impressed with the group of guys that were there. They each waited on the 4 customers that were there at 8am. They were friendly, respectful and courteous! I took my work car here. This place made me wait 1.5 hours with no feedback. When I inquired how long it would be, they said they couldn't do inspection because they needed some kinda authorization . I would still be waiting if I hadn't inquired because they couldn't be bothered to come to the waiting area and let me know The worst service in this area & that is saying a lot. Shame on them for wasting customer time instead of letting me know that they couldn't do it.

Had a few problems when I went in for a state inspection.One, they were very busy, which was not the problem. The problem was the system that they used. I waited for probably 30 minutes while people came in and left with their vehicles before my vehicle was serviced. So I asked, out of curiosity why that was. Apparently an oil change + state inspection gets taken care of before a state inspection by itself. OK. no big deal.Then, I waited another 10 minutes before they took my keys & insurance, and brought them back immediately, saying that my vehicle would not pass inspection because the headlights & tail lights were 'tinted'. I bought the vehicle with the lights that it has on it, and I have had the vehicle inspected here before without any problems. Granted, they were very polite with their explanation, but I was still frustrated with their service, and the result.So I took my vehicle to another local place that does state inspection, and passed with no problem. The other business even took the time to explain why Stockbauer Lube Center was wrong for rejecting the head & tail lights.

My service tech Daniel was on point with customer service. I am very confident in the service i receive here.. I highly recommend this location to all in this community. I have has services at many other places but this place standout by far. We called to ask about their price and wait time for an oil change, they said $35 and that there were a few cars but they were getting them through quickly. We came in, but soon noticed on their board that oil changes were actually $38.99. Whatever, we're here, it's $4. A bit annoying but not worth leaving over. More than an hour of waiting later we started thinking of going somewhere else, but we were called next. They kept bringing people's air filters inside asking if they wanted new ones, whether they needed replacing or not. Then they tried to sell us another $250 worth of work (like transmission, engine, and radiator flushes, power steering service, etc) that we declined. They rang us up and it was $42.99 plus tax, we asked why it was so much and they said because of the $4 oil filter. That's not included in the price of an oil change? They said they topped off all the fluids but they didn't. I have a crack in my windshield wiper fluid tank so it leaks every time it's filled. It wasn't leaking and when I checked the stick it was bone dry. These people are the epitome of the crooked places that will say what they need to say to make more money. We wouldn't have stopped if they'd said an oil change is $43 and it's an hour wait. I promise we won't be back.

My husband and I have come here for years to have our vehicles serviced on and we have Always gotten Excellent Service. Joe and his crew are the Nicest, Most Courteous, and extremely Professional. Thank you Joe for Always Going Above and Beyond in making sure all our vehicles needs are taken care of. I will continue to Recommend you guys.

Full waiting room when I got there but they got me in and out in a short time. These guys do an awesome job every time I go there. Definitely recommend this place

Was told a 30 minute wait and 2 1/2 hours later was serviced. Then found any and all things to try to charge me before giving an inspection sticker. Every car that went through had something "wrong with it". Called business spoke with Josh the manager to explain customer service and poor job, he said it wasn't "his job". I explained as a manager it is all his job. That poor business reflects poor leadership. He got offended and very upset as I spoke. He kept interrupting me. I would not recommend going to this place to my friends and family. Much better business in Victoria other than this place.

Excellent Inspection and Oil change business. Have been coming here for years for oil change and inspections and never have i experienced a problem. The guys were friendly and courteous . Kevin was fast and did a excellent job on my inspection....Thanks Kevin !!!

1st customer to arrive and I've been waiting for an hour and a half. I drive a fleet vehicle. They started the service before getting approval. Started my service, pulled my vehicle out and then started working on others. Approval came through (of course) but now I am waiting on other customers. Nobody told me any of this until I tried to leave. Ridiculous.

First off let me begin by stating that I LOVE my truck and I do not trust just anyone around it... These guys are great, got me in and out quickly they even let me bring in and use my own oil "I'm brand specific" great customer service overall a good experience and I will be back again...
