Ricky responded immediately to my call by saying I m on my way . He is extremely knowledgeable about diesel engines and thorough with his diagnostics. He had us up and running within a few hours and was fair and reasonable with his price.

I payed this guy 125$ yesterday to fix my lower control arm within the first 20 minutes I notice my car had a big dent from which he jacked it up wrong then proceeded to say oh you could just make a claim after he was done he didn t hesitate to let me drive the car out he took off immediately which is when I noticed something wasn t right so I called him back he kept saying i needed an alignment but I know my cars I ve had a lower control arm replaced many many times but he saw I was a female then he started calling ppl when he realize I knew what I was talking abt then my mechanic drove from corpus to come to find out he broke my rack and pinion ! DO NOT GO TO ROAD RUNNERS !!!! And yes I m suing him and we ve already made a insurance claim and he told me he didn t have insurance so we have video proof of my car at auto zone perfectly fine I called the police yesterday to start the file and he took my money !!Service: Brake service & repair

I broke down on the side of the road and they got there super quick and fixed my car. I was back on the road in no time at all. There price is extremely reasonable and I highly recommend them if you get in a jam and need a GOOD MOBILE MECHANIC!!!!! Thanks so much again guys for all your help!

Over price me on parts. Everywhere else said it also. Stay away from thus business. A $400.00 job turn into $1,100.00 job. Said it was the parts that cost so much coming to find out the parts was cheaper than what he said. The guys told me $400.00 would have been the walk out price for everything. DO NOT CONTACT OR USE THIS SHADY SHADY SHADY so called business . 0% professionalism not to mention racist. Reminded me of a horror movie where instead of helping out and making you feel comfortable at a time of need you had to keep your head on a swivel and be alert at all times. ROADSIDE BULLY will not inform you of what the charge will be till after he performs job. Its till then THAT YOUR STUCK WITH HIS OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT THAT HE'LL DEMAND AND PERSIST FROM YOU, continously stating...JUST FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM...I NEED MY MONEY and this was for a simple blown tire and flat tire. It wasn't till after a brief yelling match and him getting a visual of LOLA (weapon) that he accepted 3/4 payment cause it was double what he was demanding ($600 +). Bad experience...I DONT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHERE THESE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE COMING FROM....!!!! DO NOT USE THIS MORON...!!!Service: Tires

We called them after we had a blowout south of Victoria on i77. Over the phone he seemed helpful and would pick up tire for us and then come change tire. So we sent him a pin of our location with an apple phone and samsung phone mind you because his phone was not receiving my pin. He has us send our location to like 3 different numbers. Plus he wouldn't give us price over the phone but stated he wasn't charging us for picking up tire or mileage since he was 10 min away. So we figured he was closer and would be there faster than our roadside service that was coming but not bringing a spare. We sent him a picture of the tire we were needing as well. Needless to say he brought a 6 PLY TIRE that was for a UTILITY TRAILER NOT AN RV. We were needing a 14 ply RV tire. He put us in danger by putting us in the wrong tire that coukd of blown out in an hr and a half. Then he charged us initially 648.00 fir the tire,mileage supposedly, processing fees. Not to mention we had to repeat everything to him and girl that started calling us asking for info. They were both all over the place. Waited for him about 2 hours telling us we gave him wrong directions yet he stated he had to give a girl a female companion a ride because he had to get rid of her. SUPER DISORGANIZED AND SHADY. He stayed by the door and demanded his money. When he saw my husband had his weapon he started backing off some and then insisted on 500 stating anyways the insurance will pay you back. He was insistent on us giving him a credit card but we said no. THATS NOT GONNA HAPPEN. WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH HE WOULD OF CHARGED US. We were scared quite honestly and feared for our lives. Imagine how many other people he has donr this too. Reporting him to better business burial & to our insurance company....HIGHWAY ROBERRY DO NOT CALL THIS BUISINESS!!!!!

Sooooo I was definitely conflicted about this review simply because things were so up and down at this place I gave the 2 stars because I feel like that was atleast meeting in the middle I was pregnant when I brung my truck here and was initially waited and entire day for the guy to bring my tire then another road service that was not theirs arrived I spoke to the manager who said I would be charged 650 because of all the trouble my boss did not like that because all they did was remove tires (which is 100% true) ughh many many details that I will leave of simply for the sake of me not having enough time but long story short they got the job done and got theirselves together I m not sure if I would recommend them but before I left I was treated well and aloud to wait until another driver came to drive the truck one P.S PLEASE MAKE SURE TO VERIFY IF YOU WILL OR WONT BE CHARGED FOR SERVICE WHEN THEY ASK TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING

I ve been having a problem with my rig for over a month and a half then found Ricky. He fixed my bad injector along with electrical shorts that was causing my turbo boost problem. Great guy and a lot of knowledge on his trade.

Ricky was Very Prompt. He show up in no time at all. Very knowledgeable. He put a serpentine belt on a motorhome. Very Knowledgeable. If you're traveling thru Victoria area He would Totally be the number to call Thank You Very Much Ricky!!!

Motorhome running issues.Ricky took care of me. He is the highest quality, most learned mechanic I have met. We discussed costs right up front, which are quite agreeable. He managed to show up even earlier than needed and he got right on my issues of lack of power. He asked all the right questions and listened to the answers.After listening to the engine, he diagnosed the simple issues that I may have and promptly took loose the exhaust, then said test drive it. Ran like a top!The other issue might have been fuel.With replacement of a muffler and catalytic convert, I was on the road.No computer needed, no shop time, no wasted diagnosis repairs, just what was needed and we were done.Roadrunner is definitely the place to call for any problems you have. The courtesy, professional work ethics, the knowledge to save so much time finding the problem and the ability to take care of it quickly is of the highest caliber. I had less costs with them than anywhere else I could have gone and is fixed right.

Waited 1hour & half for him to get there, charges me 225 $ to give me ride to a tire shop, takes me on a ride to do his errands. All he had to do was take off 3 tires give me a lift to the tire shop & him put them back on. Something so simple was a 4 hr task for him worthy of 225$, ridiculous . Then he bends my trailer axel by the way he lifted the rv. Very unprofessional, untimely manner, & very expensive not recommended at all, I don t know where he got all these reviews from

Excellent Service!!! My driver called with a busted water line and couldn't move. I called C&R and spoke with Ricky. He grabbed my parts and had my truck up and rolling in an hour and a half and was very fair priced.

I waited over an hour, I received an unidentifiable call. I answered yet they wouldn t identify themselves, just blurted out... I m in front of your house. Understand...I need road side assistance in Florida my house is in Connecticut! So I asked him to identify the location of the house because I m at a hotel?! He couldn t articulate his sentence, he mumbled something and hung up. I called my provider back and I was informed that the Roadrunner Road Side Assistance had suspended the assistance. Roadrunner Road Assistance was reckless in aborting assistance to a traveler alone in need at night in an unfamiliar area. Very unprofessional. The lack of work ethics should be noted. The person sounded odd. I will notify and make a formal complaint and to be removed from the reputable referring list.

I broke down in Victoria tx . My truck would not shift into high gears. Ended up contacting Ricky with roadrunner he personally took me to my hotel room contacted me every morning with updates on my rig...turns out he had to replace all gears in my transmission along with more things..Great service and he really stands by his work...Couldn't be happier with results...Thanks Roadrunner

My truck was not even cooled down when RoadRunner arrived.they wasted no time with the diagnosis which was done over the phone. They had the part with them which was professionally installed.i will refer roadrunner to anyone that wants quality and wants it done promptly....a satisfied customer.

Road runner ricky was the man. He helped me get in touch with a dependable tow company out of Victoria, TX. Shout out to Brian Bailey with Bailey's towing in Victoria as well..Without stumbling on that number I would have probably still been stranded. Thanks again Ricky!

Experience was great! I did not expect the fast response. I called and woke them up at 645 and was told they would arrive by 8. They were there in 30 minutes and had be back on the road by 8! Great job!

Saved my ass. Was out of town in Victoria doing a Federal Trial and my Shift changer went out . This mechanic took time out of his busy schedule to help my wife get our Vett fixed . Awesome Customer service . Gets the job done Very reliable and professional. Thank you! I will definitely refer you to all our friends and family . God Bless Waller

Ricky saw me on the side of the road right outside of Tivoli after I ran out of gas. Even though I didn't have any cash on me, he put a few gallons in my tank to help me get to town. When my truck wouldn't run, he pushed me into town to the next gas station and didn't even charge me. Before he left he told me he be back by soon just in case I wasn't able to get my truck started back up. Guys like him don't grow on trees. If you need any services anywhere around Victoria or the surrounding area this is the man you want. Thanks Ricky .

I strongly support this business. I'm from out of town and was working at Citizens Hospital. While I was there, a woman was stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery. I didn't have jumper cables, and she had no one to call bc her husband was out of town. She was also in pain (something with her feet). I called the closest repair shop... it was Roadrunner. I explained that the woman was stranded and needed help, and that I'd pay for the service. The person at Roadrunner said that would be unnecessary, and that he would be right over. Hats off to you guys! Thanks so much!

Called because my husband had a flat on his big truck. And 15 mins later he was there. Took no time to change out his tire and get him back on the road. Very fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

NEVER CALL THIS ONE MAN RIPOFF!!!Totally unqualified!! The guy didn't bring ANYTHING!!! to repair my truck. I had a water leak and the jackass didn't even bring water let alone the waterpump or hoses he said he was bringing. He pulled up in a ragged OLD Ford with no company info.on it Can you say SHADETREE mechanic! He went to go STEAL a hose that i didnt need..then tried to charge over $300 bucks..and he showed up 2hrs after he said he was close and on his way he even had the audacity to tell me he wasnt going to leave the other call which he said paid $95hr. to come to me even though he said he was on his way!! The WORST ROAD SERVICE call I've had in 22 yrs. of trucking!!!!

Ricky met me on i77, diagnosed a bad ipr, pulled me to a better location, made the repair, then followed me to a truck stop to check everything. Read all CEL codes and explained everything in detail. Excellent service.
