I'm done with dealership charging outrages amount of money for a service.Probably saved about $300 to $500 by coming to Precision Auto Tune.They'll talk to you, explain everything and give you a quote before hand.They already had good reviews so I didn't even think twice about it.I will be returning for further service on my next vehicle.

I took my vehicle to this shop knowing I had check engine lights telling me I had bad sensors.Called this place and I said I know the codes are telling me I need to replace the sensors but I think it might be the catalytic converter. They said to me no, no you bring it in and we tell you exactly was wrong with it, you migh not have to replace the catalytic at all.Well they told me the same thing the codes were telling me bad sensors" precisely the 2 downstream sensors.I replaced all 4 sensors! Only to find out the codes came back..That tells me that the catalytic converter is probably bad. And for them to charge me again for a second diagnostic I don't think so. That was my personal experience.Was at minimum expecting bring it in and we can do another diagnostic free of charge but I guess it is what it is.

I was referred here by a friend. I had unexpected issues one morning and went straight to the shop. They opened at 8:00 but were ready to help even though I as there around 7:30. At 8 some other scheduled appointments had not showed up so they started on mine right away. I was out of there about 2 hours later with 3 new coils and spark plugs.

family run for years. I moved away from the Victoria area 10 yrs ago, but I still come back for the service. they are honest and very honest with their care of my trucks. it's 1.5 hr drive, but it's well invested for my reassurance of being well cared for and treated fairly.

This place is highly recommended by locals for a reason. I m new to the area and when my F-250 broke down I worked on it and thought it to be something far more expensive. They literally had me running on the road two days later for a mere $155. They re honest, quick, and very capable.

Absolutely great experience with Keith and Team!Traveling from out of town, my check engine light came on and the A/C wasn't working. I was skeptical to be taken advantage of, but after a short conversation, a transparent diagnostic report, a visual confirmation of the A/C problem, and a very reasonable cost estimate, I knew I was in the right place and I could trust Keith and Team.I was really blown away at the hard work and the attention I was given for the amount of work that needed to be done, they completed it for me in time to get to my son's baseball tournament...that was priceless!Keith even gave me a follow-up call to see how the car was handling, and even asked about my son's baseball tournament. Years of great service here. It's worth the drive back when I moved out of Vic. They've given my vehicle back with a $5 fix before or just a loose cable another mechanic missed. They aren't greedy. No fake fixes. Really appreciate the quality of their service over 11 years.

Took our car here to have alignment checked before a trip, and a couple other small things. They took the time to go over it, check alignment and look for coolant leaks, and actually told me it was good, nothing needed to be done. I think this is the first time a shop has ever told me a car didn't need any work, they always seem to find something wrong to fix. Took the time to explain a common issue with the car, and what to look for. Everyone I talked to there was very friendly, they had me in and out quickly, and price was very reasonable, considering everything they checked. I would definitely recommend Precision Tune in Victoria, and I'll use them again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Service is usually very quick. Price is moderate, and you get a free car wash with an oil change. Customer service is great they keep coffee and magazines so that you'll be comfortable. It is a place my husband and I continue to use.

Great People and even better service! Saved me alot of money coming here. They don't stick you with extra charges and they show you whats happening with your vehicle. Definitely my go-to now.

I was very impressed with how friendly and how quick they are. They fixed a problem with the belt tensioner pulley on my car in about 30 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely take my car here again when needed. Thanks.

Love it! Every time I come here they always do a great job. I've never had to bring my vehicle back because of a bad repair because they do it right the first time. Very friendly as well!

I m all the way from Nebraska the team helped me enjoy my spring break vacation! Got me back on the road in timely manner. My vehicle started smoking due to oil issues the fixed it. Suggest other things to repair. I just love how they were enthusiastic about helping us and getting us home in that matter also. Highly recommend Precision Tune.

Buyer beware! They might be honest in some places, but will change drastically from quoted price and will overcharge for unnecessary reasons. There is no call for the overcharging, you are better off elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

The service was scheduled quickly, and completed in a timely professional way. Service actually completed much quicker than I am used to having things done at any kind of automotive service facility with no unexpected charges.

We had problems with our Tahoe we dropped it off 30 min from closing and we got it back the next day running great they called us to let us know what was wrong and gave us prices along the way just great service and great people
