Mechanics working at this place are 8 to 5 people. 4:30 they stop working and 4:50 they are at the door.They don't give a $#it if your truck is fixed or not. I broke down 30 mi from here and the tow guy told me about this place. Since my truck is Volvo I called them and ask if they work on Volvo and if they have all the software for Volvo trucks. They said yes. Three days later and $450.00 for towing and $1600.00 bill from the shop my truck is still broken and now I have to pay another $1200.00 for tow truck to take my truck to Volvo in Austin. And all this because they lied that they have software for Volvo. I feel sorry for the Service Manager. Hi is a good guy. They left everything inside my truck disassembled, dirty fingerprints and cigarette ash everywhere(I don't smoke!).My dashboard is all scratched and now is 22:00 Friday night and I'm still outside with broken truck waiting on the tow truck. Thanks guys!UpdateHad my truck towed to Vanguard Volvo in Austin.(Another $1100.00) .After only 3 hours they knew what was wrong with my truck.Nothing to do with what the guys from Mack told me. It was simply corroded wire. So buying the VECU for $400.00 was completely unnecessary.

I needed invoices to close our company's month. Called and a very professional and friendly staff member, Roxanne, was able to email me what I needed. She stayed on the phone to make sure it came through. She went above and beyond! I appreciate that!

Very good service, professional mechanic who knew what he was doing and had proper equipment for fixture. when someone need mobile service do call them. Rate was genuine

They got us right in on a Friday. Located a sensor issue other shops had missed and got us back on the road. Great communication throughout the process. We will definitely use this shop again. Thanks guys.

Service manager Preston did an awesome job. I broke down needing a new water pump which had to be ordered and wouldn t be in until the next day. Preston took me to the hotel and picked me up the next day. When we arrived back to the shop my truck was ready and I still had time to get loaded. I would give 10 stars if I could. Job well done!!!

We have a custom freightliner even so they were able to get the truck in right away and figured out what was wrong my only complaint was that it took a little long to fix but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The price was what they said it was gonna be and they even took us to our hotel and picked us back up in the morning.

Took to long to get to truck almost a week past when said was gonna be in shop. Tried to over charge me on parts till I checked in the parts department for price only to find parts much cheaper. $3000 in labor to change a failed injector. Communication is not good at all. Total of 3 weeks in shop. Will never do buisness with them again. Guess it good for big companys but not family owned company friendly. The truck is fixed though.

Called for a Tractor protection valve quoted $75 back home in idaho same valve 47. Asked for part number parts man refused to supply me with it. Stating they don t give them out of parts in stock. Basically they know their prices are 50% higher than most places and don t want you to shop them. Went to Fleet Pride bought exact same valve and trailer pressure release for less then they wanted for the initial valve. Price gouging to make a buck Shameful. We have a paccar account and still no help. Won t do business with these people.

If I could give this place a -10 stars I would.They almost killed my husband today.We had a wheel seal,drum,&slack adjuster worked on yesterday.This should have taken them no more than 2hours to do,but took them all day.We picked up the truck this morning when they opened.As he was turning with his tanker trailer on his WHOLE AXLE WENT FLYING OFF... THEY HAVE ASSUMED RESPONSIBILY,AND ADMITTED FAULT. HOWEVER,THEY WONT REFUND OUR MONEY OR PAY US FOR MISSING WORK.IVE READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS AND THE RESPONSE IS TO TALK TO A MANAGER AND IF NOT RESOLVED, TALK TO CORPORATE.I PULLED IN 3 MANAGERS AND HAVE PUT A CALL INTO CORPORATE...IM VERY FRUSTRATED THAT THEY HAVE TOTALLY DISREGARDED THE FACT THAT MY HUSBAND AND MANY OTHERS COULD HAVE DIED.LET ME REPEAT: HIS WHOLE AXLE WENT FLYING ACROSS THE HWY.

It's a truck shop. An they're pretty good sometimes u will wait a few days or weeks! The price an hr is high but hey it's a commercial truck shop.

In at 0730 Tuesday, out Thursday at 1430 with new radiator. Actually had in stock. So far so good. Great job guys
