Had brake pads and rotors replaced. The service was completed very quickly and at a good price. The quality of work was excellent and Dale and his crew were very professional and accommodating. I will definitely be using this shop again, and reccomending them to family and friends, whenever the need for maintenance or repairs arises. I don't think I could have had a better experience, especially considering the short notice and urgency. I highly recommend giving this shop a call or visit when you are in need of the services they provide!

This is the 2nd Midas ive visited since i got my car and i have nothing but overwhelming positive experiences and great customer service. They wont sell u something u wouldnt need and very passionate with ur car's welfare and maintenance. Thank u again!

The people at Midas are the most friendly and helpful people. l have a handicap van that I have to take my wife to Dr. Appts., I had an Abs lite come on and a loud noise coming from the front wheel, They took the time to check it all out and drive it.They said it could have been something between the brake pad and rotor. They did all this at no charge They're real nice and helpful people.

Great shop!! I was traveling through Victoria for work and my check engine light came on (on a Sunday no less). Tried everything I knew to do and with what tools and knowledge I had. Was referred to this shop and told to ask for Dale. Great guy. Very accommodating. Said it would be a couple hours and they could start. I told him that was fine. (Not like I had any other options lol) They got started on it sooner than that. Great mechanics. Very professional here. Great prices. Gives these guys a try. My experience was way worth it. My brake calipers fell off right afterwards!!!! Also while they were working on my vehicle they "accidentally " knocked the whole front bumper off. They promised to replace it and fix the light they broke but it it NEVER happened. There was always an excuse then it was too late to fix it! It was Dale the manager I spoke to! I won't go anywhere else for my automotive needs. They got me in without an appointment and performed the services I needed at a reasonable price. They don't treat "hybirds" like alien technology, and they're not afraid to work on them. They did a great job - my a/c is so cold now that it makes my face hurt. I am just not satisfied, I spent $600 and didn't get what I came in for,, an alignment. Said I needed struts and am no better off now. Also broken hubcap. Also said if I put struts on elsewhere it voids the alignment I had already paid for. Won't be back, $239 per strut?!

Where do I start? This review starts with our first interaction on November 21, 2019. I came in with issues regarding my vehicle shaking significantly when at a stop light but fine when I drive. I felt it was the engine mounts being the problem. I gave them this information and was quickly told it just needed a good cleaning.In total, I paid $695 for throttle body cleaning, spark plug service, fuel system service and extra engine oil.I left there with the issues continued. I was told to just give it time to settle and it will go away. After about 6 months, I returned and the manager told me to just drive it more since I don't drive much. Supposedly, I'm just not driving it enough. Okay... sure, so I drove it more often and put in 300 miles over a period of about a month. Issue still persists. I gave up.I returned again with the issue June 16, 2021. Once again, was told it was an issue with the engine cleaning. Paid $201 for throttle body cleaning and fuel system service. Same issue persists. It has fixed nothing.I finally decided to take it to the Ford service center October of 2021. That was another terrible experience, but I'll skip that for now. Point is, they actually finally listened to me. The foreman confirmed that it was INDEED the engine mounts! He even showed me how the top engine mount would move when engine is engaged. After getting it replaced, the car runs like it's brand spanking new! There are times I think the car is off because it's so quiet!So yeah, I am extremely disappointed and upset because I expressed my concerns and said exactly what the problem was but every time, no one there could confirm it nor get the job done. Instead, I've paid $900 for services that don't fix my problem! This was a problem that could have been resolved nearly 2 years ago! I will NEVER use Midas service ever again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

The manager is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Customer service and quality work are #1 here and it shows. First time I've been a loyal customer to car repair shop. I trust them with my car and am always happy with their work. The prices are always fair too. I will always come back to this Midas for my car needs!

We had a muffler problem on our way towards Victoria, we called to see if they could get us in and were told that would be no problem. The guys were so nice and attentive when we got there. The manager was such a sweetheart. They got us up and running quickly. Couldn t recommend more highly or sing their praises enough.Thanks so much guys, keep up the great work, also Lt. Dan says hi!:)

My brake caliper FELL OFF a couple of weeks after getting a brake job here. The staff sounded unsurprised and only offered a free oil change when I called and asked for them to refund the work or at least compensate me for the repair I had to do on the side of the road. The corporate customer service number also didn t care when I called. I will never use this location or any other Midas again.EDIT: I was asked to contact their customer support as seen in their response below. I did. Again, no response from that team either.

I had a great experience at this location. I broke down while traveling. The staff was quick to help me and repaired my car fast! They gave me a fair price and I was surprised how smoothly everything went. Great Job Midas! I will never take my car to any other auto repair chain, they are always awesome.

I took my car in for an oil change. I did not have an appointment so they put me in line and told me I could run a few errands and be back in an hour. They were really great on the time estimate, changed my oil and filled the fluids, and showed me the air filters also needed changing. I chose to do that myself, but they were very honest about it all. That s why I keep going back, service and a great price for a synthetic oil change.

I ve been getting my oil changed with them for a while now and I always noticed that I always had to go back for a oil change earlier than your supposed to. I have a dash camera in my car and I left it on while getting my oil changed and after the service was done I decided to check my cameras and noticed that they unplugged them while they were doing the oil changed and then plugged it back in when they were done. I told the manager about how they unplugged my camera and he just was in denial saying that his workers are not stealing or doing anything wrong. After I went home I checked my oil and my car was basically dry!Service: Oil change

I took my 06 Tahoe in because I kept hearing an awful noise when I would first start my car and it was really concerning, upon my arrival the(awesome) manager Kenny greeted me and told me there was no need to panic, they would get it fixed. Turns out there were a couple of loose bolts and stripped threads that were causing a loud grinding noise. My quoted wait time was about 3hrs, I was out in 1.5! Excellent service, fantastic timing. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I highly recommend this Midas store as I had a wonderful experience when I brought my car in brakes and an oil change. The manager Don was most helpful and my car was finished in a very timely manner. As a mother of 2 daughters, I told them to definitely make sure they only bring their vehicles to this shop as I know they will trustworthy.

Originally I brought a vehicle to this shop to have some brake work done on my son's 04 Avalanche. I was quoted a price for changing a caliper, brake pads, and rotors in the front.I left with an estimate and was offered a 15% off discount if I did the work that day. I came back the following day after price shopping and had the work done, and they still honored the 15% off!All in all I was very happy with the work they did and how they explained what they were doing.I highly recommend this shop.very willing to work with my fixed income.

I've gone to Midas a few times and almost every time has been a joke. I have refused to do a rating up until now because they're turnover rate is big enough that the chance of better service is fairly high. But it's one thing to do bad service and another to lie. They're trying to tell me they can't put in the starter that I just purchased from O'Reilly's the previous day when two days ago my friend purchased a part from O'Reilly's and Midas put it in no problem. In fact most of my friends that are guys that have had to do service at Midas have no problem bringing in a part they bought but me and another female friend that I know that has gone there have both been turned down for it so I don't know if it's a we're trying to screw you over due to gender thing or what but I am officially sick of Midas

I didn't receive service at this place. I was told to bring my car in at 8 am sharp to be the first person to receive an oil change. I came in at 7:50 to be informed that there will be no lube technician until 9AM... the manger told me to come in this early. I would think management would know their own employee's hours. Basically don't get service on your car and have any plans of any sort.

I was driving in town and noticed a squeaking coming from my car.I've seen some Midas commercials and thought I'd give them a try.They got me in quick, despite being very busy, and gave me an estimate on front pads and rotors.I came back a week later after payday to get them done; just as quick as before! Good price on work.

I brought my daughter's VW Passat in for an oil change and we took a road trip the following day. When we left a parking spot where we'd idled for several minutes, we noticed a fairly large oil spot. Upon inspection, we discovered the drain plug had been overtightened and a seeping leak developed around the crush washer. Additionally, the gravel shield was left hanging on one side below the bolt that should have been used to secure it. We checked the level after allowing the oil to settle and in spite of the leak that left a sizeable stain during fifteen minutes of operation plus additional leakage during four hours of operation, the oil was significantly over full (incidentally, this shop charged us $10 over the standard oil change for "extra oil" which was obviously not needed.) We promptly went to Automax VW to have the vehicle looked at and repaired. Automax was awesome and I would recommend their service as the price is minimally more than what we were charged by this shop. I contacted the shop to let them know all that had gone wrong in their service and asked for a refund. I was informed that they do not give refunds but they would provide a free oil change/filter. I would not return to this store for a tire rotation much less a service that so impacts proper vehiclefunction.Service: Oil change

Over charged for parts. Didnt have them in stock and got me Oreillys parts. Went to Oreillys and the pads were over $60 less.Never told us the parts were not in stock and we had to wait forever of course with our car already dissembled so we couldnt leave.Just another dishonest scam shop to stay away from.Updated after Owner contacted me:He asked if I would change my review and offered an "apology" for my experience by telling me to Google average cost of a brake job. I asked him three times if it was ethical to markup parts fron another vendor by 200% to which he replied "of course I mark up parts".Thats funny because I have used many shops over the years that didnt mark up parts if an outside vendor was used. He charged labor which I expect to pay, and for the parts aswell, but 200% mark up????? Avoid this place if you can.The owner seems to be the "manager" as well.

Master mechanic here was very helpful...I just replaced my tire rod ends and fixed that issue I took it to Midas for an alignment and the guy helped me find the other issue with my truck (upper ball joints) and instead of just selling me in alignment he helped me out and notified me that it wasn t worth aligning until replacing the upper ball joints. most people would have just taken my money for the alignment but these guys were truly helpful. I will most definitely take my vehicles here in the future for all work needed beyond my capabilities. Thanks Midas.

They did a check, found throttle gunked up. Cleaned it up, then did my oil change and tire rotate. Then took it for test to make sure ok. Very fast, kept me informed on cost. Loved the service! The manager, Dale, took advantage of my need for immediate repair due to a breakdown while traveling. He charged me an extra $95 (25%) that was unnecessary. I've already complained to the Midas Corp. He is dishonest an I would not recommend that shop.

Called to make an appointment and the man said we wouldnt need one because they were slow. Got here at 10:30 the man said it would be a 20 min wait to get to the service area. Customer came in after us and he told them it would be a 40 minute wait, somehow their car got taken to the service area before us 5 min after he told them estimated waiting time. 1150 they finally took our car to service area. 2 hours later we are finally leaving. Not the mechanics fault Lee did a great job. Not sure of the front desk mans name
