I was on a trip with my family pulling a trailer when fuel started spraying out under the hood. I pulled in and they were super helpful. Angela Wolfe was fantastic, calling back and getting an experienced tech to come out to the parking lot and see if it was something they could fix timely. I apologize for forgetting his name, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. In summary, I was back on the road in a couple hours! Great to see amazing customer service! Thanks for the help!!!!

Took my truck here to get checked on a Wednesday since it had started making some weird clicking noise. They said they d have to keep it a few days to see what s going on, ok fine. Weekend goes by Monday I call to get an update because it s already been 3 business days & no update, turns out they hadn t even taken a look at my truck yet because it didn t have enough gas (I left it with 80 miles) & on top of that they made me go drop off gas!!! Mind you I need my truck to get around & they said they weren t able to provide a rental at the time, so whatever I put up with it because I just want the issue fixed. Finally another 2 days go by I have to CALL again to get an update since they can t seem to do that & they say the truck is ready for pick up. I go to the dealership my truck is still making the ticking noise & they say it s nothing they can do that it s not messing with how the truck works so it shouldn t be an issue & they charge me $500 bucks for NOTHING!!! They did NOTHING and I still had to pay. Fast forward a month later the ticking is still bothering me I take it to a diff auto shop within the span of the day they found the issue and it was a quick $20 fix, meaning they probably never even looked just lied & said they worked on it!!! If you re having any issue with your car DO NOT GO HERE. All they re there for is to scam you take your money and not even do a thing to your car. Also the whole time this was going on everybody was so rude, terrible terrible customer service!!!

My vehicle has been in the Hyundai service department since December of 2022.You heard that right!!! I walked in with two warranty s have paid on a vehicle that I cannot drive because No One can get it done. This is crazy! Trust me you do not want to go through what I have gone through with this company!

Purchased a used truck and traded in a truck. The used sales manager went out of his way to find us the best deal on our trade in - it really felt like they wanted to make the sale work! We appreciated their transparency and willingness to work with us. Chris was our salesman and he was very communicative and helpful. Would purchase here again!

A honest review , I m new to Victoria and so glad I came across this place for my vehicle. everyone was super nice , the place was really clean inside and legit . I spoke mostly to Mike he made everything stress free for me and spoke very sincerely when it came to my vehicle I felt comfortable giving this place a chance . I Will be coming back if I need work done ( hopefully not anytime soon )

Purchased a truck from here sat at home for a month due to working out of town. Within the first month of driving transmission issues, no heater, ABS issues, fuel in oil. Very dissatisfied with purchase. Feel like more of a in depth inspection would be done better before selling a vehicle. First and last purchase from this dealership.

Came for an oil change and needed a tire repaired and tires balanced and rotated. After getting here I was told they can t repair or rotate my F350 2023 tires they said they would be to hard for them to get off .. made appointments over the phone and verified everything I needed done prior before coming.

Had the vehicle in for warning signs ( waited three weeks for appointment) I had to remind them of my warranty that I bought when I bought the car from them in December. Had to wait a couple days for approval. The repair took a week. When I got the car back, it had a noise in the front brake. Took it back the next day and was told the brake pads were down to metal and rotors needed to be turned. Why they didn t notice when they had the front axle replaced ? Waited from Wednesday until the following Friday for the repair; phone call messages were unanswered. I had to personally go to the office to get any answers. I have tracking on the car and noticed it never moved until I picked it up. Was the repair done on that Wednesday and left in the yard for over a week?

TBH I have dealt with the one time about 6 -9 years ago and it was a horrible experience from start to finish other than getting the vehicle I wanted. Since the shortage of super duty trucks I went on their lot and found 3 trucks I would buy and from start to finish working with Brian, it was pretty easy and got competitive trade values and they got me under my payment limit so 10/10 from me in 2024.

I bought many vehicles over the years, from many different dealerships and this probably had to be the worst experience yet. They lied to me to get me to the dealership. I took off of work early and drove almost 2 hours to look at a vehicle and they told me that if I liked it I could put a down payment and sign an agreement and they will hold it overnight and I can come back the next day and complete the purchase, because I had somewhere to be that evening, plus the trade in vehicle was my wife's car and she had it at work. The agreement was for me to secure the deal with the down payment and some paperwork and then come back the next day with the trade-in and finish everything up. When I got there they completely changed what they were saying and claimed that there was no way they could hold the vehicle for me and another buyer was coming to look at it that evening and if I wanted it I had to complete the purchase that evening. I didn't heckle them on the price and I didn't even fight them on the trade in, but they kept on adding other optional parts and services to the final price that I never wanted or agreed to. We went back and forth for almost an hour with them increasing then decreasing the trade in value and adding and taking off and then adding back these optional items such as nitrogen in the tires and some kind of clear coat protectant. I told him I did not want any of that stuff and I should not have to pay for it and they made up all kind of different lies saying that I had to have it. There were a few more issues but I don't have time to explain all of that. This deal should have been super simple and easy and they made it overly complicated and frustrating and I just do not know why. Many straight up lies were told to me and I have no idea how anybody could be a car salesman who operates like that and still sleep at night. After staying there way too long and finally getting the paperwork done that evening and missing my son's football game I came back the next day and they told me the vehicle will be ready at 4:00 p.m.. I didn't get out of there till almost 6:00 p.m. and missed yet another appointment that day. As I was driving home I realized that the truck only had a quarter tank of fuel in it and the cleaning and detail job was very poorly done (used vehicle). I had to stop on the way home and get Armor All and upholstery cleaner just to finish doing what they told me they were going to do. On top of all of that, I come to find out that they did not give me the second key and when I asked him about it they just sent me an invoice for almost $250 to purchase a spare key. So when it was all said and done I missed two different appointments because of their BS, incompetence and lying and I ended up with a truck that I had to clean myself and fill it up with fuel and now I will have to go purchase a second key and it will definitely not be from them because if I'm going to give my money to anybody, it's not going to be a dealership like that.UPDATE- as you can see, the dealer responded and told me to contact them and I did and they said they would check in to it and get back with me and see if they can make it right. That was almost a week ago and I have not heard back from them.

Unfortunately having to leave this review for the Service Department,After exchanging with quite a few service advisors to resolve an issue of being OVERCHARGED and also having unauthorized repairs done to a vehicle we were left with a large bill not being refunded.After being told by the service advisor Angie to give them a week or so to see the refund we were then called by a separate advisor they were no longer going to give our money back on a mistake through there mechanic installing a sensor our vehicle DID NOT NEED. (This story changed a few times on their end) It already had it brand new and installed before dropping off. The vehicle needed one thing done, and it was for a reprogram. This Service department had us running in circles just to be lied to after trusting them with our vehicle. We need another dealership in our area so we aren t stuck having to go to this service center only for Ford vehicles.
