Good place for farm equipment and dirt equipment, but it's not a good idea to take your road truck with polished wheels. They were taking off my polished wheel and just let the lug nuts fly all over the wheel, then one nut got stuck in the socket and the Technician just beat the socket on my wheel to get the nut out.I notified management, and it seems they really don't care.I bet if they were the one doing the polishing, they would see it a bit different!!Never again!!!

Took three tankers and two reefers for alignment, all of them had to be redone within the week, they assumed we curbed tires and pushed them out of alignment and would not give the benefit of the doubt, took them to flores tires in el campo and have been running great ever since. Would not recommend this place for alignments

We had roadside service. Our tire had a slit in it and was losing air. Called for service and they came immediately to help us. As li was a slit and not a puncture Mark patched it and suggested a new tire as he didn't feel right about just patching it. We were able to get tothe shop and Mark hadalready called in a new replacement for us. Almost finished with the process.I appreciate Mark's knowledge and caring to keep us safe.Also Jennifer the lady that answered our call for help was very pleasant with handling us. Called them at 8 pm and it was valentines day. Our tire was blown out on our work truck. They were fast and very friendly.

Very nice people. Blew a tire on my reefer trailer and they showed up FAST for a road call. Nothing but a positive experience here. Great work!

Crossroads Tire Service is outstanding in customer support. I purchased two 22.5 tires for my motorhome from a different company who at the last minute informed me they were unable to mount the tires for me.I had an afternoon appointment for a front end alignment at Crossroads Tire. I called and explained my problem. Jennifer squeezed me in to mount the new tires I had purchased elsewhere before my appointment for the front end alignment.I'll definitely be returning for my next Tire replacements.Thank you, Crossroads Tire!

I had a flat tire while at a medical appointment. I called Crossroads Tire Service and they were able to dispatch a mobile unit to my location within 30 minutes. The gentleman who showed up, Felipe, was absolutely the nicest, most professional young man I've encountered in a long time! In less than 20 minutes, my tire was fixed and I was on my way!I would definitely recommend this company! They are amazing! While driving from S. Texas to Little Rock pulling a trailer with an ATV on it, we had a tire situation. These guys jumped on it immediately and got us back on the road in no time. Great customer service and speedy service. Even saw the crew torquing the lug nuts to spec while we were walking out. Even the mechanics were polite and professional. Quickly fixed the flats on my tractor tires and filled them up with sealant. The next day a 3 inch nail went right into the tire, as soon as I pulled the nail out it sealed right up as expected. Great Service at a Great Price.Patriot Valley FarmService: TiresService: Tires

Got a hole in tire on highway toward s when they were closing. They got me fixed up and on the road even though I pulled in last minute on a Friday. Don't waste your time stopping here like I did for a wheel seal. Just go on to the TA where they have more than one mechanic and your problem will be fixed within a few hours instead of days.Thank you for validating my review with your reply.

I had a tire blow out on my travel trailer alongside the road. Called crossroads tire. They got to us in a hour and a half. The service guy Changed the tire in the dark and in the rain. I give 5 stars to this companyService: TiresService: Tires

My flat occurred at the hospital - a family member had just checked out and needed to get home. Within a few minutes of calling Crossroads Tire, Felipe Jimenez called me to let me know he was on the way. Felipe worked quickly and didn t just go about changing my tire but fixed it. And he did it in a rain shower. My whole family appreciated his friendliness and concern for us. Crossroads Tire has definitely been added to my contact list.Service: Tires

Worst place ever!! The owners sister is the worst for public relations and he has her in charge. What a joke!!. The mechanics are good guys. The place is expensive. They don't even deserve 1 star. Don't take your vehicles there guys. There sharks!!

Don t expect cheap if your a trucker . These guys run a good business . I pay more at this shop but my down time is less . And they are still cheaper than a dealership . Like any shop your not familiar with - ask questions and determine their capabilities and limitations . They have the Best get you going mechanic in Victoria.Service: TiresService: Tires
