Walked in and was greeted very friendly and porfessionally. I needed an inspection and they we quick and easy with the little paperwork to fill out about my vehicle. Even though their garage was full they handled it quickly and everything came out fine. It was my first time going there but ill be coming back. Very clean lobby and the workers were all nice, very funny too, twas a nice bonus. I'll be going there for my tire changes soon since they are able to give a better deal then places around.

Everyone was nice and attentive. They ordered my tires and they were in on the promised date and time. Installation was quick and lounge area was very comfortable and clean.

Professional approach to an unexpected issue with a broken lug stud. They were able to replace the stud before I headed back home. Extremely courteous and patient team.

Great service, good communication. Took my car in with an overheating problem. They were able to determine the issue was from air pockets in my coolant hoses, and they took care of that. I also had an issue with my radio/info screen. They checked everything out and determined the unit needed to be replaced. Since they couldn't locate a replacement they only charged me the time spent diagnosing the problem. Overall good experience and please with the service.

This place was great! I took my car in on Thursday afternoon for a diagnostic and it was repaired and ready for pick up the next day. The cost was what I expected and reasonable. I am new to the area and I hope I ve found my new mechanic!!

Took my car in for a state inspection. I was in and out in no time. Everyone was super friendly while I waited. I had an appt at 8, so it was nice that they opened at 7:30. Definitely recommend!

Called for roadside service as a tire on my motorhone blew out. The provided me with three tire price options and after choosing the tire, their service technician arrived and changed tires. Finally I found a place in Victoria with old school pride and honesty in their work. That s very unusual this day and time. I took my Dodge 2500 diesel truck in for some maintenance and repairs needed. I talked with Roy who was very knowledgeable to what I needed. He introduced me to one of their technicians who s name was Aaron. He did a diagnostic check on my truck and went over the things that needed to be replaced or repaired with me. Arron was very knowledgeable and very patient, and he took time to go over everything with me. Roy took time to give me a ride to my house and they also picked me up when they were finished. They quoted me a price for the job including labor and the parts needed before beginning the work. When the job was completed the price was the same price I was quoted in the beginning. WOW! That s unusual in this day and time. My truck is driving great! This business is a keeper. I will be using them in the future for all my vehicles. I give them 5 STARS! I wreck my car and didn't wanna another ding on my insurance. I had my cat towed to Crossroads Tire and Automotive. They called me back the same day and let me know the damage. I was told it will be 7-10 days before parts were to come in. Well the parts came in sooner and I was back on the road in no time. They completed the job in a yimel6 fashion , I was allowed to pay over the phone and do an after hour pick. I definitely recommend them for any mechanical needs you may have.

I went to get a wheel alignment. Was quoted $2100 because I was told struts and other parts needed to be replaced. When I picked up the car I was told I owed $47 for diagnosing. That s something I should have been told when I booked or even when I left the car. I wanted to get a second opinion and I m glad I did. Was told none of those parts had to be replaced and was charged $100.

Battery kept dying on my truck. Needed a new alternator, belts and tensioner. They diagnosed it properly the first time, went back with all OEM parts which wasn t cheap but you get what you pay for. Labor charges were more than fare. Great staff and customer service. Will be going there again. Highly recommend this place. Can t think of anything else you could ask for when needing service and maintenance doneService: Auto maintenance

Their diagnosis/quote was accurate and fair; even a little less than I was preparing for. They finished the work on time, and stuck with the quoted price. Something that s been hard for me to find in the past with other shops. I ll be coming back in a few weeks to get some additional work done that s not immediately necessary. Feel fully confident in their workmanship and trustworthiness. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend in a heartbeat.

Crossroads Tire & Automotive Services has the most wonderful customer service I have ever experienced at any auto shop. Wicked fast at patching my tire so that I wasn t late to work. I left feeling taken care of, appreciated and extremely grateful! I highly recommend becoming a loyal customer to this amazing establishment.

Update: Manager reached and found that they had a computer glitch and refunded the overcharge. I have to give a hats off to the a business that reaches out to rectify a problem. I will be using them in the future for sure, it's not everyday you find a honest business and this place is certainly that!The staff were friendly and helpful and the facility was clean. My issue came down to price. Went in for a A/C service which was initially $225. Didn t include evac and recharge. Final bill came out to $400 with $160 in total for Freon alone. They charge 5 an ounce for Freon so I was charged for 32oz of Freon. Confirmed with dealer that my vehicle takes 12-19 oz of Freon. When I called I was told they charged a base rate for Freon no matter what. Was not told this from the start at all. While the gentleman tried to help correct the issue said he couldn t refund me the money but rather take $80 off the quote for the repair that is needed, which was higher than dealer would charge. Dealer (Subaru) even mentioned that their A/C service was $220, including evac and recharge. While staff was friendly, service was way overpriced and not clear up front.

I appreciated the helpful team that welcomed me to the shop. Got an oil change and found out breaks and shocks needed to be considered. We re never prepared to hear there s more, but got an estimate, set myself up for next day repairs, and had my car ready at the end of the day. It s good to feel safe in my car again. I was passing through the area when my clutch peddle stopped working, I called in with no notice, and asked if they could get me in ASAP. The receptionist was so helpful, and kind, they told me to bring it over right away to see what they could do. They had the parts In stock, and fixed the issue very quickly, and while I was waiting they even asked if I needed a ride somewhere. The environment was clean, and everyone was very professional. From when I walked in, to the time I left, I was very well taken care of, and treated like family.

Extremely professional and quick at getting the job done! They were able to really explain the issues that were going on with my vehicle and did not try to upsell at all! They maintained great communication and let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready. And the prices were extremely reasonable! I will definitely take my vehicle back for any work that I need done and will definitely refer all my friends and family to Crossroads!!

I Completely forgot about getting my vehicle inspection done in a timely manner and found myself in a time crunch. I stopped at a different business first, that said the wait for inspection would be 2 hours! Google Maps pointed me to Crossroads Tire & Automotive, where the employees got my vehicle done before I could grab lunch next door. Service with a Smile and fast! That's Great business! Crossroads Tire & Automotive is saved as a favorite location.

Great local trustworthy business. I always take my fleet and personal vehicles there because I know I will be treated with courtesy and respect from the friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable too, if you know someone that can do it cheaper you re gonna get what you pay for. These guys stand by their work and do it right the first time. They have a customer for life.
