I have just recently changed my rating on here. Several months back I took my 2015 f150 to the Vernon Ford service department. I had a recall, oil change tire rotation, and 2 concerns to be addressed. The main complaint was the service department having the vehicle for a week and supposedly not being able to duplicate issue. The service department and I both know that was because it wasn't looked at, because the truck did it all the time. So I bombed the email survey. Well I got top notch service then, they picked my truck up and kept it for a week looking into my issue that was always there. Bla bla bla oil leak was from booster pump on back of passenger side head, and shutter issue was bad transmission. Neither things were what was wrong. Mad then, luckily now I'm glad that the extended warranty didn't cover each issue. The oil leak was from cracked valve covers which I told them to check, and the oil was leaking into spark plug hole causing miss fire from spark plug boot being submerged in oil causing a carbon arch on plug. So I almost replaced transmission for nothing and did replace booster for nothing. it and the other parts are at home for proof, this service department is untrained and throwing stuff on vehicles. 1 star rating, should be no stars, I've complained to Ford and this dealership and nothing..........

Vernon Ford is Fantastic.While I was working in the area we contaminated the fuel system on our F450 and were unable to drive it back to Houston. Chris with Vernon Ford helped me get it to the dealership and get repairs accomplished. He kept me informed of the repair process from the beginning to the end. He was very quick to help with the issue even though the truck was purchased from another dealership. This is not always the case, others seem to put you last or take overly long to get it done. Not so with Vernon Ford. Chris made sure I was treated as his customer and all went very well. The next time we buy, we will make the trip to Vernon to purchase. Customer service is No. 1 here, so customer loyalty should be the same. Outstanding Service department and dealership.

We broke down on our way home to Florida from Colorado. The folks at Vernon Ford could not have been nicer.They jumped right in to diagnose our problem and treated us like family. They fed us breakfast and gave us a ride to a hotel. Dusty worked on the truck first thing.Chris kept us informed and Mark and the whole crew were super nice. Got us back on our way ASAP! Awesome dealership!!!

The staff at Vernon Ford are amazing! They saved us on a family road trip. We called ahead and they were happy to squeeze us in first thing in the morning to fix our issue. The technician knew just what to do and we received regular updates during our service. So thankful for them!

Went here to get a front licence plate bracket put onto my SUV... because I refuse to put zip ties on my ride to hold on the thing... They understood... Didn't have the part but said they are gonna order it...

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Vernon Ford even though they are an hour from my home town. They have great pricing upfront so you don t have to negotiate to get a good deal. When you get to the finance department they will offer you some extras but they will not try to cram extra stuff down your throat.

We were on a road trip to Colorado and were 4 hours from home when our vehicle had problems from a previous repair from a different Ford dealership. We showed up first thing, on a Saturday morning, and James Baker made sure we were well taken care of. Not only did they get us right in, ensuring that we were on the road by 9am, their efficiency and competency ensured that we were still able to enjoy our vacation worry free. I cannot recommend this Ford house service department enough to any and everyone!! Great service and fantastic staff!!! Can t begin to say how grateful we are!

Eli & the team were fantastic & very efficient with my time. Bought a new 2023 Outer Banks Bronco and was by far the easiest vehicle transaction I've had. Even though they're a few hours from me it was well worth the drive.

This is the first experience I had with Vernon Ford, after recommendation from a family member. They were very helpful in assisting me with the online order of my 2022 Ford Bronco to ensure I was ordering exactly what I wanted. They communicated with me as necessary to provide updates on production and estimated delivery of the vehicle only when necessary. Upon production of the vehicle communication increased to provide necessary delivery time frames, scheduling pick up, and discuss finance/payment options. It was an efficient non-burdensome process; the online experience eliminates the in-person pressure to buy.

We were on a road trip going to San Diego from Sherman Texas and broke down.. We found ourselves on the doorstep of Vernon Ford in Texas Way prior to them opening. When someone showed up prior to their opening we were greeted with a smile and invited in to have a seat and coffee and wait for service to open. As soon as our service adviser showed up she promptly greeted us with a smile and took care of all of our needs. Unfortunately the part that we needed had to be ordered and of course we were at the mercy of the delivery driver that was coming from a long distance away. But that was not our service advisers fault. As soon as the part arrived they got right on our vehicle and got us out as quickly as possible. Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond the Call of Duty to get us back on our trip. We were super grateful for all that the dealership did for us our service advisor was amazing. Thank you Vernon Ford we had a great trip.

The entire staff including talking with sales were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in for warranty work and all went well. I will use this dealership to keep my Expedition running in tiptop condition!!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Vernon auto and I wouldn't trust any other Ford dealership. In a time of high inflation and marked up vehicle prices, Vernon took the time to take care of me and not take advantage of me. They helped me every step of the way custom ordering a 2022 Ford F-150, and every option I asked for was ordered. The delivery process was smooth and the paperwork was even smoother.

Everyone was extremely professional and eager to help. My husband and I had a great experience and were glad to have selected this location to purchase our Ford F-150. We were moving to a nearby location and did most of our communication in the week prior to arriving to inspect the vehicle. The staff swiftly answered any questions and concerns, and upon arrival, arranged everything to a T. Highly recommend!

Left out on a trip from Waco to Amarillo after getting my truck serviced. When I got to Vernon tx I discovered that I had a bad antifreeze leak, I called Vernon ford and was told that they would look at my truck. I arrived at Vernon ford in a panic. But the guys there got right on my truck and found a line that the previous ford service shop had damaged during the service a couple of days before. Vernon ford fixed this problem and topped my truck back off with antifreeze. They had me back on the road in a little over an hour. And the whole time I was waiting they would come in the service waiting room and give me updates. When I walked up to pay, I was told that there was no charge and to have a nice day. I can t say enough good things about the service department at Vernon ford, these guys went above and beyond today and I can t thank them enough.

Certified AAA repair station was what brought me in. Courteous service writers and thorough mechanics bring me back. The only parking for after-hours drop off & pick up is just outside the gates in what is marked as a fire lane, but it worked out.

The service department has hid our car for almost 90 days. We haven t been given a loner or rental options with the man warranty. We call and get the run around about a part being ordered. Keep hearing next weak it will be ready . We brought our car to Vernon cause you assured us this is bull

I purchased a 2013 Ford F-250 King Ranch from them in 2013, then went to look locally (I live in St Louis) when i wanted to purchase a new one as the 2013 was getting very high in miles. It did not take me long to remember why i bought a truck from Texas 8 years ago. I just bought a new truck from them and they make it a very easy process. Everyone i have ever spoken to there was very helpful, and when my new truck showed up with only 1 key, the GM himself emailed me saying he would get me another key out right away! Very happy 2-time vehicle buyer from Vernon here!

We were headed home to New Mexico, when our F150 decided to have a problem with the rear differental. The folks in the service department were great. They ordered the parts an had the problem repaired quickly. Highly recommend this dealer.

I m so sorry I ever stopped at this dealership. This is the closest dealership, which is an hour away. I ve been trying to get the brake petal bracket recall done on my 2020 mustang for over a year. I made several trips just for this, including the trip to turn in the paper work to allow the dealership to order the part. After no telling how many calls and I store visits, I never received a callback from this place. I finally called and started writing down the names of the people I spoke to, and spoke to mark. Mark could not find any record of visits, and no parts had been ordered. Thank god. Now I can just go to a competent dealership. I even scheduled an oil change with this place. Made the hour drive just to find out the entire shop was out with covid. So why didn t they call and let me know you might be wondering? Because the service manager couldn t remember my name and listed someone named Marcus in the spot reserved for me, thus he didn t have my phone number. Avoid this place at all cost.

On our way to Sturgis bike rally we blew a hose on the truck. Figured the party was over for us. We pulled in the bay at Vernon Ford and my awesome new friend, Brandy jumped herself up in the hood of that truck, went to work and we were out of there in less than an hour- all with a smile on her face and a great positive attitude And mind you - they were just a few minutes from closing for the day!I will NEVER forget the service and that great gal, Brandy that got us back and rolling in no time.Great Place and great people!Cudos to Brandy and Vernon Ford!

Did not have a "market adjustment" cost on my custom ordered Maverick. Salesperson Bryan answered any questions that I had. Paperwork/contracts were a breeze. First time purchasing a vehicle here and would not hesitate to purchase from here in the future.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU, to the service manager, parts guy, and mechanic, that got me going on June 17th. I was on my way to Colorado, and blew a hose on my turbo. Called the dealership, they had the part, i had to jerry rig it to get to the dealer, but they got me back going very quickly!! I truly appreciate the customer service they gave me, you don't see that much anymore!! Thanks again, to you guys that got me back on the road to 70 degree highs, and 40's at night!!
