Had a wonderful experience in my most recent purchase my used vehicle from BMW of Tyler! My family had purchased a vehicle here 20 years ago and had a pleasant experience. We still chat about it! It was refreshing to come back yesterday and have another pleasant experience. Our salesperson TR took the time to listen to our needs and provided a no hassle, clear and prompt service. Both TR and Rhonda were easy to visit with and provided efficient and genuine services. Highly recommend TR at BMW of Tyler for your next vehicle!

What a great experience today with getting my 24 X7 serviced! Melissa Blake was and will be from now on, my service advisor! This is my first BMW and she spent time today educating me on things that were very valuable and will help to save me money going forward. Melissa is very knowledgeable and really seemed to care about taking care of me. On top of all of this she is just very pleasant to work with. I m in Dallas several days a week and then home which is in Holly Lake near Hawkins. I had already planned to have my service done at Sewell BMW in Plano but Melissa won me over today, so I ll be going to BMW of Tyler from this point forward! Thank you Melissa! Great Job!

Absolutely loved my experience at BMW of Tyler! My salesman was Aaron McDade and he took amazing care of me! I purchased my first BMW and was blown away at not only the badass car I got but the customer service that I experienced throughout the entire process was first class! The owner was present and hands on with my car deal, finance was very personable and service was hilarious!! Love my car and extremely glad that I purchased with Aaron and his team!

Dylan went above and beyond to make me a deal on a car that is extremely hard to find. I got a better deal on a new car than someone who tried to take me on a pre owned locally here in Houston. Dylan was extremely helpful before AND after the purchase with any questions I had. I m going to go enjoy my 2023 M4 now. Thanks Dylan and BMW of Tyler for the painless experience.

BMW of Tyler provided a fantastic purchasing experience throughout the entire process when I bought my 540i CPO from them. The Sales Rep, Kayla was incredibly responsive to my questions, transparent and provided me all the information I needed to feel comfortable when purchasing.But what really sets this dealership apart, is they cared about me as a customer even after the purchase. When I was driving home, I noticed a rattle in the rear. I reached out to the service team and was directed to the service advisor Jennifer, who let me know a loaner would be available to me and that they would take care of me.And they did just that! They fixed the rear rattle, and one I found in the front of the passenger window when driving as well. Within a week, all the work was done and I am made whole.What a fantastic customer service experience from people who really care. 5* Dealership all around. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with John Richardson at the BMW in Tyler. I've had the pleasure of purchasing not one, not two, but three BMWs from him, and each time was an absolute delight. John is incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and helped me find the perfect one to suit my needs.But what really sets John apart is his customer service. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy and satisfied with their purchases. He's patient, kind, and always willing to answer any questions I have. BMW of Tyler is the only dealer my family will work with moving forward thanks to the amazing support of Travis Hartsfield (Sales) and Melissa Blake (Service).We have purchased two vehicles from BMW of Tyler, a BMW and an F150. Travis was great to work with. He remembered us a year later when we came back looking for a second car and even remembered details like where I went to school. Even though we were buying used, the treatment was the same as if we were buying the most expensive new BMW on the lot.We were about 40 min away from home driving to south Tyler and our BMW was struggling. I made a detour to the dealership frazzled as I had my wife and new baby in the car. We obviously did not have an appointment but Melissa made sure we had a loaner to get home safely which was not expected on a weekend without an appointment. With a new baby, I was apprehensive about the repair costs at the BMW service center. The service tech was very thorough, sending us videos of everything he inspected and explaining his recommendations instead of just telling us what they need to replace and how much. They provided all recommendations but the Tech and Melissa let me know exactly what was needed for safe driving and what was recommended but not necessary at this time. Not only do I appreciate the transparency, the prices for repair were way more reasonable than I had previously feared. If all dealerships operated like BMW of Tyler, the industry would be in a much better place.

Brought my vehicle in for a new battery now l am stranded, waiting on a rideI am a patient and forgiving person, but l am beyond being upset. I've brought my vehicle to BMW of Tyler on multiple occasions and only once did l not have to return for a problem l did not have when l brought my vehicle in for serviceI came in for a new battery, 630.00 fee, left with a Park brake malfunction. Being that it was close to closing, l was offered a loaner that l could not use due my only bringing my credit card and keys. So therefore, l had to figure out to get home on my own , which is another county over.The service people totally have my lack of trust in their competence. How could they not make certain things were in working order before releasing my car back to me. I would have expected more from a shade tree mechanic. I expect high end service for a high end car. BMW of Tyler has miserably failed me in their promise of superior service. Repeat business will be is a no deal.

Update bought our 3rd BMW for our son. Special thanks to Devin and Jim the owner. Best service and wonderful experience again. Lifelong customers.Picked up my 2nd BMW Saturday from BMW of Tyler. 1 year ago an X5 for my wife and this past weekend M2 competition for myself. Let me say that Devin our salesman took exceptional care of us with zero pressure and no games. Honest, helpful, courteous, and a genuinely great person. By far the 2 easiest and uncomplicated purchases of vehicles we've ever made. And we've purchased many over the years. We will only shop at BMW of Tyler from here on out. And a special thanks to the owner Jim. Jim went out of his way to make our purchase special and went above and beyond to be helpful and so generous.....and literally rolled out the red carpet for us. Cant say enough about Jim and Devin. Wonderful dealership, exceptional service with my wife's X5, and great people.Another quick note......i contacted the owner Jim about window tinting this week. He said bring the car over, tell me what you want, and ill take care of it. So I dropped off the car Monday night, Jim had a new vehicle waiting for me to drive while he took mine to the tint shop. Had it parked out front ready for me after work today. I just gotta say Jim.....thank you. For the exceptional service.....you've spoiled my wife and I! We are so proud to be customers.

Buyer , If Doing business here please use extreme caution! They were promising the moon and will not deliver. Then you ll have your vehicle worked on in a month later they ll tell you you owe them more money.

We just traded our car for another pre-owned car at this dealership. The rep we dealt with was Aaron. I just wanted to say that even though we bought an used vehicle, we were treated like we were buying a new car. Aaron was so kind and respectful toward us. Apparently, BMW of Tyler, has a policy of treating ALL customers as if they were purchasing a $100,000.00 car! Thank you for the great experience!

Extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for an oil change- drove 70+miles to be told I couldn t get the service under the service agreement because BMW did not show the service was due. They Guy printed 7 pages but ignored I was traveling for more than one hour to tell me that and avoid me making the trip. Will NEVER go back- he did not even apologize.

I had the opportunity to work with Aaron Mcdade at BMW while building and ordering my X4! The buying experience absolutely amazing, thanks to Aaron. He communicated frequently during the building phase, keeping us updated on when to expect the car, which was greatly appreciated. When the vehicle came in, he went above and beyond to deliver the car an hour away from the store! The process from beginning to end was painless. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to get in touch with Aaron. He will take care of you.

Very stressful time when our BMW had a wreck and I have never had to go through the process of dealing with insurance. Jennifer Arcigia, in the service department was amazing! She took the time to explain every detail of what was needed and why and also helped me tremendously with the insurance people who were not wanting to do the right thing. She is knowledgeable and very good at her job. Car is back and driving even better than before.

This is by far the BEST dealership experience I've ever had. I'm from Tennessee and I was in Texas visiting family. Driving home, my BMW died in the middle of the road with me and my 2 dogs in it. I was in unfamiliar territory and supposed to he home closing on my first house just 2 days later. I had the car towed to BMW of Tyler and I'm so glad I did. I could only get as far as Henderson for the night since I had the dogs with me. When I first called it was going to be a couple of days before they could look at the car, but when I explained my situation, Melissa, a service writer and angel stepped in and made miracles happen. Not only did she get my car in to be fixed the next morning, but she sent the very sweet Jessi all the way to Henderson to pick up me and my 2 dogs to get me to Tyler so I'd be close to the car and able to leave as soon as it was ready. Because of a wait for a part, it was going to take 2 days to fix, which meant I'd miss my house closing. She continued to go above and beyond by arranging for their office manager to notarize my documents and I closed on my house right there in the dealership. As I was signing the last couple of pages, my car was clean and ready so I could get back on the road and home to Tennessee.Everyone was so nice and just did far more than they needed to and made my bad couple of days so much better. I couldn't believe the kindness. I was fortunate to get to meet the dealership owner to let him know my wonderful experience and he was so kind. Highly recommend! Places like this restore my faith in humanity!

We drove all the way from DFW. No games, no mark ups, no BS protection packages. We were in and out of finance and I honestly enjoyed talking with the owner and staff. WELL WORTH the 4 hour round trip. Thanks John & Savannah

Well my car starts that s all the good, their is new lights (dsc and brake) and a new misfire, car was towed there because it didn t start, 3000 dollars later it runs. I drive out and pick it up new problems, but whatever it starts and only reason I sent it there is I couldn t fix it. I drove back with my broken car and tried to pop the hood when I got home because my ac wasn t working right. It would not open. I sent a message to a service adviser, no answer, I sent another one then I got an answer asking what broke so they can make an estimate. Estimate? Y all broke it why can t you fix it, you didn t even replace anything under the hood of my car and now I have a broke hood latch.

A sincere thank you to the entire BMW of Tyler Service Department. I recently purchased a new BMW and had a wonderful experience buying my car. Just a couple of months later a part broke and there were no parts available in the world. BMW Service Department Manager, Brandon and my Service Advisor, Melissa worked tirelessly to locate a part and they did it!!! I am so happy to have my vehicle back. I truly appreciate the care and consideration that the entire Service Dept. gives to each of their customers! Thank you again Brandon, Melissa, Jennifer and Cooper. You all are wonderful!

On my way from Fort Worth to Baton Rouge last week my BMW unfortunately experienced a mechanical problem. BMW roadside assistance had my SUV towed to BMW of Tyler. I was met by Melissa, an extremely helpful service agent. Melissa made sure my vehicle was promptly received by the service department and assisted with getting me on my way. During the days while my vehicle was being serviced, Melissa texted me with updates, answered my questions and reassured me about my concerns. She arranged to have my vehicle reunited with me so I didn t have to make a 5-hour round trip to pick my X5 up. BMW of Tyler provided me with excellent service and Melissa, in particular, was awesome! I highly recommend BMW of Tyler for any of your BMW needs.

I purchased a used truck from this dealer, which is a full 9+ hour drive from where I live. My salesman, Mr. Alonzo worked with me almost every day for over a week and a half via text, phone call, and FaceTime. I was able to see the vehicle in real-time and ask questions on the spot via FaceTime before I made any final decisions. Official documents required for purchase were sent over-night to speed up the process. Mr. Alonzo was able to get me a very fair price for shipping the vehicle straight to my doorstep within 24-hours of vehicle payment posting!! He was very honest about the condition of the truck and was always very responsive. This was my first "remote" vehicle purchase without being able to see the vehicle with my own eyes, and the experience couldn't have been any better! Mr. Alonzo even checked in with me a few days later after I received the vehicle to make sure I was still happy with it! That in itself says a lot! Overall, it was honestly the best dealership experience I've ever had, even locally. I highly recommend Mr. Alonzo & BMW of Tyler, even from all the way over in Western Kentucky!

I was so excited to take my car there for the first time, I scheduled my appointment for oil change and breaks inspection. I got there 10 minutes earlier and talked to the guy in charged, i asked how long it will take he said 1h and 30 min, he also offered to washed my car and vacuumed for free, and i said that sounds good to me. Well it took them more than 3 hours to finish with the oil change and forgot the breaks inspection, car was not washed or vacuumed. There is a reason why i scheduled an appointment.Overall, not happy with the service that they provided but i might give them another shot in the future. Not trying to be rude or anything but i was expecting more from a BMW dealership.
