Park is very clean and organized. A little difficult to find the park as it is far behind the actual travel stop and behind the RV storage. No trees but covered patio with tables. Train at night can be noisy. Love's travel has propane and even a truck, RV wash.

Shop 01-09-24 at 2:30pmFolks, I strongly advise against this tire shop. They have shown themselves to be deceitful in their dealings. My recent visit was to repair a tire with a screw in it. However, instead of a proper fix, they seemed to tamper with it, resulting in the tire, which was quite new, blowing out due to improper air pressure. This appeared to be a deliberate act. I urge you to be vigilant if you happen to visit this place. For your tire services, I recommend seeking a more trustworthy and professional shop.

Stopped to get fuel and propane. I sat for 45 minutes waiting on propane. I spoke with 3 people who told me someone will be out shortly. I finally got tired of waiting and went in to request for a 4th time and they then told me there was no one there who could fill propane. Huge waste of my time when I ve got 6 more hours of driving. And incredibly mismanaged.

Great customer service experience Cliff was working at the truck register and helped me with many things. I'm in an rv and needed diesel, a dump station, a shower and a place to stay for the night. He was able to accommodate me with everything with genuine care. Thanks Cliff!! You just created a new Loves customer, I normally go to the flying J. Not anymore!! And I save 10 cents a gallon.

They charged me 1000$ to replace the brake chamber on the road because they had to go and pick up the part, and the brake chamber they installed wasnt good , started leaking after 20 miles, they refused to go on the road to fix it and they blocked my number .

Pulled into the Love s rv stop in Sweetwater Texas this afternoon about 2 hours before our scheduled check in time, and we re immediately met by the lovely camp host Judy. She informed us that there was a problem with our chosen site and that the water was not working currently. We were told that the issue should be taken care of shortly. About a half hour later, Judy came back to let us know that the repair could not be completed while we stayed, but she offered to bring us a 100ft length of hose which she strung to the nearby dog park spigot. That combined with our own 50ft hose made connection possible. She also discounted 20$ from our stay as a good faith gesture! The park is nicely kept, and we were quite pleased with our premium back in site. Overall value for money even at full price is great for a pass through stop. Again I can t thank Judy and Love s enough for this great travellers resource! Would definitely stay again!

5 stars to Austin in the shop, he was above and beyond!! Answering phones and doing an excellent customer care service!!!(Even there s more people supposedly working, they don t care if it s people calling or in the waiting area a female and other 2 males makes seem more like he is the only one enjoying his job)I ask for 2 fuel filters, price and replacement included, and was like nobody care! Until Austin showed and take care of my orderLove s should have more people like him!!

Stopped here because of the dog park. There is an abundance of animal droppings, no bags, and no effort on the owner's half to clean it up.It is one dog park without a separate side, so all dogs entering should be well socialized. A good amenity, however, improvements are needed.

Always a great place for a break and gas. And with the free app you get another 10 cent off a gallon. Compared to the other gas stations around that was 20 to 30 cent higher you just can't beat it. Thank you Love's for helping make trips better!

Had a blown tire and stopped at the closest Loves Truck Care at store #475 in Sweetwater, Tx. Dustin was amazing. He answered all our questions with enthusiasm and was very professional. They gotto us in a timely manner, had great suggestions to help us in the future and was an all around great guy! The rest of the staff were friendly and working quickly to get the trucks fixed and get people back on the road. I understand the truckers who get frustrated about waiting, because every second waiting affects our paychecks, but sometimes these shops get really busy and a little patients will get you better service than complaining. Again, great job to the mechanics here and hope everyone continues to be blessed because you guys are a blessing!

Yesterday morning while I did my pre-trip, I found one of the tires with the thread showing wire out, so I decided to drive to a loves so I could replace the tire got at the place at two 2:38 PM. Contacted TTN Breakdown Sara from the shop repair check me in and told me that it would take within five hours for me to be taken care of, three hours later I decided to just walk in and find out how things were looking. Sara has left. Melissa came in and with a very welcome attitude without looking at me tell me that I will be taking care of around midnight. I do not know why has shop repair in business if they are not going to take care of the truckers the right way, they must understand that we re driving under federal GPS logbook most of us have a limited driving time and a schedule to be delivering or picking Period. It s a shame that things are getting worse than worse specifically is getting worse.So TTN Breakdown has contacted me and told me that T a travel truck stop across from loves they are willing to take care of me within the hour which they did.

Another loves that has their heads up their $#$ when it comes to giving extra towels to individuals traveling with their wives there should be no argument about the three towels I need to take a shower so for three times a week I need an extra towel I don't need the headache

There is no water pressure for showers. It comes and goes, same for the water temperature and the fan was caked with dust and dirt. The lady cleaning the showers was rude to me when I asked for an additional towel. 2 washers, 2 dryers (one was out of service). Typical lower end Love's.

Stay away from this location because the maintenance shop will try to rip you off by doing this you didn t go in for and charging you. I went here Saturday 10/21 for an oil change and to replace the 3 in 1 hoses for coupling. My road rescue team called me and ask did I ask for air filters and I replied no. I then went in and ask the the tall heavy set Hispanic guy with black hair who was working on my truck about the additional work he done he then replied yeah my colleague wihich, is the short Asian lady with short hair said I ask for the service. When I ask her she replies we usually change the air filters with oil change. So they ended putting my old air filter back on. When I left about 5am I was doing my pre trip I realized that they didn t tighten the hoses. I didn t have a wrench big enough to tighten the hoses so I had to go inside and purchase a wrench. To go a little farther they also left my oil cap off as well. They don t respect truckers or value our safety as well as others on the highway by sabotaging your truck. I m definitely contacting corporate and my company is also filing a complaint for sabotaging the vehicle.

The blonde girl mopping at night was rude, kept cussing everytime someone went In. She sat there and even said she s going to throw water everywhere because who cares if the store is clean . The coffee also came out cold from the machine which wouldn t have been so bad had she not walked out because she needed a cigarette from customers being in the store.

There was an old lady at the register we tried to purchase hard boiled eggs sandwiches nachos and a pack of Copenhagen and she refused our service because I myself and one other person was under the age of 21 and the people who were trying to purchase it were above age And she was very very rude about it And we were trying to look around and she was standing there watching us thinking we were suspicious and at the end she said see I told you to another person working there

I was in a Loves in Sweetwater, TX and they had candy bars 2/$5. The clerk rang the 2 candy bars up and told me it was $ 5.95. I told her they are 2/5 and she said that was the way she rang them up. Rip off. In what world is that 2/ $5.

6 people waiting for a shower. All showers empty and dirty for 20 minutes. No one wants to clean and get the showers ready so the drivers can keep it moving.

Stopped in for gas and bathroom break. Hubby used facilities and said it was not clean and no toilet paper, the other toilet was out of order. Only 1 paper towels dispenser had paper. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while.

Traveling with pets?? They need a good break too from the road. Stop here! We stopped at every Love's along the way after this one and unfortunately this was the only location with this amazing dog area! We Will be stopping on the way back!

Guys take good care making sure truck drivers have what they need... buckets are full to wash windows, paper towels stocked, trash is empty. Good job!
