We had a nail in the side wall of our tire. And Dale had 5 tires in stock for our size. Awesome customer service and fast service, to get us back on the road. Thank you Dale Martin for such a great experience.

5 Star ServiceWe caught a flat tire on the highway and we re on a time crunch. They got us in on a busy morning, and got us back on the road in less than 45 minutes!! Highly recommend these guys.

Location is under new ownership. Currently operations are being ran by Mac who has phenomenal customer service even during a busy hour. Had a flat and was in and out. Thank you Mac!

The lady at the front desk was informative on my options on a tire purchase. Unfortunately her customer service was lacking. Her entire demeanor gave the feeling that she didn't really want my money spent at their establishment

This place is a rip off. Went in to have a nail removed from tire and was charged 25.00 and then they added another 5.00 just because he wanted to. The old lady at the counter is very rude and when I asked her what was up with adding another 5.00 she just said he added it. I told her I wouldn t be back and she replied good. It s not the 5.00 it is the principal of it. This place has no virtue and they lie and will steal from you. Save yourself some pain especially if you have some major repairs to do. They can and will steal from you. They are completely pitiful and pathetic.

Stopped from out of town on a time crunch and they were able to get me in quickly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great service. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Woman at the desk the old lady with an ugly attitude told me 2 hrs is that ok I said do u no of another one she said idk somewhere down that road an turned her back to me they need a new front desk employee asap so rude when I was already down n out of town with a flat an my 2 babies thank God I found prescion tire 1 mile away pls take your business there I was instantly greeted nicely an my truck took straight back

Had a tire blow out on I-20. Got the donut tire on and limped into Dale Martin's tire. Nice folks and prompt service got us back on the road pretty fast.

Had a trailer tire blow out. Brought tie and wheel in and replaced on the spot. Parts on hand for a spare as well. Great customer support to get back on the road quickly.

I had a front end alignment done there that was done so poorly that it ended up ruining a brand new set of BF Goodrich tires. I called and talked to Mark, and he immediately starting blaming me for not bringing it back sooner. The wear was on the inside of the tire, and very hard to see until it was too late. I also don t think it s my place to have to check their work. I don t recommend using them. They obviously don t stand behind their poorly performed work.

Would rate a 1 star but this business was the only ones to have my tire size when I had a blow out, outside of Sweetwater. Lady up front was great. Staff seemed to care. Till after they replaced my tire and I drove out of garage. Immediately a loud scratching sound could be herd, stopped to check and the rep closed the garage immediately as I got out my car. Did not care to ask or check because this noise was not there before. Apparently their grandson had a baseball game which was mentioned at least 7-9 times to let me know they close at 5:30. Come to find out a bracket broke and the tech who changed my tire completely ignored this and put the brand new tire on rim and allowed me to leave. I get we all have family, but the tech choose to not care and let me take off almost ruining a brand new tire I bought from them for over 200.0.

I guess I should have read the reviews first. I can confirm that customer service here is non existent. The old lady running the show on Fridays is super rude and unapologetic for bad information from her techs. They wouldn t pass inspection because the windshield tint was too dark. It passed everywhere else in the state before this stop. Why here? The guys said, why don t you take it back there? Another guy said to go get a razor and peel it off or that he would do it. The old lady rescinded that offer and said they won t touch it or pass it. I went to Abilene and it passed for $7. Same day. Same windshield.Based on reviews and my experience . I expect that Dale is gone and his sons + the folks I met have NO real idea how to run a business in the long term.Bye

I'm so incredibly grateful our car's tire got a nail while at the supercharger in this town. Yes, I know how that sounds.It meant that we were able to get to Dale's in about 7 minutes, and were on our way 1 hour later.They didn't charge a Tesla-tax either. If only all road trip incidentals were as inexpensive and easy to get to as this tire shop was, I'd be super happy.

Over the last month I have called Dale Martin and son tire company and Been treated with a rude attitude over the phone. I ve tried setting up an appointment to come in have services performed on my vehicle and was handled rudely. I have never been to a fire stone or fire stone affiliate and been treated the way that I have at Dale Martins. Today I stop bye this location band asked to get in oil change, fuel filter change, and air filter change. I didn t mind staying to get it done but when I told her I would be staying in waiting for my vehicle since I was from a town 30 miles way she spoke rudely to me and said that it old take 3 hours and that they were also at lunch. I have all eight of our vehicles service performed and fire stone locations. Never in the last 15 years that I have been dealing with fire stone have I been treated the way that this location has treated me June phone calls and when I showed up for maintenance. I highly recommend fire stone perform an investigation on this facility because they do not uphold to the courtesy that fire stone s reputation it s known for.

I easily rate this the worse possible customer service i have ever encountered. It started as i pulled into the parking lot and the service techs we're making hands regarding where the vehicle was parked. I asked if they were speaking to me of which no one replied. I said I would be happy to move the vehicle if you would tell me where you would like me to go. I was told to just go inside to make a ticket. Upon my turn in line, I was by the "son." I was asked to hold a moment so that he could give some service tickets to his techs. He begin to walk back into the main part of the building I heard him say what is with all the cars blocking the parking lot? I told him at this point that with me and that I had offered to move. He never offered any form of apology or attempts to resolve the shoddy customer service. I left the vehicle (against my better judgement) and then decided to go to a different location. Upon my return, he was in the process of moving the vehicle. I stopped and told him I would go ahead and just take the vehicle to another location. He got out of the vehicle walked away and never said a word.I attempt to support local businesses were possible, however, I believe I'll be headed to Abilene when I am met with great customer service with every single time!

I was hesitant to go here do to all of the negative reviews, but I had to be at work by 8 am, and this was the only place open.I walked in the door and told them I needed my tired repaired, and they sent a young man out to help me unload the tire. He said it would be done really quick, but I told him I had to head to work he said "no problem." I left my name and number , came by after work and the tire was ready to go.They even put the tire back on for me, and topped my other tires off with air.The whole experience was very quick, professional, and cheap. It all costed a grand total of 22.50.I will definitely be going back in the future .

Went to get my valve stem replaced. They pulled it in the shop then came back 5 minutes later and told me I had "spacers" behind my wheels. Said they "wouldn't touch a vehicle with spacers. " I know for a fact they're are no spacers behind my wheels. I rotated em myself a couple months ago. If you can't fix it just tell me. As a man I would respect your honesty in the matter. Don't try and feed me some story about your spacer phobia. Big waste of my time. And if there willing lie to you about imaginary spacers, I'd hate to see what else they would lie about. Get it together Martin and sons

Was traveling thru the area and blew a trailer tire. Called them up and the woman answering the phone was very helpful saying they did have what we need. Went in , figured out what we needed and they got on it. Had 4 new tires on the trailer in no time. Great customer service, top notch, fast service. Highly recommend them if you re in the area with tire needs.

Helped me when I was in a bind. Friendly people. Fair price on a tire repair and done quickly. When in town, they are now my go to and I will recommend my company use them whenever we are working in the area.

Sent my wife to get a tire patched. This tire was almost new had only 3,000 miles on it. I ve previously worked at a tire shop so I knew that this was a patchable tire. My wife said they had been extremely rude, had not taken care of her and she had to wait an hour to get this tire patched only to be told that the tire wasn t able to be patched and they wanted to order her a new one. I tell my wife to take the tire (they almost did not allow her to take the tire since they thought it was ruined ) and take it to VP Tire and Services in Roscoe Texas, where they were more then willing to help her and got the tire all patched up! Would not recommend these guys to anyone.

The worst experience I have ever had ever with any company ever. The customer service was horrible and this was from the owner himself. He acted like he didn't care. I called and told them the cap from the bottom part of the motor oil tank had came off while I was driving and the motor was completely out of oil since it leaked out all over the highway. I told him I needed a new cap and to add oil into the motor but before I could finish he said okay and hung up on me. Almost in a way where he didn't like being told what to do. I just knew what the problem was. I called back and made sure he heard what I said and he said I'll call you back when it's ready instead of acknowledging. Anyway, he calls me back and tells me it's ready. I go back and he tells me it was going to be $150 because he had put 4 quarts of synthetic oil and it had all leaked out because he had to find out where the leak was coming from. When he finally found out that it was just the cap, he put one on and then again filled up with 4 quarts. So when I asked him why I was being charged so much for something that I had already told him how to fix, he simply said you never told me you were driving and the cap came off and all the oil came off. Anyway, before this sounds like a rant. I was charged for something they already knew. Even then why would they use 4 quarts of synthetic motor oil instead of using 1 or using cheap motor oil if he knew it was going to leak out anyway? He said he wouldn't refund me what he dropped and walked away from me. I feel like I got screwed just because he can. He's the most popular mechanic in Sweetwater, almost runs a monopoly to be honest. He has contracts with the Sheriff and the Police Department. So his customer database is set. When companies like this get that big, they simply stop caring. They stop doing the little things that made them. They forgot how they got there. It was a horrible experience. I highly discourage anybody else especially people out of town to come here. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Got there about 30 minutes after they opened. Needed a new tire. Staff was super friendly. Got out of there in less than 45 minutes. Tire was pricey but it is a Firestone branch so you're paying more just for the name.

Thank goodness I found this place..Tire failure on RV about 10 miles east of here. I called to confirm they had the right size, they had a good selection and promptly meet my needs. Of course they were not cheap but when you are on the road it's a great deal.

Rude lady at the counter. She is an older woman, I believe her and her husband own the business. She acts like you're interrupting something when you come in. While talking to her about my service she would roll her eyes. When I was leaving I said "have a good day", I didn't even get a response.Listen lady, if you don't want to be in the customer service business, then you need to find another one that doesn't deal with customers.I will not go back there unless in in a terrible bind.
