The best customer service ever came from every single one of the guys working today! 11/6/23 around 3-3:15pm I pulled in to get my spare tire put on and they welcomed me with such attentiveness and care! They seemed very happy to do what they do and i greatly appreciate it! They got my spare tire put on and the old tire was placed inside of a bag before getting placed in my car for easy access! Thank you guys so much for turning a stressful situation around and turning it into a blessing!! I can continue on to Dallas safely and i will most definitely be bragging to my employees on how to treat every guest they encounter the same as you all treated me!!Service: Tires

Made appointment to have tires installed (1 week in advance). I get to walmart, and the store associate says it's going to be, "hours and hours wait." The entire point of appointment is to NOT have to wait. This store has always sucked, from unstocked shelves to rude employees.*Edit* I went to Discount Wheel and Tire less than a mile away at 4:30 pm. They put 4 new tires on before 5 pm!

This is a good place for tires and oil changes and that's it. Do not let these guys anywhere near your bulbs, even though that's a service they offer. You'll either end up with damage to your light assembly or they simply won't perform the service as requested.

These guys were great! I called in the AM to get a quote. She let me know that they had a wait time of about two hours. I had someone come with me so we could spend time in the area. We got our ticket written up and gave my keys in at 11 AM on the dot. The guys were done by 11:50!! And this was on a Sunday!My car feels so much better. Not to mention, tires were the same but cheaper than NBT!I would recommend to anyone. Plus the gentleman there were talking to others and explaining to them just as they explained to me. Really nice set of people!

I'm a long time SS Walmart customer, since they were at the shopping center on Mockinbird Lane. This was the first time using the Walmart Auto Service Center. I bought tires for one of my vehicles and got an oil change for another.I was highly impressed with their customer service and their work.I'm definitely doing more business with their Auto Service Center

It was okay no problems so far, but when i read the paper it said oil was over full i know that wasn't right cause I've not added any oil since last oil change so don't know how they got over full...

Always bought my tires here but now you have to pay the road hazard 40.00 you have to have the rotation 40.00 dollars not a option went to discount tire got a better tire BF Goodrich everything included 80.000 miles for only 50.00 dollars more

Saved the day! Of all things I caught a piece of bone in one of my tires! Dropped my car off and less than an hour later I had my tire patched up good as new!

Went to Auto Center and purchased new batter. Friendly, helpful staff. Quick service. Highly recommend.

Super fast oil change. Was so happy with the price. My husband usually does our oil change and its a challenege but they had it done within 20 mins

Almost ALL the auto associates were friendly and helpful. My vehicle was serviced and done in a timely manner.

They do a good job, sometimes they are packed. If you want your wheels rotated and balanced you have to ask for it.

Went to have 2 trailer tires replaced. Literally took them 2 full hours! Only had 1 car and another trailer in front of us when we arrived at 10am. Absolutely ridiculous!

I got my new battery installed came a 6 pm on Saturday 5 people in front of me they had to stay late to put battery in car and my car is a pain to put in
