Never made it through the door. The man I spoke to was rude, didn't seem to care that I had work for him and spoke as though I was bothering him. He refused to give general estimates on turn around time or parts. The only thing he consistently said was that he was willing to take my money. Made me hate the thought of leaving anything with him. Ultimately decided to go with someone else.

I highly recommend this place for any alternator work on your vehicle. Super friendly and had mine done within the day. Also very good calling you and updating you on the care for your car, as well as letting you know if there's any extra costs due to additional parts needed. I will always go here for my alternator / muffler needs.

It's pretty bad when you get an alignment and it's worse than before,took it back and he did something else to it and it's worse now! We got new tires and all and still bad..I had to give 1 star because I can't give 0 stars..stick with who you know is good..

Called Tri star talked to Phillip and told him my problem he quoted me a reasonable price and had my car running the following day.Professional courteous and does good work.

My truck was acting weird, took it to Mr Phillips shop. I had my front brakes and rotors changed. Fixed in a very timely manner. Then the battery light kept coming on. He checked and my alternator is going bad. He repaired it and I haven t had any more trouble with my truck! Great service and very professional place to get your vehicle fixed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Rip off. repaired my alt worked for 30 miles. Replaced it with a o rilleys. Took it back to trystar and in order to get my refund he wanted the old alt so I had to pay 30 dollers for a core charge. Bad attitude. Bad service and cluttered shop very un professional. Do not go here.

Don't go there. I told this man my compressor was going out and i need a quote get a new one put on. I told him what it was doing and he assumed it was a leak. Then charged me $256 for a leak that he didn't fix. 3 days later A/C not blowing heat air. Took it back now he tells me it the compressor and it's gonna be $850 to have it fixed.

Said he rebuilt my starter just changed the solenoid charged me $225. When I called he said he put all new parts on it which was clearly not done

Took my car in to have my car fixed. The owner was very kind and didn't over charge for the job (like many shops do when ladies come) and he even took the time to explain the problem and proper maintenance to me.

called about a alt conversion for classic cars wasnt interested in our buisness and claimed what we wanted cant be done . but just ordered kits to do it ourself.. some ppl just dont like making money...

Phillip the guy that was running the place when I stopped in started out cordial enough kind of blunt but he was busy he was un hooking the battery and I opened my truck door this guy threw a little hissie fit said i could have broken his fingers and refused to finish work on my vehicle wouldn't stop in there again if it was the last shop on earth
