Terrible service, I don't recommend it to anyone! They told me to leave the car on Wednesday morning and that the service would be ready in the afternoon, they didn't get back to me. on Thursday they said they broke the glass that was going to be replaced and that they were going to fix it and call me. they didn't care! Friday I went to pick up the car at 3:30pm and my car was locked with no one there to help me. Monday, Tuesday and today Wednesday passed, after a long time without any answers they said that the glass had arrived and that it was not in good condition! After a lot of headache and a week without the car I ended up picking up the car without having the agreed service! (A Lack of commitment to the customer)

I work for an insurance agency out in Greenville.. I have never gotten any work done by them, but I have dealt with them on some occasions with my clients.I always speak with Heather, she is very professional, and does her job well!

I give interstate body shop, a one star, mainly for their office personnel, and the woman who wiped down my car. Their professionalism was under par. The work was sloppy, incomplete, and in adequate there will be a comment made to the Better Business Bureau due to the fact that my vehicle still is not repaired, in a manner that makes it comfortable to drive. They refused to address the situation and I would not recommend them to anybody for any kind of work. They parked my vehicle on the back of the lot for three days, saying that it was only gonna take one day to fix it. They didn t get to it until I called looking for it and they try to find excuses as of to why the car still is not correctly repaired trying to use the fact that my car was a used car and something else might be making it on repairable that has nothing to do with the site of the damage and a comment was also made that it sat for three days because they only have one person. Maybe they need to hire more than one person but when I was in the shop, I saw several people just standing around. It may be a locally family owned business that might have ties in the community but they re professionalism and standard of excellence is below par.Service: Painting

I would not recommend this place.I initially took my truck in November when I got rear ended. I soon noticed squeaking coming from the front. I told them it was the front bodymount bushing but they claimed that is not the problem. The issue was the swaybar bushings. As soon I got the truck I noticed a couple of things. 1. The squeaking was indeed the front body mount bushings which they claimed and charged me that they fixed 2. They damaged my steering fluid lines. I no longer took my truck there and went to another body shop with good reputation. Turns out they never replaced the body mount bushing which they did give me a refund but only because the worker confessed he didn't change them but only because he was caught even though they gave me a refund for the bushing there was still the issue of steering fluid lines. I spent 1,600 for they're mistake that caused me money and they didn't want to take responsibility. Do not come here take your business elsewhereThe customer service was great always nice and courteous

Pros: The workmanship is fantasticCons: punctuality. If they tell you the car will be finished by a certain date/time, don't believe them. Your vehicle will not be ready until they notify you that it is completed and this could be days or weeks after the date you are initially toldMy 3 star rating is not because of the work done at Interstate. I have had 3 vehicles repaired here, and the body and paint work has been completed to almost new. The reason for my low rating is customer frustration. When I would call to ask when my car would be ready I would be told that it would be 1-2 more days. I live less than a mile from this place and walked there on a Friday to ask in person how much longer it would be and was told Monday or Tuesday at the latest because my car was already in line for paint. I called up on Monday and was told that my car had not gone through paint and that if it made it into paint Monday or Tuesday then it would be ready on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and was told it would be ready on Thursday. On Thursday the shop finally called me and told me my car would be ready by the very end of the day or first thing on Friday. It is now Friday and I am still hoping that I will have a car for the weekend.

After my initial poor review the parts I was waiting on magically appeared and I received a prompt phone call. I am sure someone was trying to get out ahead of my frustration and hide their mistake...I found out the insurance company had been told my car was completed a month prior and they were surprised.My car still has trim rails on the roof that are the wrong color. The interior door panels were never installed. The customer service representative acted as if it was my fault that the work wasn t completed and that I should have reminded them. The owner did call, but it was more about saving face and asking me to remove my bad review than fixing my car. Oh, to hide my review they deleted the review section on their Facebook... Seems honest... but, at that point, I wouldn t expect any less.

Great Service!!! I went to get an estimate at the end of the day on a Friday and was thinking that they were not going to be able to do that. Most shops are already gone for the day. I was impressed with the quick turn around as they gave me my estimate. A couple weeks later I took my car in to get it repaired and pleasantly surprised with the quickest turnaround. Thank you all for the fast and great service!!

Benson brothers dropped off my car for repair It took 5 weeks to get my car back and when I did the door was not aligned properly and the handle was broken. I took it back to be fixed properly and Hayden told me they were not going to fix it that it was like that when I brought it in. Lieing is not acceptable! And now two days later from recieving my car back for the second time the paint is peeling off my hood! That place is absolutely worthless!!!Thank you for cleaning my car but that's obviously not the reason it was dropped off. It was dropped off for repair! You and I both know my door was not like that when I dropped it off! I've had that vehicle for 5 yrs and this is the first accident its ever been in. I have never had work done to it. Its sad I had to call my insurance to send out an adjuster and bring it back for a second time to be fixed properly.

My car was hit on 8/18/2019 and was in the shop within a few days for the repairs. I also filed a claim on my hail damage and the two claims were to be worked at the same time. I was told I would have the car back by 9/05/2019. Then I was told a few parts had not come in, including the door on 9/03/2019 and the car would be ready the following Tuesday, 09/10/2019 (waiting on paint). On 09/09/2019 I was told it would be ready on 09/13/2019 (waiting in door weather stripe). Then it was pushed to 09/16/2019 or 09/17/2019 (waiting on door panel)... then on 09/18/2019 the car was released to me but incomplete.The hail damage claim is incomplete because they painted two pieces of trim the wrong color, which I was assured they would complete once the interior door panels come in .I had to take the car back to them the following morning because the car was missing two bolts in the finders. Damage to a door handle... missing interior trim pieces and weather stripe that I found and installed myself... and there is a huge bubble in the window tint.I am still waiting on a door panel that was to be delivered in 9/26/2019 and a door handle that interstate body shop damaged.I haven t heard back from anyone... I guess my parts were lost in shipping? I wouldn t know... worst customer service experience of my life.

Interstate Body Shop is the best. They are very professional and they communicate through the entire time your vehicle is being fixed. When they are finished your vehicle looks like brand new again. They have a lot of Awesome associates and I appreciate everything they do. They take good care of there customers. We have had a truck and a car fixed and we have just been amazed how Awesome everything is. Anyone that needs any body work done take it to Interstate Body Shop.

Took my truck here for repairs after wreck. Was feeling sketchy about taking it anywhere because of all the aftermarket parts on it. Was blown away when I went to pick it up. These guys got it looking better than the day I bought it. Not many places like this around anymore. Customer service/work was top notch.

Interstate Body Shop was super helpful and professional with my air conditioner issue and went above and beyond to help. The shop I went to previous to that told me I could probably fix it myself. Interstate looked at it right way and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.Fast, Convenient, Helpful. Go over and see Mariah, Haden, and Kelly. They will get you taken care of. 10/10 recommended.

I had gotten into a wreck that wasn t my fault and interstate body shop worked on my car. My car looks great and Ryan helped me work with the Insurance company to get everything solved! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Do not take anything to this place. Horrible work and even worse management. I took my truck here and it was nothing but problems. Repairs were either poor quality or not completed at all. I was called numerous times to come pick up my truck only to arrive and find out there were still repairs that needed to be made. After 5 attempt to fix my vehicle the management finally told me they would not do any more repairs to my vehicle and I would have to take it up with the insurance. Very unprofessional and sub standard work.

Called every day trying to find out why my car wasnt ready they told me they had parts ready and it would be 2 days max it's now 1 week they ordered wrong part then had to reorder said it would be two days guess what nope finally 3 days later got to go GWT car then was told they needed 500 dollars but it was a insurance claim that was to cover all damage then why am I paying out of pocket on this
