I recently visited Milex Complete Auto Care - Mr. Transmission and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. The team there demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and expertise from the moment I walked in. They were transparent about the work needed, and the service was completed efficiently and effectively. The facility was well-maintained, and the staff took the time to explain the repairs done on my vehicle. It s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Jason runs a great shop. He goes above and beyond to help his customers and is trust worthy which is hard to say for mechanics. He s trustworthy, reliable, quick turnaround and decent prices.

This was probably one of the best experiences I have had with an auto shop. The owner was very diligent in finding the best part and provided options to help manage the big bill. I will definitely be coming here for future car repairs.

Great service. Very friendly. Quick turnaround. Very pleased. I have shopped around and their warranty beats the average shop.UpdatedCame back again to replace the transmission on daughter s Lexus. Originally I came here to replace a transmission on a GMC I was restoring. GMC still running smooth. As usual service was quick and efficient. Pricing is great compared to other shops. Jason and his crew are great to work with. Definitely recommend. Another thing to consider is that you can t beat a 3 year warranty

First time to this shop and it won't be my last time!!!! Transmission replacement and reprogramming. They was super professional they stayed in contact with me with updates and when I pick my vehicle up it ran perfect. I have another vehicle that I am bringing to them. And hopefully I do not need any repairs in the future but if I do this is forever my place thank you all so much. SUPER SATISFIED!!!! Took my daughters car here back in January. If you re not in a hurry to receive your vehicle back I d recommend them. It had to have a complete transmission rebuild along with some other minor repairs. I know it was a huge job but felt like 6 months was a little long.

After buying a car 5 months ago to my surprise the transmission went out. Smh! Luckily my car was insured. I contacted Jason and he made my whole experience a breeze. He didn t try to get over on me being that I m a woman like most do. He took care of me and my car got me back up and running in a timely manner. I went to Mr. Transmission for the first time when I needed to get my valve cover gaskets replaced. I received great customer service, a great price, and speedy and precise work! Ever since then I come back to the shop for any of my car needs, and it always feels like family! I 110% recommended everyone to go by and check it out, you will not be disappointed!!

Another Very Good experience. Location kept clean and welcoming. Jason, the owner, always advises you on what needs to be done and why Vs what can be deferred. And Gilbert, who worked on the car, takes time to explain when you have queries. I was very impressed that they really tried to fix the transmission line radiator connection first before we had to go ahead and replace the radiator. The owner and mechanic went above and beyond to help me get my daughters car back running as soon as possible and at a very reasonable cost. They do more than just transmission work and I plan on using them in the future.

I had a pleasant experience at Mr. Transmission after bringing my car in for service. I had a problem with my transmission switching from second to third gear on my Lexus. I took my car to Lexus certified and other repair shops. They want to charge a lot of money just to see what might be causing the problem. After taking my car to Mr. Transmission, their technicians knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix my issue at a reasonable cost. Now I get my all my cars serviced at Mr. Transmission. They can repair, service or replace any parts on your car (Engine, Oil change, Brakes, Electrical and more). I went to Mr. transmission quite a few times, and every time i left with a car that ran better than ever before. Beyond pleased with everything they do, the timely work, the quality of work and most importantly the communication between the customer and staff, he will always go over the options with you before pulling the trigger! would definitely recommend this for anything at all! they don t just do transmissions

Regardless of complexity or magnitude of the task at hand working on the 1993 Toyota pickup truck transmission it was accomplished on time and under budget.If you have Transmission problems give them a try, you want be sorry!I take great pleasure in expressing my appreciation for the outstanding performance on my vehicle.The staff contacted each day providing me with the status of the vehicle until it was ready for me to come pick it up! Great job

I was impressed by the owners offering me two choices for my repair, one less expensive and one more expensive. Normally, women will be presented with one option which will be higher than expected. Mr. Transmission replaced my radiator and coordinating parts also. I would/have recommended them to several friends who look to have services done by a very friendly and honest business such as Mr Transmission. On top of the friendliness and honesty, I would have to say the main reason I give Mr Transmission a 5 star rating is because of the outstanding communication received, which is so very rare nowadays!

Very impressive and very honest. I went around few other shops nearby for transmission related issues and found out these guys are the most genuine around here. I vouch for them anytime.
