I have had work done in the past and always have hadexcellent audio service. So I noticed that they started doing lifts at this location and figured they have done a great job with everything else I ll give them a shot with the lift. I wanted a 6 lift on my 2015 Tacoma and let me say they didn t disappoint!!! The work was superior and 100 percent professional I would highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs!!!! Wondering service and all the guys are top notch!!!

The guys at HTAS have never failed me on all the mods I ve done to my car. Some of these mods include window tint, Morimoto headlights, 4th brake light, cat back exhaust, tires and wheels as well as some new brakes and calipers. Everything these guys do always come out clean and perfect! Huge thanks to Carlos who has absolutely helped me big time with this build which will continue. If you need any guidance Carlos is the man!

Be mindful of your purchases, see things in person. There are NO refunds, and they ONLY do store credit if items purchased are defective.Carlos was very kind, patient , and helpful when assisting me with my headlight situation but not informative about purchase/warranty.Unsure about returning because I am unsure about products.** updated information below from response by owner who left an invalid email **

Went to HTAS to get two 10in pancake subs put in my truck. I paid $850 all said and done but which ever tech did my truck drilled holes in my truck to mount the amp and went all the way though the back of my truck and made a big hole in the space between my cab and my bed. Everytime it rains my truck gets soaked on the inside. I called HTAS after that and they told me there is nothing they could do about it. I know this place is like a budget audio place but honestly just save your money and go to a better place, I ended up taking my truck to a different audio place to get it redone and when they were taking the system HTAS put in they called me to the back to show me what kind of work they did and it s a night and day difference. HTAS had my wires running all the over the place and this new place had them all tied together nice and neat and they even fixed the hole in my truck for free. For those who read my post all the way to this point just save up your cash and go to car tunes on 45 , or the new place that opened up down the street from this one on Spencer. Because you are probably going to end up at those places anyways after HTAS messes up your car or truck.

Came in for a fuse n was blown away by all the lights n prices. Walked out with all new sound system which sounds amazing and alot of lights under the Jeep including wheel rings. Could be happier with the service, the way it all looks n the incredible sound. Make sure to let Carlos at High Tech Auto Sound hook you up. Much love n respect

I want to commend Carlos, for his awesome customer service he provided me during my experience at High Tech Auto Sound. We had to schedule some appointment times to work on my vehicle due to my work schedule but, Carlos was able to make it happen with his crew knocking it out. Even adjusting some small things based on preference he prioritized his service towards me and I'm happy with my new mods on my vehicle. Great place to do business with!

Almost a month after visiting this place and I couldn t be happier. They fixed my sound system which I had been having problems with for sometime. They fixed it to my expectations. Carlos was very helpful and attentive.

2009 Dodge Challenger RT1 YEAR UPDATE: Lights are still amazing and I get plenty of compliments... they definitely stand out above others I have seen (you get what you pay for) I am still a very happy and satisfied customer.New stereo install - Replaced factory speakers front & rear - RGB lighting interior & exterior - LED headlamp upgrades.. These guys are amazing! They went above and beyond for me, and even gave me a big reveal "move that truck" style! They called me every step on the way while they had my car. The lighting is bright, the sound is crisp and they beyond exceeded my expectations. Carlos was inviting from the moment I walked through the door and answered all my questions and price was excellent. I will be returning for any future mods and would recommend him over & over again.

Went in look for a specific part for wire gauge and Carlos was able to help me with it, also he explained very well in detail for any questions I had regarding product and financing.

Carlos helped me alot, my wiring was bad and they did alot of it and they got rid of electrical noise problem with my subs, I would come back again gor my tint and voice amp for sure

Bought a wiring kit. The plugs pulled out with easy and showed him. Asked if I can get a other one. Nope. Don't buy wiring kits let alone anything else. It's all cheap

I walked in expecting just to have a consultation but the representative was so helpful knowledgeable and even helped me fill out an application to be approved for a loan to pay for my installation. They were ready to install my new Apple Play Radio and backup camera right then and there. Only took a couple hours to install. They were quick very nice and thorough!

I had a system installed in my 2021 Camry and they made it look like the factory did it. Carlos KNOWS cars!! We started talking about performance and he let me know that they could take care of everything having to do with performance. The suggestions he made were on point. If you want work done the right way, do yourself a favor and go to HTAS ask for Carlos .thank me later!

Junk! To begin with when when I was quoted they included rock lights in the quote.. when the work was done they told me they didn t quote rock lights so they didn t do it secondly I ve had issues with the system that was put in since day one! now it barely works Edit: junior reached out to me very fast. Very eager to fix the issue brought it in and they fixed it very fast and went the extra mile to help out

I can t thank this shop enough for the work they did on my car today, really, Carlos was a saint with his honesty and his expertise. He was a friend before a salesman and I mean that through and through. I had many problems with work I had done at other shops and came here hoping for a full fix and they did deliver. Completely new wiring and tuning made my car sound better than ever and I was only sold what I needed; it was worth every penny. Carlos, thanks again for the caring service and outstanding work, and give my full gratitude to anyone else that worked on my car too. Thank y all!!!

These guys do good work! And stand behind there work. They will fix any issues within a year of install and if your not satisfied with your subs or amp they have no problem upgrading you and only charging you the difference in price & not double labor. I m a happy customer for sure. Also, there s not many audio shops that will take any vehicle in & properly tune your amps and setting to near perfection! That tells me right there these guys have knowledge and don t just connect wires and send you out the door.

Carlos was the associate who assisted with my transaction. I went in there not knowing what to expect. I needed a recording camera for my car and I ended walking out with that and a car monitor. Carlos was so helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to try to find the best way to assist me. Definitely recommend, awesome customer service!
