I couldn't find my original post to add to my comment, so I am rewriting this. Anyways, ask for Matt Nielsen. He is very kind, professional, patient, and gets the job done. I met the manager and he is okay, but he gives me shady vibes. He reminds me of my brother in law, Greg Owens from West Monroe, Louisiana. Lol.Anyways, my husband said I should have gotten a better deal for this used car, but didn't bc I am female and a minority. There's no way to prove that, but I get it. It's a business and they have to make money, too. I think I should have done my research first though bc they had a brand new car, same as this one for the same price in Louisiana. It was just more convenient to buy here bc it was close to my house. That said, I will still buy a car here in the future, but do my research first and bring my husband with me next time. Oh and some lady named Rocky I think...not that friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day. She said I couldn't get my check til 2 weeks because that is their policy. Well Mr. Nielsen went in there and was able to have my check ready in 2 hours thank goodness. Overall, I still recommend this place bc all it takes is one person to make a difference and I had a positive experience with the main car salesman. The people next door fixing the cars are also very pleasant and professional.

It's hard to find a place I can leave my truck with and feel good about it,...Truckville is That place!!The everyone there has a good positive vibe.The part price was better than other dealerships I had checked.... and they were actually finished with my truck an hour sooner than estimated!!!All in all Truckville is a great experience and my only dealership!

We had been looking for the perfect vehicle for our growing family and that led us to Truckville. They went way out of their way to make sure all our expectations were surpassed. Despite our young boy running around the office for hours, they treated him like family. Just when we thought it was all done, the lights were shutting off and they still had staff staying late to make sure we didn t leave with questions. Thank you Bob Ruelle and the team! We will be back.

I'm one who never thought he would write a review, however, I find myself doing just that due to the kind, courteous, friendly and professional service we received at Truckville. Salesman, Bob Rouelle along with the finance support team of Jerry and Rockie along with upper management made our experience extremely pleasant. Even after the mix up on my part over the trade-in title.Thanks again..

Wonderful first time buyer experience! Rockie is amazing! She is super sweet and experienced and provided me with everything I needed. She was super patient with me and answered all my questions. She has amazing customer service. I highly recommend her and this dealership to everyone. I was not pressured or rushed at all. Truckville is a great place to purchase a vehicle.

When you make an appointment over the phone at a dealership, it is very rare to be able to fit someone in the very next day right as they open, but this place sure did. It was unbelievable.I went to get a recall repair done and some other electrical issues fixed. I got there right as they opened and they got to work immediately on my vehicle. They were done in less than 45 minutes. That's great service!According to my receipt, the lady who helped me was Cheyenne. She was fast, prompt, and very quick to assist me. There can't be another dealership in this area that operates this efficiently. Plus my wife was happy with the help she received over the phone.Thank you to all who helped me get in and out. I was really expecting to be there for a few hours...didn't happen.

BEST vehicle buying experience EVER! Daniel Buckner is absolutely the easiest Salesperson to deal with. He was up front with all costs, constantly available to answer questions, and very friendly. I will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles from him and this dealership. Highly recommended!!!!

My family has purchased 7 vehicles from Truckville and it's the only place we will ever go. They listen to you and there is no haggling. Service after the sale is important to me. My vehicles get first class service and I love the loaner vehicles for dealership customers. I'm never without a vehicle- even when mine needs new tires or brakes. I speak with the same people every time I'm in there- its nice to see the same faces at a car business over the years. Highly recommend.

I had a very good experience. My salesman Kenny Mallet was very nice and helpful . He was very professional and very knowledgeable . He took care of all of our needs . The whole truckville team is awesome . I love my truckville family .

Just bought a new RAM from Truckville. Our salesman, Drew McClary was great! He was very helpful and also just a nice guy. All the staff are friendly. We've been customers of Sour Lake Motors since 2004 after purchasing a Silverado. The service department is excellent and we've used them exclusively since. Great service writers and Kimble Ivie has pride in his service department.Highly recommend them.

We purchased a truck from Justin Tauzin, and had a wonderful experience. He worked with us until we felt confident in the deal. We love our truck and loved the service and will definitely be seeing them again when we purchase another vehicle!

I have to say being in sales myself for over 30 years I was blown away by the team at Sour Lake Ford especially my sales specialist, Rockie Templeton. I first met Rockie looking for my dream car, a 2013 Shelby GT 500, yes I know from Truckville!. The experience was professional, pleasant and quick, unlike some of the high pressure dealers I have dealt with in the past. What set Rockie apart was her constant follow up with me over the years, including anniversary pictures she sent me of my Shelby purchase. I decided to take my Shelby there for maintenance, even though it is 90 miles from my home while passing several Ford Dealerships along the way. She asked me if I would like to have my Shelby hand washed and I said yes. She disappeared and was gone for quite a while. When she came back she was a little wet and sweaty and I came to realize that they had no porter that day and she washed the car herself. Talk about customer service!! She has made me a customer for life and have since purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from her. Fear not Truckville I'm in the market for the new 2019 Ranger... we will meet again!

I absolutely recommend the service dept here. The ac went out on my 2 year old Tahoe. Was told by other dealerships in the area that it would be weeks before they were able to get me in. Called truckville service and they were able to get me in within a couple of days. Had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed within a few hours. Thank you!

We re impressed as well as in love with our new purchase on our 2019 Jeep Cherokee! We couldn t have done it without the help from Kenny, Jerry & Justin Thank y all so much for yalls help we appreciate it! We highly recommend for everyone to go there to get a vehicle from Truckville in Sour Lake...they re business is wonderful, they work with you, all of their employees are extremely nice and polite!

Everything was super professional. Doss was my salesman and he was super professional. Jerry took care of my finances and he was the best. Then to top it all off all off Justin went over every feature on the truck and explained how it worked and what it did. This dealership surpasses every other dealership in Texas.

I have the truckville sticker to get free oil changes. Made an appointment for 2:00 but had to be at work at 3. Showed up early and told them what was going on and they got me in and out with plenty of time to get to work even though they a full day of services scheduled! Would HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you to the women and men that work in the service department!

Rockie Templeton was awesome! She made the whole experience so simple and fun. There was a $ cap, so she only showed us the types of vehicles asked for in that limit. The hardest part was picking which car to buy. I'll definitely be back!! Thank you Rockie!!!

In 2015 I got into a car accident. My Pontiac was totaled. I heard good things about Truckville from a previous customer who had purchased from them. I was told to talk to Drew McClary when I was able to get to the dealership. Drew was great he showed me a few different things. He was able to stay in the price range I asked for. I ended up leaving with a 2012 Chevy Equinox! I was very pleased with the purchase and the customer service. Fast forward to 2 years and 3 months later. I have been thinking about getting a different vehicle since I became a mom. My Chevy didn't have vents in the back seat for my son. And it can get hot in the backseat even with the front vents blasting. And with the summer coming I knew I needed something different. And as fate had it my Chevy needed a minor repair, so I ended up back at truckville to get it fixed. While I was there I wanted to talk to Drew again to see if maybe there was something I could trade my Chevy for. We looked at a couple things. I told him the monthly note I wanted to stay in. He ran some numbers on a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and needless to say I was able to get it! Drew did a great job yet again at helping me find a great vehicle. I know we will use Truckville anytime we look for another vehicle and Drew McClary will be our salesman! God bless and thank you for this wonderful blessing!

The absolute best place to buy a car! These folks are kind, honest and are willing to work with you on a special car just for you! Can't say enough good about all....through the entire process. My second car from these folks and I will certainly return if I buy another! Give them an opportunity!

I would like to express my extreme displeasure in the sales department. Failure to disclose important information until after the checks are sent out is a bad business policy. Salesman and sales manager basically said MY BAD and never tried to fix their messup

Everyone was very friendly and professional. We were in and out within a few hours.The only thing I didn't like and why I have to give 4 stars is the fact that I bought a brand new car and a few days later I noticed the oil percentage was at 37%. Not a super big deal since its under warranty but it should have been done before we drove away.

Justin Tauzin, Jonathan Williams, and Jerry Haynes were super professional as well as very quick and efficient at getting me financed and into my new 2018 Chevy Cruz !!! My husband and I bought a chevy cruse hatchback May 28th. The staff was fantastic. Our salesman Hank was awesome! Jeremy was awesome as well! Everyone there is friendly and will do everything they can to get you into a vehicle! The best place to buy in SETX!!!! I recommend anyone to go to Truckville FIRST before anywhere else. My parents actually just bought them a new vehicle today May 30th at Truckville. Go TO TRUCKVILLE!!!! Thank you to all the staff!!!

We have purchased over 10 vehicles from Truckville. The two things I like the most about them is the price and laying it all out on the table, none of this running back and forth over pricing. If you are in the market for New or Used give Doss Dillard !!!
