Rather than the usual " we don't have it in store". Martin went out and found us different options to get the truck fixed and on the road!

I was helping a motorist traveling from another State who was stranded on highway. The employees at this store were so helpful on the phone and in person. They stayed open late to ensure I got the motorist running and on their way and didn't need additional parts :)

Friendly people, outrageous prices. Price gouging at its finest. My husband was charged (twice!!) $308.XX for an air filter and fuel filter for a 2019 F-350 last week. I knew it couldn t be possible so we shopped around and found them much cheaper elsewhere. I went to return the items the same day and the incompetent man child charged me another whopping $308.XX rather than REFUNDING me. The owners wife who was unsuccessfully baby-stepping him through the process finally put the phone down that she was on hold on and correctly got my (TWO) refunds taken care of. Most people don t just have $620 freely sitting around. He could have made my account go negative and then I d be responsible for his actions of overdraft fees. All I got was a weak apology of I m sorry .We took our business elsewhere and only spent $13X.XX for the same two items at other, more responsibly priced stores not out for a ginormous profit. Never again. Out of Town-ers BEWARE!

How do they expect to make this town thrive if the only outo parts store for miles closes extra early on weekends. They just don't want to work. Probably owned by rich old farts. I walked there from road rangers to buy a hose coupling for a simple fix on my truck and they want to close by 3 pm smh

Super helpful figuring out our Dodge pick-up problem. They were even willing to come to our RV park to help with a dead battery.

I wish we could go with a -5. This store chose not to open on a Monday morning. My Navy child limped her car to this location on her way back to base in Cali. They show they have the part in stock but no one wants to work so she had to work her way to San Angelo to get the part. I hope she didn't blow her motor trying to get what they have. And I hope she makes it back to base in time.

On the way from California to Florida.. Noticed lights going in and out and needed a battery and an alternator asap. Carquest got right to it to help in all ways possible. Quick, friendly, profesional service!
