Family business. Owners Carl and Brittany helped us in choosing the right RV van for our needs and pocketbook. We selected this 2022 model with just 10,000 miles on it at a reasonable price. They were very personable and professional with a working crew that got the van ready for us to pick up. Everything went smoothly and Carl explained all the working parts in detail to us and no worries, there's a quick lookup manual for all that he went over! We're very happy with our purchase and know we can call them anytime should we have questions.

Stahmann RV made our RV purchase so smooth. We bought from out of town and went out of way to purchase from them. They had the model we were looking for, the best price compared to everywhere else we looked, and were by far the friendliest. Every employee we interacted with was professional and kind. They answered our questions when things came up and never made us feel like we were a burden. When I said I would be taking an Uber from the rental car return to their location, they immediately checked with someone to make sure they could go pick me up and give me a ride so I didn't have to get an Uber. I can't say enough good things about Stahmann! Great company!

Probably the sleaziest business in town. They serviced my brand new generator and forgot to stick the generator cover back on, so now the generator is fried and they're saying it "fell off". The cover has multiple screw locations, and I spoke to the generator repair company that they referred me to, and he told me that would be virtually impossible for the cover to fall off. When brought to Shauna's attention, she basically told me I was on my own and promptly hung up on me.Do not buy from them, you will not receive any helpful service after they take your money. They will answer the phone with an attitude and claim that it's your fault.

Our experience buying our Winnebago Class B RV at Stahmann was first class all the way! We live across the country from their location and did the entire transaction over the phone and email. They gave us all the confidence in the world and took excellent care of us. We flew to San Antonio to pick up the RV and drive it back to North Carolina. They offered to pick us up at the airport and take us to the location. The walk through , financial paperwork, and orientation were top notch. Nothing we could have thought of was left out. They really made us feel extremely comfortable with such a large purchase and decision. We will definitely be back to Stahmann RV in the future, and we thank Brittney, Jason and the whole crew for taking such great care of us. We have never been treated this well at any other RV Dealership and we have bought several RV s through the years. Great place!

Wonderful little place with great prices and willing to be more than helpful. They really went above and beyond when we walked in there completely clueless about anything RV!Thanks for your patience and for making the buying process so easy and smooth, no rushes and no trying to tack on other things! We had been searching for awhile and many other dealerships made us feel unworthy. I m glad we were able to find this lovely family owned business.

I didn't buy anything, but the staff was amazing. They let us roam through the units alone and didn't harass us or babysit us like some other sales places do. But, if we had questions or wanted to see\hear something run, they were happy to drop what they were doing to assist us. They even let my kid stay inside the office at one of their desks in the AC while we browsed the lot. They brought us out water after a little time on the lot. It was one of the best experiences I've had while browsing for a RV. Seem like good people that I'd do business with if\when the time comes to purchase something.

We recently purchased a 2022 Winnebago Solis Pocket from Stahmann. Brittney and Carl were great to work with and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the best place in Texas to purchase a class B.

My wife and I recently completed the purchase of a camper van through Stahmann and we are 5 star satisfied customers. Reasonably priced, honest, genuine, knowledgable, great staff, the kind of family run business you want to succeed. They went above and beyond through the entire buying process. The highlight was how they helped us with a very custom (never done before) modification that involved cutting, welding, wiring, etc. The modification came out perfect and we could not be more pleased. We are from out of town and brought the van back after a shake down trip to have a few things finished that were waiting on parts and they went out of their way to get us onto their schedule and through the shop quickly. In every experience they treated us well. I almost forgot to mention that on our way to pick up the van, we ran out of gas. They drove 30 minutes and delivered our new van to us on the side of I-10 with a gas can. THANKYOU!!!My only advice to customers is that you may have to chase Karl down for updates. They are a busy place and the owner is both the manager and the sales team and he is juggling everything. Don't feel bad about bugging him or wait for him to call, just call as often as you need to know the status of something. We called frequently and the team was great to us.

Just picked up my 3rd RV over 12 years, from Stahmann Sales. Karl, Brittney, Mike and team are the best. They know their products, care about their customers and stand behind their service. No matter where you are located, its worth the trip to Seguin, TX to deal with real people who do it right. An RV is not just a vehicle, its a dream and a lifestyle. They get it.

My husband and I recently took our 2021 Class B Entegra Ethos van in for an estimate on how much it would cost to get the stove repaired. After going back and forth since April with dealer we purchased van from in Alvarado, Texas, Stahmann s service manager, Rob, was able to find what was wrong and got it fixed in no time!! We are so grateful for their quick service and if you re thinking of purchasing a class B van, we highly recommend Stahmann s. Wish we had purchased ours from them! We give Stahmann s a five star rating!!

I bought a used Travato 59G from Stahmann's in spring of 2018 and had a good experience overall. After a year, I decided van life was not for me and sold it back to Stahmann's after getting quotes from others as well. Stahmann offered the best value. I had a refund due me on extended warranty, and Christie said it would take a few months. I was a bit nervous about whether it would really come through, but I did receive the refund a few months after selling back the unit. A couple of items needed replacing while I had it: The bathroom door got stuck a few months after I had it, and after a year the side screen door needed to be replaced, but overall the unit was a delight. I would have preferred not having these things go wrong, but was aware going in that campers in general are not going to be high quality in some ways. Getting the parts in for the items I replaced took longer than I would have liked, and Karl was hard to get hold of sometimes, but overall Stahmann's came through and I would recommend them.

We have been having so much fun in our 2021 Travato 59 GL National Parks Edition RV! Thanks to Brittney for making our purchase happen! We just finished our first cross country trip, and everything worked great! Brittney and Karl at Stahmann s are great to work with and made our purchase a pleasantexperience. We highly recommend them!!!!

My wife and I are first time RV ers and we looked at several different Class B models. We even visited multiple dealerships throughout S. Texas. Stahmann s was hands down the best! Not only was Brittney pleasant to work with, she continually followed up with us regarding our purchase. Additionally, Karl, was a true pro in his ability to walk us through our new rig. He addressed and pro-actively answered every question. At the end of the day, we chose a 2021 Winnebago Travato 59KL National Parks Edition. We love it and we couldn t be happier with the experience provided by Stahmann s! If you live in S. Texas, we recommend visiting Brittney and team. Aaron & Heidi L.

My experience with RV repair at Stahmann Sales in Sequin, Texas was great.I was traveling out of Texas in my 2021 Winnebago Travato when I noticed the TV would no longer pull in over the air channels.I stopped at Stahmann's for a look at the problem. They were all very busy receiving new RV's & working on other customer's RV's.They very quickly took time to review the problem and determined the failed component. They ordered the needed part from Winnebago that day.Stahmann's made a flawless installation of the new part and sealed the roof penatration perfectly. While there they corrected 2 other problems related to factory flaws.I did not buy my Travato from Stahmann's, but they made me feel like one of there best customers. If you need quality repair and reliable and honest people who listen, I highly recommend Stahmann's as one of the best to consider.

Great experience!!! I had let them know I was interested in a Roadtrek Zion and when I got there they had them out in front and ready to check out. Earl was friendly and helpful; not pushy, but there to answer any questions. The few things he wasn't 100% sure on, a guy (sorry, forgot the name) went and researched and came right back with the answer. For me this was an outstanding experience!

Just picked up my 2002 BT Cruiser at Stahmann a few days ago. It was a great experience. The biggest mistake was mine - I scheduled the flight to land in San Antonio airport on the wrong day! Luckily Brittney, a full-of- life employee of Stahmann's was willing to hang out in San Antonio for quite a few hours waiting for the actual time my flight landed. She picked me up and drove me to Stahmann's, about 45 minutes away. By the way, there is a Schlotzskys and Cinnabon close by. My motorhome was waiting for me, with the hot water heater turned on, the refrigerator running... all perfect for me to play with and check out everything. Carl (or is it Karl?) gave me a walk through, even thoroughly answering all my questions about the electrical system and how it works. He also topped off all my liquids - gas, water, propane, etc. Even zeroed out the mileage doohicky thingy so I could exactly figure out the number of miles to home. Earl was the money man, he was business like and friendly. Stahmanns definitely has that family owned feeling, with everyone knowing each other for years. In fact, for a little while, you feel adopted to this little family, it was really nice. As an example, my new motorhome did not come with a USB port, so Brittney gave me an old lighter to USB port converter! It was her own personal property, not property of Stahmanns. With this, and Google Maps on my cell I made it home safe and sound.Overall, it was a perfect experience with Stahmann's. I cannot recommend them enough! I got a GREAT deal. (About $7,000. less than the asking price at other places.)Thank you Brittney, Carl and Earl for making my stressful day fabulous!

Unfortunately not so great of an experience, seriously questioning the quality control at the dealership level. We purchased a new 2021 Winnebago Solis 59PX. After pulling into our first campsite in the evening we learned after a long stressful few hours that the L.P gas switch is backwards, seems like something that should have been caught. Additionally the water pump isn t working, every time it s turned on it shorts the water heater and instrument panel. We are currently trying to figure out where the wiring is going bad (appt at another dealer next week). We also live in CO where it gets really cold and we asked the dealer to winterize our unit before leaving and at first they said sure but at the very end said that they didn t put antifreeze down but opened everything up, and we will be fine, even if there s a little water. Sounds very against everything we know about RV ownership but since this was ur first all season campervan we thought maybe it s different? I m starting to think it s because they couldn t get the pump to work and gave us some excuse. I m nervous now to see if the plumbing system will work once we can get the pump going. Anyway, just one big headache and the dealers phone lines are down and they are not responding to email, so I m posting here.

My business partner and I bought a used 2017 (registered as a 2016) Pleasureway Lexor...or so we thought.When we bought the rig, Christie and Karl were great...small town dealership vibe, salet of the earth type of people...until confronted with an issue I revealed 2-days after purchasing this unit when I had to get a replacement part from the manufacturer, I gave them the VIN...and asked if they had any history on this unit...and what came out of his mouth next blew me away.1. This was a unit bought direct from Pleasureway from a rental company in Canada, Canadream.ca, a great rental outfit that seems to have a better operation than the two largest in the US. They buy 100 then 50 then 100 unit buying cycles from Pleasureway...and the units they buy have some differences from a normal Lexor model.2. This unit was sold to us as a unit that was gently used and was driven more than it was slept in and from the looks of it, we agreed and one of the reasons we bought this unit.3. The unit was a rental in a cold climate (this was based in all provinces of canada), driven in snow, pushed up and down the Canadian Rockies and was driven hard by renters.4. The unit was sold to us with the expectation that there was a powertrain warranty left on the van, so we felt good about the purchase...well, we learned that since its a Canadian chassis, when it is registered in the U.S., it is voided. so..we have no powertrain warranty on this unit.5. When confronted, they didn't even know where this unit came from outside of telling me it came from Michigan...they didn't have any historical paperwork from the broker they bought it from in Michigane.6. Christie tried to justify that she talked to the Head of sales for Canadream Rv rental and sales company and that he said the unit was a great unit and I should not have any issues with it...of course he will say that, he sells Canadreams used units direct and to wholesalers in the U.S.7. The manufacturer has been very transparent with me and has given me all info on this unit that tells a different story than what Stahmann told us.8. Christie from Stahmann said she would give us a 20K bumper to Bumper warranty (post sale when I brought this to her and Karl), but I didn't think it was sufficient after really feeling that no matter what our mechanic can see from a test drive and a little digging, is that we don't know if this transmission will fail soon as it has been driven hard and we don't know what this motor will do with a hard 40K miles on it.9. Stahmann RV has gone radio silent when proposed with some initial options for them to take with us...and yet, no answer still.I did not expect this dealer to treat us this way and to sell us something that wasn't really what they sold us. So...at this point, the camper has sat idle for 4 weeks until we get resolution and we will continue to try to contact this dealer.Buyers beware of their used inventory as you should contact the manufacturer of whatever you are buying to check if what you are buying is legit...a simple VIN lookup isn't good enough with this dealer.

We have bought from Stahmann three times - a used Roadtrek, and two new Travatos. Excellent sales experience each time and service is great! We get asked about our Travato all the time and always refer them to Stahmann!

We drove hours to look at Class B RVs. No one was much interested in helping. We walked into the office and were met with strong cigarette smoke and apathy. We were told we were welcome to look at any of the RVs that were on there lot. So we looked all by ourselves. No one was there to answer our questions and when we asked about the price on one if them, we were told that the sales person was on the phone. But no one asked us to sit, wait or anything. Finally, my husband took a few sales brochures and we left.I was just amazed at the lack of interest in a family that obviously was close to a buying decision.
