Great service but took a few days to get my INVOICE from Kelson. Keystone warranty will cover repair if I could supply them an invoice. Kelson knew what he was doing in obtaining a replacement leaf spring and got to us later in the afternoon even with his very busy schedule. I would definitely suggest Kelson if you are in the Seguin, Texas area and need assistance with your RVService: Steering & suspension repair

I did not have work done by Kelson; however, he did spend about 30 to 45 minutes on the phone with me helping me diagnose my problem. Great guy with excellent customer service skills. Very knowledgeable about RVs. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am keeping his information for any repairs I can t handle myself. Thank you Kelson for taking the time to help me out.

Kelson (Owner) is very positive and knowledgeable. Was willing to work late, start early to solve and fix my RV issue. Also very thorough in his diagnosis. All that said I was very impressed. Then I received the bill. Extremely fair and appropriate. I will use him again if available and will recommend to anyone to try and get him to come to your RV's rescue !

Kelson came and did maintenance on our RV acs and made sure we are ready for summer! He had a great price and all of the neighbors in our park have nothing but wonderful things to say. If you need routine maintenance, a repair or just need a second thought.After the freeze we thought our hose connection was broken we called Kelson and he helped us fix it over the phone no charge just straight expertise! Friendly, quick and knowledgeable!

Kelson was very responsive to myquestions and concerns and did the repair in great time. Greatly appreciated his follow up while awaiting parts and scheduling the install. Highly recommend First Choice Mobile RV Service. Communication was easy. Service was great and price was more than fair.They got our AC unit working in 100+ degree temperatures and saved our trip. Can t say enough about this company, definitely use them!

Kelson is amazing! I called and left messages for a few RV repair places (still no call back). Kelson answered on the first call, he was very respectful and listened to my issue with care. He then explained to me what the process would be and what he thought the problem was. He came out the same day and had my heater running in a few hours. He even went above and beyond cleaning the soot from the exterior of the RV after the repairs. I would recommend him over and over again. His number is saved in my phone and will be first call from now on. Thank you Kelson!

Initially great response. He came on a holiday weekend to look at the issue. He was very knowledgeable. Our situation was resolved without his service (not due to anything he did or didn t do). The lack of response over the last week before going another avenue was not to answer. Our situation wasn t going to be a quick or easy fix but answer when asking for update. I would try him again because I don t know the end result because no longer needed his services.

Very well knowledge on what we needed done. We saw a day and night difference on our AC system after Kelson serviced both our AC s. We will be using him on future projects. Called him around 8:30am and he immediately responded saying he could be out in an about hour. Arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Explained the process as he went through it and was happy to answer any questions I had. 5 Stars all around for First Choice/Kelson. I reached out to 3 mobile repair companies early on a recent Saturday morning. I only heard back from 1 and that was First Choice. Not only did Kelson respond quickly, he was able to fit me in that day and get my ac/heat issue resolved. Kelson and his associate were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn t even give a star but had to.. We texted back and forth and he said he would be here first thing this morning!! NO SHOW !! NO RESPONSE!!Am sorry, but I don t see any reason why someone can t respond!!Will, I just got call back!! So am editing post that I did get that!!! (11:22 a. m)

Wow! Made one phone call, got a call back within minutes. Told him our problem, I sent our address and there he was, found our problem and fixed it..in less than an hour. What a super guy. First Choice Mobile RV Service replaced my existing electric camper awning today. The replacement awning is Amazing! Our text Communication was was fast and accurate throughout the planning of this event. The scheduled date of installation and time was adhered to with professional knowledge and expertise. I will not hesitate to ask for their assistance with each and every issue that I experience with my long term camper living choice.

When a business has over 20 reviews and every one of them is rated a 5, then you should be comfortable with using that business, right? Absolutely right... and this is no exception. First Choice RV Repair in Seguin is as good as it gets for on-site RV service. Kelson was out here exactly as scheduled & quickly troubleshot the problem. He showed me which part I needed and together we found it cheapest on Amazon (to save me $$). When the part arrived, he was here the next day to install it and all is like new again... at a totally fair price. But even with as good as that all was, here's the kicker to 5 stars from me: He answered his phone! It was Sunday night, after 8pm, and I fully expected to get voice mail. But he answered... and actually sounded glad to help me... and to help me feel reassured that my RV wasn't going to fry overnight. People just don't do that anymore. To quote a famous film... Kelson responded immediately and was available in a few hours. He fixed my plumbing issue and inspected my entire RV thoroughly. He and his partner found a few other issues and fixed them quickly. The principal at First Choice Mobile RV Service is Kelson. He and his team completed a full rehabilitation of the shower in our RV. I am HIGHLY satisfied with his work and his pricing was fair. I would STRONGLY recommend him to you and I intend to use his services the next time my RV is in need of fixing. Kelson solves problems and is not just a "bolt something in place" type of person. When the job was completed, his work area was spotless. He understands customer care.

First Choice came recommended to me from the prior owner of my 5th wheel. Kelson had completed an inspection & minor repairs prior to purchase. After owning the rv for a month, the 10 yr old original AC decided to stop working - 4 days before leaving the area. I contacted First Choice immediately. Kelson was able to come to the RV park in Canyon Lake and diagnose the problem- compressor died. He was able to work with his parts supplier & obtain a replacement unit within 24 hours. (For much less than I expected). I was quoted (& paid) fair pricing for both labor & parts. Kelson also helped me with a few other minor issues & answered my new to rv ing questions. I highly recommend First Choice and Kelson for on site RV repairs. He is very professional and polite. Even though I m traveling out of the area for the next several months, I will definitely call Kelson to discuss any further issues I may have with the RV.Service: Air conditioning

He did an awesome job. He was honest and gave me a great deal. So glad I found him. I live in a 2007 fifth wheel and sleep better knowing he is just a call away. All my plumbing was lose so he tighten all down and no more leaks! He's the man to call and for sure should be your First Choice!

My wife and self came up to Seguin for mini vacation. After set up RV, AC compressor would not energize. Called Kelson at 7:00 pm, he answered, and we set up an appointment for following day. We reset everything and compressor kicked back on and started cooling. Called Kelson back, told him was working, and asked him if thought needed diagnostics test. He actually told me to go ahead and run with it, enjoy rest of trip. ( was surprised at that statement, I am sure other company's would have told me needs test so can make some easy cash) I highly recommend this company for service.

Absolute life saver! My family and I just began a move where we will have to stay in our new RV for about a month before moving into our new house, and on the very first night, our A/C stopped blowing air, and we discovered the source of a water leak in the shower.We called First Choice, and Kelson was able to get out to us literally right away (on a Sunday no less)! He was very professional and walked me through the issues, the fixes, and even the warranty claim process.Kelson was absolutely amazing, and we highly recommend! They saved me big time. Came out on a Sunday morning and installed a new awning arm. Of course we were lucky they happen to have that part in stock. I am beyond thankful for Kelson! I called him about my ac going out and he came to check it out in a timely manner. He figured out the problem and was able to fix it right away. I have used Kelson s company several times now. He has replaced an a/c, worked on my toilet, and recently did a full roof replacement on my RV. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the problem. He is my go to person. Very impressed with this young man!
