Bought our tractor! If you want a tractor, get a Kubota and get it at the store in Seguin! Easy fast and the service is fantastic! Salesmen are so laid back, it's like going to a feed store where everyone knows you... nice folks

EWALD TRACTOR IN SEGUIN, TX HAS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I m just trying to help a friend with his tractor and in World where it seems helping people is rare, that was not the case when I called Ewald Tractor in Seguin, Texas today. The questions I had pertained to a 20 year old tractor with a faded out data plate. It has a Ewald data sticker with their information so I thought i d give them a try. I spoke with an individual in rental who could not help me and explained they now carry Kubota, but transferred me to his manager to make sure. Although I wasn t able to get what I need, my 5 STAR rating is because they both took the time to listen to what I needed and tried to help even though they had no obligation to do so. Thank you.

Wanted to thank service professional Dillon for his outstanding 50 hour service today on my Kubota tractor!! It was a pleasure to speak with him and he explained everything so thoroughly and even taught me some extra stuff!! Thanks so much to everyone at Ewald-Fredericksburg... you folks are the BEST!!!

Ewald Kubota (Seguin) goes over and beyond what is expected from their customers. From the Sales, Service and Management -I can't express how impressed I am from all parts that make this location so awesome to work with. The sales team makes sure you get what you need, the Service team gets your machine up and running ASAP and the Management team works with you when unfortunate events happen on your construction site.. I will definitely be returning to purchase more equipment in the future.

Wanted to give a big thanks to Will Scull and the team at Ewald Kubota. 5 stars all the way!Will entertained all of my questions and helped me choose a tractor I am really happy with. He helped talk me down from buying a tractor that was going to be too big for my needs, and got me a fair price for my trade in and made the process super seamless. And when I say seamless, I mean I never had to leave my desk to make the transaction signed papers electronically, trade in was picked up and new tractor dropped off.The tractor was delivered on schedule as promised, and this is all at a time when nationwide there are delays being reported with the delivery of Kubota equipment due to high demand.I can't wait to buy my next tractor at Ewald, thanks WIll and team!

I called for sales, was on hold for 12 minutes. Called again and selected operator. Nothing but I did learn a lot from Claude taking the game warden to catch some fish when no one else was catching anything. It s called dynamite. If you want to learn more, call and listen to their recording. Very informative but of no use to me. I just want to buy a dang mower and it s clear to me that no one is doing their job.

Tech Richard came to my property to winterize our BX series Kubota and did a thorough excellent job. He provided insight as to doing some of the maintenance ourselves. Very personable and easy to talk to. I will ask for him in the future.

Johnny has been wonderful as our salesperson. When he delivered the tractor he didn't talk down to me or rush over everything as other male salespeople sometimes do. He simply went over all the levers, buttons, displays, and other important points, and answered my questions. He was friendly and professional. He is still available when I or my husband have questions.Such a positive experience.

If your looking for the best customer service for renting or purchasing equipment, this is the location you want to do business with. What a beautiful facility with great inventory of what you might be looking for when it comes to riding lawn mowers, tractors, skidloaders, utility vehicles or implements. It was worth the extra drive to be treated with such friendly professionalism. This location will be my "go to' when it comes to any future purchases or rental equipment. You get my 5 stars for an excellent experience!

Great experience with Ewald Kubota! Purchased a Z231KH-48 and I couldn't be happier with the product. Randall and Justin provided excellent knowledge and quality service throughout the process. Our experience in Seguin was as positive as you always hope for but rarely see. Will Scull showed us around and got all our paperwork squared away in short order. We were told that it would be 2 weeks before it was ready and 2 weeks later Will promptly showed up with it and has since been in touch to see how our tractor is working out for us.I can't speak highly enough of our experience and Will was a big part of why. Thank you much.

I have GR 2000 Riding lawn mower Is bought $200 worth of parts They would not Refund I did not use the parts The return was within 15 They said my mower was too old I followed refund policy

John and Jim did a fabulous job on finding the right tractor and implements for me. Their knowledge and recommendations were impressive. Very straight forward approach and no bull. Told me what I needed and what I didnt and left it for me to decide. Delivery was spot on and on time. All aces here. Well done gentlemen, Ill be back for sure. Ewald Kubota doesnt disappoint. Thanks again guys. Outstanding work.

Took my Kubota tractor into Ewald for new clutches, $8000 later I was out the door. 11 months and 134 hours later, same exact clutch went out AGAIN, Checked trans & it's 5 gallons low, what? Took back to Ewald for repairs, but oops it's past their 30 day warranty. Talked to GM who said it's my fault for not checking fluid because it cant be their fault for not filling it properly 11 mos ago and it doesnt' leak a drop so where did 5 gallons go? Begged them to split the cost, but he says "We stand behind our work", uhh NOT! I told him I needed to speak to Mr. Ewald & he said he was the final word so I told him I needed to speak to my attorney before I pick it up & then he says because of that statement they are starting the mechanics lien tomorrow & it will be sold before your attorney can stop it. He goes on to tell me they do this ALL THE TIME and the attorneys cannot react fast enough to stop it! Sure, that makes me feel better about you as a company. Anyway, $16000 later I've learned a very valuable lesson which is to stay away from Ewald Kubota which is what the owner of TTC told me to do a long time ago anyway.

They ve been so great to my family every time we go. They are really cool with our kids too and were kind enough to give them each a hat. That s easy advertising for them, but to a parent, those kind of gestures go a long way for customer loyalty. We had some major warranty work done on one of our tractors and they made it such a smooth experience.

Great people, great equipment. Always treat you like someone when you come in. Are having some issues like everyone else on getting things in. Full Service Department, Owner lives in Seguin, they are growing with a lot of locations throughout South Texas. This is my pick.

My buying experience was great with the salesperson Jacob. However that all changed when the 3 link on the tractor didn't work with only 29 hours on the tractor. The tractor was picked up and taken in for repair ( with a 4 year extended warranty that cost a few thousand dollars). I was told by the service department that the issue wouldn't be covered under warranty due to me changing the top link out from a kubota brand top link, which I had never done. The top link was the same top link on the tractor from the date of sale. I was repeatedly told that I was a lying and that I would be paying for the repairs due to changing out the top link. There was no way that they would ever sell this top link and I was a liar. It wasn't until I provided a picture time and date stamped the day the tractor was delivered to my house. This picture was taken minutes after delivery showing the top link that I supposedly changed out on the tractor. Needless to say be prepared to be called a liar if you dispute them trying to force you to pay for something.

Buying equipment here was a terrific experience. I was treated with respect and fairness from the moment I stepped in the door. Monte Portis was my salesman. He was attentive, fair and gave me a great deal. He was incredibly thorough reviewing each piece of equipment and how to operate/maintain them. He has been completely available after the sale to answer any questions or trouble shoot with us. He also checks in periodically to make sure all is well. I purchased a tractor, additional pieces for the tractor and three RTV's, and have been VERY happy with all of them. Quality product. Would (and do) recommend Kubota products. I think Monte deserves a big raise as well!

Went to Ewald to look at new tractor to replace my old one. Lot was pretty bare due to the current economics. Sales person helped me with options and pricing on my choice of tractor. Was helped right away when I entered the building.

My grandfather purchased a tractor. We have never had a problem till now. The tractor is leaking power steering fluid. It was purchased in 2002. My grandfather always kept up with daily care of it. He passed away one yr. ago. I guess the Kubota tractor is missing him.

I moved out to Seguin 4 years ago and at that time bought a Mahindra 3016 package deal from bills tractor. Within 4 years with light use the tractor needed the entire fuel system replaced and through the 4 years had a plethora of other issues. When I would call the parts and service people didn't know their tractors and it showed. I tell you this because after being quoted $5,000 dollars to replace the fuel system and a warranty of a whopping 30 days I decided it was time to part ways with the Mahindra.I called all three of the tractor dealers in Seguin and was very pleased with the service at Ewald. After hours and hours of research I decided to give Kubota our business. Austin Gay made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. Any time I have questions he has gotten the information I need as quickly as possible. I bought the tractor in May of 2017 and minus hitting a stump and bending a shredder blade yesterday I've had absolutely zero issues with the Kubota l4701 we bought. I cannot speak highly enough about Austin and the people I've come into contact with at Ewald.Because of the service I received during my tractor purchase I decided to also purchase a new weed eater there. I had my mind made up on a Sthil weed eater when I arrived, however Austin said I should buy the Echo SRM280t. Again he steered me in the right direction. That weed eater is a monster. It has had no problem cutting through my thick weeds and even some small mesquite. I highly recommend the echo.Today I called to get the information of the shredder blade I bent. The salesman got my the price and specs on it within a few minutes. What impressed me the most about that was when I showed up the gentleman had taken notes and written the part number down. Mind you I didn't tell him I would be coming to pick it up. Excellent customer service!!! Stuff like makes the buying process so much nicer and easier than some of the other places around here.If you're in the market for new equipment please give Ewald a call. All my future business will be conducted with them.

3 weeks ago we bought a mini excavator, also we order a hammer and coupler by that time, one week later we got the hammer...I'm still waiting for the coupler. So frustated and disapointed. No calls or emails from Monty our salesperson to keep us udated with this situation. �Really bad custumer experience!
