I just read one of the reviews, and it was a similar situation to what my boyfriend had gone through with this company. We had gone up there to look at vehicles and found a Chevy Silverado 2012 for $12,500. The down payment was $1500 with a monthly payment of $500. I thought this was already insane to begin with, but they are definitely sweet talkers. After reading another post they were paying $500 monthly for a $17,500 vehicle. So this doesn t make much sense to me. And with these payments the day we left the lot with the truck an oil light automatically popped up. We took it back and they said it was just a sensor issue. After that the light continued to turn on along with the check engine light. The truck had serious knocking sounds when you drove, and the exhaust was leaking. Anytime this was brought up they would say they d fix it but never did, they had also said they d refund the money which also never happened. Along with all of this, they had told my boyfriend he d be getting his tags and plates within one to two weeks after getting the truck. It took almost 2 months of constantly reminding them in order to get these . My boyfriend was more than half way done with his payments, at some point he couldn t pay his $250 payment (he chose to pay $250 every two weeks) he explained he d have the money in a certain amount of time and they acted understanding. A couple days later his truck was toed with no warning. When he went to Seguin to grab his belongings out of the truck, he had asked them not to touch anything inside. They told him they would not touch anything and all they cared about was the truck. But when he got there everything was inside except for his 30 Ott six rifle. He was fixing to leave until he realized he didn t have this. He went inside and asked about it and they had taken it to the back and had not told him. (they were just going to let him leave without his gun.) moral of the story, my opinion of this company is they are extremely unprofessional and seem to be very inexperienced. They do not prioritize customer satisfaction whatsoever, and I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

Today I went to seguin auto group and I put a down payment for a 2011 Honda Accord, Billy and Cody were very helpful and helped me get into a vehicle!!! I love how the car rides and I love how they are able to work with you and payments are up to your standards and not pricey! So I definitely recommend auto group! Go talk to Billy or Cody let them know I sent you!Micaela Harrison

What a great experience. Seriously! Great customer service. Austin was really great to work work with! I love the patience he had while I checked out every car on the lot, zero pressure he just hung out to answer all my questions. This was literally the easiest time I ever had buying anything! At the end of the day I ended up buying a suburban 4x4 and I love it! Because of the great experience my husband and I had with Austin we came back and bought a second vehicle! I highly recommend! 7/5 stars from me.

5 . If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, look no further. I Just paid off my Tahoe and I recommend Auto Group of Seguin. Easy process, great staff, and affordable vehicles. Will definitely be back for vehicle #2.

It's only been a few weeks that I purchased my 2015 Jeep Compass from Auto Group of Seguin. But I was very satisfied with my purchase and overall experience I thought I leave a positive review. From the start I felt very welcome and the team was very helpful on any questions I had or concerns. I knew what vehicle I wanted and was able to test drive it right away, as any used vehicle you want to be sure what your buying and do your own inspections. Vehicles are as is, but felt very comfortable buying here ensuring me that any problems I may have just to contact the them first. After the test drive I was very satisfied and after some quick paper work and down payment I was out the door and in my new ride. Thanks to Chase and the team at Auto Group of Seguin.

Where should I start. I called a few weeks ago and inquired about a Lexus suv it was priced right. I didn t have a day off, when I finally had a day off the vehicle had already been sold. I waited a couple more weeks and found a 2014 F150 ecoboost 1FTFW1ET4EFB09275, they have/had it listed on Autotrader for $17,500.00 . I liked it so much I called and all they required was $4k down and payments would be $500 a month for 2.5-3yrs. So I thought, not bad ! They also had a 2016 f150 and was told there was no financing on that one due to the $24,900.00 price tag. My girlfriend went to San Antonio and made the trip over there to look at the 2014, she said it drove nice and was clean. She left a hold deposit on it. The truck had worn tires, the brakes squeaked a little bit but that could ve been due to the truck was not being used. The hold was good until the 20th of April, I had a day off and drive to Seguin to try and seal the deal. I showed up and test drove the truck and it had a check engine light on, I stopped at the AutoZone down the street and placed a scanner. The scanner picked up two trouble codes, one for a cam position sensor and an oxygen sensor. I drove back and noticed that the 2016 had a down payment on the windshield. Spoke to the manager about the trouble codes and was told they fix the issues but they don t clear the light. I asked if there was a way to transfer to the 2016 and he asked me to speak to Austin on Monday, because he couldn t get him on the phone. I left, I called back Monday. I spoke to Austin and he said he would transfer the funds to the 2016 and said the payments are $500 3-4yrs so I said I would be by and pick up the truck. I went out there today and spoke to Austin in person and he asked me to test drive the truck again to make sure it is what I want. Took a spin and came back and the paperwork was ready. I signed the first sheet, the next sheet mentioned the amount of payment of $500 a month, perfect. Then on the finance charge it was written for 92 months!!! There is no way I am about to pay 7.5yrs on a used vehicle. I tried to negotiate the interest and payment but we were not able to meet in the pull the trigger zone. I walked away, lost my deposit even though the original truck had a check engine light that they are not going to repair. Please read your documents!! I m heartbroken with this, the reviews were the reason why I went there. I think they can help people more if they choose to. I unfortunately I have spent 3 trips and no vehicle and lost my hold deposit.Best regards,

ALWAYS MENTION ONLINE PRICE AND CHECK WHEN SIGNING FORMS. Online prices are cheaper and they will try to get you to sign the form with the in store price even if they know you found it online. I m paying like 2-3000 more than I thought because of this .Not only that, the car I bought had a check engine light and they told me that it was only an omissions code and it was fine however I m having transmission issues and I got it in March... can t go over 15 miles an hour.Just be extra cautious and try to always take to mechanic before you buy.

Fastest deal ever to get my truck! I've been to other Dealerships which took hours just to find out that I couldn't get the vehicle I wanted due to not enough credit or bad credit. Good credit or bad credit have your money for a down payment and drive off with your vehicle today. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with today's outcome. Gave them 3 stars cause lack of communication. I mean $300.00 a month is $300.00. I guess they didn't understand in the 1st place that I'm paying monthly and not every 2 weeks. So kind of upset but they have good vehicles there. Well I change it to a 5 star cause they contacted me to fixed everything and kept their word. So that tells me they are honest people. I would recommend buying a vehicle from these guys. Might buy another one later.

Me and my wife Stephanie Morris went in Thursday May 21st and we were immediately impressed with how quickly they helped us get the vehicle we want and let us test drive it first we got a 2008 Chevy tahoe and we love it. Runs great like a champ AC blows cold and strong and 3 row seating exactly what we were needing for our family. Payment plan is affordable for our budget. Austin was a great help thank you once again auto group of seguin you made this family very happy

Good people. Set me up in a decent car in the same day. But you need to shop around and listen to the car. I took my husband and he nixed quite a few simply because they had fatal problems. But they're upfront and blunt about costs. Start your talk off with down payments and they'll work with you.

Walked in drove out :) been here a good 6 months+ and today I had an issue with my AC not blowing cold on one side and my key not coming out of the ignition.I brought it in at 9 am and they had it back to me before 3 in 100% working condition blowing colder than before. There was a part broken in my gearshift and they fixed/replaced.Everything working like magic! Very grateful to Billy and the crew!

I will never refer anyone to use them. The staff was very rude when I called and asked if they would work with me on getting my payments caught up, due to the situation that happened and I knew nothing about. Then when I asked for my belongings back they sent the wrong form over for me to sign so they could release my stuff to my daughter and when I emailed them back they never responded. After calling and asking I find out they threw away someones belongings. Very unprofessional and rude.

Auto group of Seguin has taken care of us. Billy Rohlmeier is a great salesman and an excellent manager. He has taken care of us and stay one. And has continued to do so since then. I highly recommend them. the quality vehicle I have gotten from them has served me well and has ran very well.

$300 a month on any vehicle on the lot!I send everyone in the market to buy over to Auto Group! There s also no credit checks! They do in house financing. My cousin does have good credit and was able to purchase a vehicle through her bank, and they made her an awesome deal! The sales man can sale water to a whale and steak to a cow! Don t procrastinate any longer GO NOW! ask for the great one... wait I think his name is Tony!

ALL,I HAVE TO SAY IS NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!! I,HAD NOT HAD THE TRUCK NOT EVEN 24 HOURS!! WHEN MY HUSBAND CHECKED IT,THE TRANSMISSION WAS GOING OUT!!!! THE GUY WAS SO RUDE! WHEN I WENT TO TURN IT BACK THE NEXT DAY,HE TOLD ME "CANT GIVE YOU UR MONEY BACK"! DID YOU REALLY THINK YOU'LL COULD JUST KEEP MY MONEY TF!!! IM,SO GLAD AND THANKFUL I PAID WITH MY CARD! BCUZ I STOPPED PAYMENT! BECAUSE IF I HAD PAID WITH CASH,OMG! MY ADVICE TO ANYBODY BUYING A CAR FROM THEM,PAY WITH UR CARD! BCUZ IF YOU SEE SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT,YOU CAN STOP PAYMENT!! I,THANK GOD I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! AND,I HAD TO GIVE THEM A DANG STAR IN ORDER FOR ME TO GIVE MY REVIEW ,WITCH I DIDNT WANT TO BUT OH WILL!!!!!!
