I arrived to a mostly empty auto center. 1 oil change and 1 tire replacement in front of me. I waited in my truck 10-15 min before anyone even approached, but saw 3 or 4 employees walk by and look out at me. Once checked in, was told 30-40 minutes. Sounded fine.I went in,... it has been 1hr 28min. I ask how much longer at about the 45 min mark of my truck being pulled into the bay. Was told about 15 min remaining and they were understaffed. There were actually 6 employees in the auto center. Since I arrived I have seen at least 3 other cars come in and be completed. Here I sit.Truck just pulled out. Been here 1hr 45 min. No one moves with any urgency around here. I gave the 2nd star because sometimes this isn't quite as bad. Customer services was okay and apologetic but I don't want to spend half my day for a 15 min tire repair.

Brought my vehicle in. Because my tire blew up. I was on my way to the hospital to take my son. Nobody vehicle was in the shop at the time and they had 3 employees in the front.I told the guy look I need my tire change. I m in a rush trying to get my son to the hospital. He looked at me like he didn t believe me.. and he told me the tire change will take 45m-1H 2 cars pulled up after my ticket was made.. the guy didn t even touch my car he started looking at the other vehicles and even pulled the truck in the stall with the hood open I use to work in the car industry it does not take 45m-1H for a tire change especially with no one in front sadly I didn t have a spare so I had no choice but to stay.. if I had I choice I would have left. I had to call a ride to get me to the hospital.

Welcoming employee was extremely rude and attempted to make several excuses as to why they would not be able to service my vehicle. She stated that there was a 3 hour wait and that they closed in 2 hours. When I asked what the resolution to this situation was, she stated that they would have to work overtime but their boss had not approved that. I apologized but let her know that I would still be leaving my car for an oil change. After entering the car s information, she stated that it would in fact be completed by 7:00 (closing time), and that the car would be stuck there overnight if I didn t return by 7:00 to pick it up. Within 20 minutes of leaving the vehicle, I received a call from the automotive center, and was told by a different employee that they wouldn t be able to complete the oil change on my car due to their printer jamming. Due to the jam, they couldn t print a bill to charge me for the service. When I asked if I could pay at the front/customer service area of the store, he stated that was not an option and I would need to pick my car up - without the oil change completed. I would highly recommend not using this automotive center.Service: Oil change

They broke a wheel stud after making me wait 6 hours for my truck. I spoke with the manager twice about covering the damage, he denied it and said it was cracked already although he wasn t at the shop when it happened, he was on his lunch break, the employees told me this after showing me what had happened. The manager claimed it was cracked already but the stud wasn t even rusted inside (I work with steel; welder). I should ve paid attention to the previous customer who was bringing to their attention about him missing a lug nut. This tire shop shows lack of SAFETY to its customer s vehicles.

Horrible. Pay for their top tier oil change and get low grade service. It literally says they checked my tires pressure and inflated them all to 40lbs. This pic is literally pulling away in the parking lot. I knew to check just based on the attendants poor attitude. He was so unprofessional and rude. Won't he going back here again.

First time went there for battery told them what was looking for no clue what what was talking about & this time today was looking for a part that open my suicide door even showed them still no clue. If you want an expect don't go to Wal-Mart... Updat went get oil change was great

I was reluctant to use the oil change service but my car was long overdue and I couldn't make it to the dealership. The staff did not overwhelm me with a bunch of stupid pleasantries. The service tech asked my name, looked at my car and said it would be next. The cashier brought my ticket when the car was done told me the cost and said have a good day.It took about thirty minutes and I was done. Most happiest of customers.

Mikaela or however you spell her name was so rude. Everyone else was TOP TIER but her attitude is ridiculous. I asked her to look up to see if she could see if we had a warranty on our tires and she was like can't find it but literally asked someone else and they found it in 2 seconds. She was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing like if you hate your job just quit.

Jason was the attendant who helped us. He stayed late to work through our tire problem and was able to help us out. Great people! The tire is good and it was a decent price too.

Couldn't follow simple simple instructions at all and had an attitude the whole time. I get that it's Saturday and no one wants to be at work but they're not the only ones working on a Saturday. Never got a call saying truck was done. Why ask for my number?? 3 hours to unscrew drainplug & filter, empty oil, put new filter on, install drain plug and fill it. Last time going to that dump

Had a great experience had two tires with nails patched both for $20. Very fair and done in 30 minutes (I came rolling in at 7am). I will need new tires soon and will purchase from here for sure. I usually don t go to Walmart for these services but am pleased I ran out of air here.

My wife went in there to get a tire sensor replacement and they didn't tell her that it was going to be a 5hour wait to have the tires sensor replacement

They charged me for services that I didn't ask for. I told them that I didn't need tire balance, I didn't need valve stems. They charged me anyway, saying "but it needs to be balanced", refusing to reverse the unwanted charges. Places like this make their money by performing unneeded services.

They patched my tire with no hassles after the Walmart on Cibolo Valley road told me they wouldn t even look at it because the tread was too low. I had 30K miles on a 90K tread warranty tire. Thanks for honoring Walmart s road hazard warranty and fixing my tire quickly!

Horrible service in Tire and Lube. Been here two hours for oil change and tire rotation and balance. Truck sat in same spot for a hour until i asked. 3 workers took lunch at same time. Manager finally put only teo remaining workers on my truck. Ridiculous customer service.

Jason, a veteran, was awesome. They could not service our "run-flat" tires, but he aaked is to pull in to vheck all our tires. We were under, so he inflated to vehicles' recommendation. Thanks. Jas9n!

Cheap fix for tire patch! The only issue is it did take awhile to get seen because of how many other customers were there. All in all, it was relatively easy and the technician was informative and very friendly.

They didn't tighten a lug nut and it broke. Walmart would not own it. Had to pay out of pocket. In the past they've forgotten to tighten the oil filter, replace a air dam. I would not trust my cars at this location.

I was there for 1 hour 50 minutes getting 1 tire and an oil change. There was only one person in front of me for the tire so they did the oil change first. So as more arrived they pushed my back in the tire que it was an hour and 20 minutes till my tire for started. They have no priority list.

A man named Mike in Schertz, Tx.in the automotive department helped me with my wife's vans batteries cables and fixed with true friendly attitude was awesome. Good job a d God bless
