Traveling north on 35E, this morning, going to work, I heard a horrible noise coming from my car, traveling at 75 mph. Exited safely to the service road, and called Randy's Towing. Very polite and courteous was the voice on the phone, with deep concern, she asked if I was involved in an accident, told her no, just had a flat and needed a tow. She offered for a driver, Trey, an outstanding and VERY courteous person came to tow me to their auto repair lot. When we got there, Trey put my spare on and I was on my way. Had he not been able to change my tire, Crystal offered to give me a ride to work. Complete satisfaction and pure joy at their customer service! HUGE thank you for all your help this morning. Would definitely call them again and I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Car towing

Randy and his wife very nice people! And the two gentlemen that towed our shed & smoker VERY professional, super helpful and friendly! Will recommend using them for all your service needs!

We were stopped on the side of the road listening to music as we typically do when we have kid free time. A wonderful driver named Johnny stopped and checked on us to make sure we were not broke down. He offered to give us the Sanger prices as we are a local residents. It was greatly appreciated, had we actually been broke down we would have definitely of had apprecaited the service offered. If someone is broke down I would definitely recommend Randy's towing and recovery as this gentelmen was extremely polite and genuinely went out of his way to make sure we that we were not broke down!!!I definitely recommend support local business!!

Got stranded on Thursday randy towing stated they charge 100 to tow me to the shop got to the shop no mechanic no space cars everywhere told me they will take me anywhere iwant for100 dollars drop me off at the parking lot of O'Reilly said 140 to drop the van which I was never told about now paid 240 for nothing today is Sun im still here stranded they mightiest sell had a gun & mask cause they robbed me

Our tire jack to our car didn t work. We called and was quoted on the spot and was told 20 minutes to 30 minutes which was fine. The technician called us to check in and told us would arrive in 15 minutes. He arrived shortly after the call. Had the equipment for a mid size SUV that the car did not come with. Very friendly and professional. The price was the same as quoted. Amazing service. Would highly recommend especially since our incident was at 4am.

Broke down nearby this place on the highway on a weekend...called because they were one of the nearby options and the dispatch person who answered was very unhelpful and rude, even after informing them that we were not from the area and weren't familiar with our options. You all could use better customer service.I'm adding this after the below reply from the business...all the more reason to avoid them when they have to take these lengths to prove they provided quality service (check out any other negative reviews). Apparently, they enjoy telling their customers how their customers felt. Wait for the next reply...

Great service! Got our car stuck on a curb and was difficult to get out. The driver came out super knowledgeable and very friendly. He described what he needed to do first and then we were able to get car out no issues. Highly recommend

Got it in a wreck with an uninsured motorist and my uninsured motorist insurance did not cover my boat trailer. So i had to pay out of pocket for the tow service. Randy's charged me $463.00 to tow my truck less than 15 miles. I called and explained this to company but their response was that $463 was a fair price for 15 miles.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

I was pleasantly surprised when everyone that I talked to at Randy s Towing was so polite and courteous.Johnny the driver was pleasant to talk to and explained to me how the towing would work.He got to my house earlier than I was told and they charged me a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend this company.

After being involved in a wreck 2.5 hrs from home my vehicle needed to be towed.. Randy & Brandon were both very professional, kind, and informative. Brandon towed my vehicle from Dallas, TX to Oklahoma city providing me a ride back home as well. He was very friendly and good conversationalist. Thank you for all the help!

Called one local company in Denton first and they were unhelpful and unresponsive. Randy's on the other hand was to my location in timely manner. The driver was friendly, patience and helpful. Great experience! Thank you!

The company I contacted asking for help was terrible! Very rude and unprofessional.. But they sent you guys and Brandon on the other hand was awesome! Called me when he went to pick the car up and when he was about to get to the drop off place so I could go and meet him. Very professional and nice guy.

called this place at 6:30 PM yesterday, and was told 'it's kind of late in the day'.HUH. I will let my car know not to have any problems after 6 PM. - and guess the 'open 24 hours' means OPEN, BUT NOT WORKING. so call'em all you want, they couldn't care less.

Paid 400 dollars for being stuck in a muddy place which they told me it would only take 1 truck to take me out. First truck didn t have enough straps so a second one had to be called just to drop off straps which ended being the truck to take me out. The price that had being giving to me was 175 to take me out where they come up with a number of 400 dollars to strap me up and only use one truck to pull me out. Will be filing a dispute or taking any kind of action on this.

My wife got in a wreck and used some app to find a wrecker in that area, so she called Randys towing because it showed there was a truck in the area. He did show up quick, but completely took advantage of the fact she was a woman. Charged 120 for a local tow, when I called another local tow company they said it would be 85. Don't use them unless you want to be taken advantage of....

Trying to recover my brothers truck even though I am the registered owner. Lady is very rude and unhelpful because I don't know all the information, as in exactly when it was towed, because we have been estranged and he is currently facing prison time.

Randy's service provider came promptly and towed us out of a very dangerous place on the shoulder of I35. Randy was then gracious enough to allow us to remain in his waiting room for several hours until our Roadside Assistance provider towed us from Sanger to Grapevine, TX.
