Our family was in town for our daughter's Basic Training Graduation at Lackland AFB. We are from Arkansas and our car started overheating while idling. MR Lopez agreed to check out our car with short notice and was able to find a mistake another mechanic made and fix it. Keeping our family safe and insuring our car was operating the way it should. Thank you so much we can drive home without worries of our car breaking down!

I took my car in to Lopez Auto and had about $500 dollars work on it for oil change, back break job. I got it back with the whole front suspension system broken. They told me they don't know how that happen and that they did not break it. I took to them without any problems before with any sort of suspension issues. They said that had a point but it a mystery how that happen. They did say that they drove it around but that nothing had happen? Then told me that, I could just take my car to another shop! I will NEVER go back to this auto shop! I share this because I would hate for this to happen to someone else!

Mr. Lopez and his brother were extremely courteous and honest. I truly appreciate how they covered everything that was wrong and charged me a super reasonable price for their service. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I hate going where I feel like they are taking advantage of how I don t know anything about cars they made me feel taken care of and sent me home with a clean bill of health, without charging me a thing, assuring me that there wasn t even any routine maintenance needed. Never had a mechanic feel so altruistic before. Will ONLY be coming here from now on! Thank you!!!!

My wife broke down there 3 weeks ago . The owner Joe Lopez . Came out to help she keep talking about me her husband . He told her that if I cared I would be there. He has. Since called and ask for dates. And went to apt. He offered and fixed her car for free .?? He took advantage of her. Bought her drinks.dont ever go there.

Roy Lopez and his technicians took care of a 4WD problem on my old Suburban, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. This was my first time here, but certainly will not be my last.

Absolutely amazing! I broke down on the highway. I was able to make it to Lopez Automotive and in 20 min they had be back on the road. They were life savers.
