TL:DR version: Excellent mechanics, excellent customer service. There s a reason Goose Euro has 500+ reviews and is still maintains 4.5 star ranking. They are spectacular.The whole saga: Our check engine light came on during a cross country roundtrip (San Francisco to New York!) In Tucson the mechanic was great, said the codes were random and reset the light telling us if it happened again we should have it checked out more thoroughly.It happened again.There is something particularly nerve wrecking about staring at that light knowing we have more than 5,000 miles of driving ahead of us.I found Goose through Google and called a few hours ahead and Robert, the manager, immediately put me at ease. He just has that voice of calm and assured me they could diagnose the issue. We pulled into Goose in the afternoon and took their free shuttle to a hotel.That evening Robert called and explained the issue, also saying it would not affect driving at all and encouraging us to go ahead with our trip rather than wait around for a few days while the repair (diesel exhaust reader) was performed.Then he says no charge for the diagnostic since they weren t going to be doing the work and then he says we can leave the van overnight at the shop, no problem.So they take the van with no appointment, give us a free ride across town, diagnose the issue, store the van and then don t charge us. Faith in humanity restored. It was such an amazing experience it makes me want to move to San Antonio.Thank you Robert and to the entire Goose crew. You re all amazing. And if there s someone reading this who needs work done on their auto, head to Goose. (They also have a shop for non-European made cars.)We are happily on our way.

It is difficult to find someone who will even work on the older Jaguars. Goose Euro does. It took longer than expected, however it was done right. I prefer it that way. My only issue was that the car should have been washed before I picked it up.

Robert, Maritza and all the staff technician's have all been great at Goose Euro. We recently took our Mercedes in for service and they quickly prepared a diagnostic report with photos of their findings and quoted price for repairs. They are great with communicating with us and very attentive. We ve also taken other vehicles and received the same attention and excellent customer service every time. Even as far as delivering the car to my daughter s place of employment. Highly recommend this establishment and thank them for their outstanding service!!

I had never previously been here before, I had always gone to BMW of SA for service. I had stopped in Goose Euro and met Robert. He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My coolelant light had come on, and he topped it off right away, free of charge. I was in the middle of moving and had a busy schedule, so his promptness without even asking was and is extremely appreciated. He assured me that he has a certified BMW technician and the latest scanning equipment. He also said they accept all major extended warranty providers. I'll definitely be back! Thanks, Robert!

They are very friendly and I can't speak to their work, for all I had done was a tune. But I for sure will not rush back there at 200 dallors an hour I will take my car else where. I will even drive 2 hours to another shop and it will be cheaper! Other than cost, I would say they seem very knowledgeable. I had no other issue with them.Cost is the reason they get 3 stars

Very friendly staff. Flexible time windows when scheduling pick up and drop off and efficient service. My vehicle had routine brakes service done and is running great so far. Also a fan of the point inspection to highlight potential future issue.

I've serviced several cars with Goose over the years. They have great team and will take care of you. Highly recommend. Ive serviced a BMW M5, Toyota Minivan, and everything in between. Fair prices.

Found this place online and called to make an appointment. The person that answered the phone was very informative and helpful. When I showed up the next morning to drop my car off the manager greeted us and assured me that they would get my car taken care of. Marissa took care of my car during the visit and kept me informed every step of the way. If you re looking for a professional place to care for your car this is it.

I want to say a big thanks to David who was awesome. He was able to tell that my wiper blade was just loose and just required tightening and saved me a $189 Diagnostic fee. I've always received superior service and these guys never charge me for anything I don't really need.

Beware!!! This place will gouge you for thousands of dollars without ever rectifying your actual problem. Their expertise is shoddy to say the least and they will hang onto your vehicle, for even simple repairs, for weeks upon weeks at a time. Even if you re going in for a simple oil change, you will come out with multiple issues and many hundreds to thousands of dollars lost. They are also not beneath taking items in your car which is just beyond low, but they barely have any integrity whatsoever and will take every last penny you have. Companies like this should not be allowed to do business and are parasites on the poor average consumer sucking them completely dry of money while never delivering an intact vehicle. Take your chances here and you might be out your rent, mortgage, car and everything else that s highly valuable.

Goose Euro was amazing. They worked on our Mini Cooper and found the problem and got the problem diagnosed and fixed within 2 days which is fantastic service! They also helped with other things when they did not have to. Jaime was an amazing tech and we will go back to them for all our service needs from here on out.

Friendly and affordable service with smiling faces, despite it s late afternoon.This is a reputable service center for all European cars. Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Land Rover, Range Rover, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Saab, Fiat, Austin Martin, Alfa Romeo,Frank is my guy here. He s a cool man with a lot of experience in the field.Gustavo is the man who established this shop in 2008 after his extensive experience in Audi service.And they re in the process of expanding into Asian and domestic cars.I highly recommend this place for your cars.

Tony Communicated the entire repair process and provided me with timely notice of any changes that occurred once parts were orders. It was a very smooth process dropped off my vehicle was provided with a courtesy Uber drive to work. No chaos or delays like I experience at the dealership. Vehicle was ready within a few hours. I would recommend Goose Euro to other Mini vehicle owners. Great Job to the entire team at Goose!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment

Pay Close Attention to the Negative Reviews!They Represent an Accurate Description of The Unprofessional Service You Will Receive Here.From Shady Sales to Shoddy Mechanics.Nobody at Goose is a Specialist of Anything.Just Fake Customer Service, Sales, and Mechanics that can t even Fill up Brake Fluid after replacing a Booster.Incompetent?YES Absolutely!They made our Problems Worse! Received Vehicle with Check Engine Light that was not on Before.Power Steering Problems that Didn t Exist.The Vehicle even passed the Diagnostic we Paid For but we received Our Vehicle back with All New Problems.Then Shady So called Sales Manager starts getting Crazy because he Corrected his mistake to redo their work.That s your Problem not Mine. And still didn t connect electrical and Vacuum Lines..So Disappointed.Never Seen anything like this from a Shop claiming to Be Something that THEY ARE NOT!Need to Fire Everyone and Hire All New Staff.Or Just Close This So Called Imposter Shop Down! Was having trouble with my vehicle losing losing power and acceleration, and couldn t pinpoint a cause of failure. Marissa and Robert helped me throughout the process providing great communication and the technicians did a great job on my repair. I m driving now with no issues.

While on a road trip for a car show event in Houston, my 1985 Toyota Celica GT-S started making a rattling noise. Marissa was super helpful and asked Travis to come take a listen. His first thought was water pump/ bearings failure based on the noise and some vibration in the fan, and the deeper evaluation in the shop proved him right.They were able to fix it within a day so that i was able to make it on time for the start of the 5 day event.They also had someone to drop me off where i was staying and pick me up when the car was ready.Huge thank you to Marissa, Travis, the runner, and the rest of the crew at Goose!

Angel G was my Tech during my cars stay here, and let me tell you he sure did live up to his namesake. I own a 2008 SAAB turbo V6 and the head gasket catastrophically failed on me. I scrambled to find a place to do an engine install for me and Goose was the only place that heard me out and was willing to take on the task. These cars are not easy to work on, on top of this being an extra hard engine bay to work in. In what I feel was a reasonable enough time frame, I got my car back with a near brand new engine that Frank was able to locate for me. I know personally how much of a headache these cars can be and I never got one excuse or complaint or even an inkling that they weren't confident! Angel went above and beyond for me, and Goose Auto as a whole looked out for me as a customer. I highly recommend Goose Auto, Frank, and my man Angel for being so patient with me and my car. I LOVE my SAAB. I'm ecstatic to have her on the road again.

The best automotive experience I've had. Frank and Samuel got my truck running like new again. Very professional and patient with me. They took extra measures to make sure my classic 1970 Chevy truck was always safe and kept inside the building. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any automotive work done on their vehicle. Thank-You Frank and Samuel for everything you did for me and my truck !!!!

On a road trip and far from home, needed some work done; Marissa was able to get my car in that same morning AND get the parts needed for my 91 Volvo 245 wagon; which was the biggest surprise.Goose Euro got me back on the road in a couple of hours. Very grateful to them. Thank you.

Went in for a simple brake fluid flush and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient this shop runs. Same day appointment and out of the shop within 2 hours. Also noticed my windshield washer fluid was refilled without me having to ask which lets me know the staff really cares about the little things. The service advisor at the front desk also advised me about a possible control arm issue which should be addressed the next time I bring my car. Overall, I m very pleased with my visit and will bring my BMW to Goose Automotive from here on out.Service: Brake service & repair

I always come here to get my oil change. The customer service here rocks and they are very quick. This business definitely has all my future needs for my BMW. Leo is very kind and courteous. Customer service is good but quality of work for my bmw not so good. Paid almost the same amount the dealer charges for brakes and rotors and my brakes have made an annoying noise since I got my car back( my car has never made any sounds) . I ve been in the automotive business and the Volkswagen scene for a little over twenty years now and I have to say this place is the real deal. I came in due to them being a Unitronic distributor but I m happy I did. It s hard to find a place to work on European cars that know what they re doing but after talking with them and seeing their shop this is my go to place. Thank you again for the excellent service my car is running better than ever.
