Absolutely incredible customer service. I didn t think there were any honest repair shops -I WAS WRONG! Widowmakers is honest! I have a relief knowing when an issue arises that I can fully trust Widowmakers to get me rolling again. Thank you so much! I ll be a repeat customer for life.

This place is phenomenal. I found myself in a bad emergency situation 6 hours from home and literally every person at Widowmakers went way above and beyond to help me. This review will never do justice for the level of great business that they do here, but I will be back and I hope anyone reading this also goes to see them. A+ service, business, and people all around. Thank you all.

Just can't say enough of how great is this business. Competent and reasonable in their work, but more importantly is the genuine respect and care for their customers. Family owned and operated, they are a star for San Angelo. I highly recommend them--more than five stars. They repaired our big motorhome on several occasions so I can confidently recommend them!

I have to say, one of the best mechanic shops I ve ever been to. My wife and I were traveling through when the AC compressor seized and broke the belt. They went way out of their way to track down parts. Several of the parts would have taken an extended time to get. They were able to figure out a work around and get us back on the road for our vacation.They were extremely friendly and spent a lot of time to get us back on the road. The only downside is that I won t be able to use them as my regular shop as we live in Colorado. I will definitely keep them in mind when traveling through the area in the future.

Took my Semi to another business to be worked on we was treated rude ,misdiagnosed what was wrong with my truck. Charged me way over what it should have been for their time. We googled a great place called the WidowMakers in San Angelo, and Kenny The owner and Tim one of his workers spent time and treated us great! They worked until they came up with the solution that was wrong with my Semi.My wife and I are greatly appreciated for a Diesel Shop that treats their customers so well. Thank y'all and God Bless...

I came all the way from Midland to have WidowMakers LLC work on my truck, and would do it again if necessary! Great service, excellent work, and a fair price! Can't ask for more!

Always done fast, done right, and does it at a fair price. They have got me out of a bind multiple times. The only diesel mechanic I'll ever use in West Texas. Friendly staff, great service!!

What can I say other than read the other reviews and that I have had the most pleasant time when I had to have my car repaired and they know who I am when I walk through the door. You will NOT get a more pleasant welcome at any other place like this.

Great staff, very honest about the time it would take to fix our Dodge . Accomadated my husband with a vehicle so he could get to work . Would definitely go back if need be .
