Excellent service!!! I had lots of questions and they were very patient with me and answered all of them. 10/10. Excellent staff THAT ACTUALLY CARE about the customer!I was so pleased by their attentiveness, care, and professionalism that I bought them breakfast!Bob is the man with the plan!

Edited: No attempts have been made to contact Shannon. I do not show where anyone called.So many bad things about this place I don't know where to start. Ordered several items and was told several times all items were in and ready to be installed. First trip the only thing they could install was the replacement bumper and ranch hand. Which took about 7 hours. Couldn't find the tool box we ordered. Few days later called and talked to the manager and she said the tool box was in the back and she verified it was there. Second trip to have tool box and hitch installed on one vehicle and bed cover and cargo manager on another one turned out horrible! Took 6 hours to install the hitch and that was even done incorrectly. They miss-measured and now there is a gap between the hitch and bed liner. Tool box was installed fine. Then get told they do not have all the stuff to install the bed cover and cargo manager. Extremely unprofessional. Will not do business with again.Service: Installation

Called twice, about 2 weeks apart to get an estimate for a 6 inch lift. Left my name and phone number and never got a call back. I have done business with them in the past and yes they did awesome work.Hate to take my business else where. I guess it is what it is!

While traveling from Odessa to Killeen a truck passed us throwing rock/gravel. Resulting in 2 large rock chips and a few surface marks on my windshield. I made a few calls to San Angelo glass places and Kelsey from Three Rivers was extremely nice saying come on in and they would take care of my situation as soon as i got there with no waiting. Thank you Kelsey and the staff who helped me continue my trip without the stress of a cracking windshield.

You will not find better sales and service for auto accessories anywhere in town. I appreciate, greatly, the respectful and courteous service with a smile at the best price in town.
