Just want to give a big shout out to Mark for helping us get in a car we went there everybody was friendly was not ignored but taken care of right away thanks to the in-house financing we drove away in our new car the lobby is nice and cool coffee was available and there restroom was clean looking forward to doing more business in the future

We just got our 2018 Silverado from these guys and we couldn t be happier. Mark, the owner; very nice guy, Terry, our salesman; really cool and helpful, and Yasmin, the finance manager; did an amazing job and worked her magic to get us in our vehicle. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for your next vehicle. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience buying a vehicle....ever!!!Deceptive website, deceptive salesman, and a owner who couldn't give a flying flip.Sold me a dangerous vehicle without disclosing any of the issues that the vehicle had at the time of purchase even when directly asked.I was assured that there's nothing wrong with it and it runs fine. Within the first week it was in and out of their shop. In 2 weeks I had the car for a total of 3 days and every day I had it there was another issue with the vehicle, his attitude was very much you purchased it, your problem.The only reason the situation was resolved is because someone else was watching the lot while he (owner)was in Las Vegas. The person who was running a lot did the right thing, and told me, good thing he was there because the owner, would most likely have just told me to get the f@$& off his lot.In the end, this gentleman said it would be easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission, and put me in a newer vehicle that actually runs right. So he did the right thing when the other person wouldn't and he's not even associated with this lot so I cannot give them the credit for it. That gentleman was amazing. I appreciate everything he did for me. As far as the owner...... Read some other reviews, and then make your own decision. I would suggest sorting by the lowest star number. I would also suggest making sure you stay far away from this lot.

This place is the place to go when your looking for a vehicle. They care about the customer and want to get you a great deal. They got me out of my truck and into one that I like a lot better. Please check these guys out you won't be disappointed. Thank yall for working with me and hooking me up.

Texas Truck World was awsome. Amazing friendly environment. I would highly recommend for people to go get a car from here. My sister got a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee limited. Super nice. Not an issue with it. And they have hundreds of cars. You will definately find what you re looking for.

i just purchased a car from Texas truck world and it needed new breaks and wipers, i brought it to marks attention and he told me to go and take it to the shop so they can take care of it. i dealt with Stacie and cat. both were pleasant.

Texas Truck World is a Horrible, dishonest, grimy place to buy a car, we purchase our car November 2022, the horn didn't work, they said the would write us a promise to fix the horn, Everytime for a year and some months, we took the car so they could honor their promise. Never never did they fix it or the other issues . Now as of last week, still no honoring their signed promise to fix. We walk in get ignored, the car is over priced and sitting still, we cannot drive it safely.They have no moral ethics.

This dealership was amazing. The staff was amazing. my sales person I think his name was Mark was fantastic. real respectable guy. not only that but the car they had for had a service engine light when i test drove it. The day i went to pick it up they worked on it and solved the problem. Big thumbs up to this company. thank you again for the 370z-Coke Wright

Don't buy a vehicle from these guys. They will sell you and your 8 month pregnant wife a vehicle with a bad transmission and then mark will scream in your face and try to intimidate you when you go in there and try to get a refund. Please save your money and stay away from these guys. Worst car buying experience of my life.

Waited almost an hour for a vehicle and they turned around and sold it to people just walking in. Didn t run credit ask for down payment nothing . It was supposed to be son s 16 birthday present. GREAT WAY TO RUIN HIS SPECIAL DAY

Dam I wuz forced to put a star just to make this post, but if it were up to me I wudnt have gave them not even one. It wuz a big mistake bringing my business to this place. That s all false advertising they do to get ur attention and like a bug to light they got u. I didn t even have the ride I got from there for 2 months and now I don t have it at all. They screwed me over so bad not even the warranty wud cover anything. This place is bad business. Man I have so much to say, but I m going to keep it as simple as possible with wut I have mentioned. Trash is all I gotta say From Shell and Uno in the photo

I went in and talked them about s car was told how much and I would be back with my husband to sign the paper in 2 days I tired to call for 2 days to set up a time to come in never answered the phone went in had to wait 3 hours and was told a different price I said well when I talked to both of u I was told the price on a down payment now u change it and get rude about it will never go back or tell anyone to go there

Shady, not real with customers and didn't care to work with you if life happens. I gotton sick and was out of work for a month and wanted to make arrangements to get caught back up. Was told to take car so they can check fluids that weekend and they turned around and left my family stranded with no vehicle that night and Christmas around corner, after Mark said he wouldnt do that and he would work with me. Not good buisness and idk how they do things but I got a ticket cuz they sold me a vehicle with broken windshield and it wasn't even registered to there company so cop thought it was stolen. Bad buisness don't recommend. I had changed all my fluids myself and they sold me bald tires and battery died that week and had to get another one but I know that maintenance comes with owning a vehicle and as is vehicle at that. The way they do things is not right and they are liars and will turn around and stab u in back after I was told he wouldn't do that.
