The service here is really great and professional! They were fast at getting our car fixed, and were really great at working with us on the price. We also appreciated the kindness they showed while in person and even over the phone. Thank you to everyone there at Texas Lone Star Collision!

I needed a repair job a week before Christmas, when everyone else is either not accepting new jobs or are charging an arm and a leg. Not only did Lonestar repair my fender for a fair price, I honestly could not tell it had been dented in the first place. Service was first-rate, the personnel were all extremely friendly; I can't recommend Lonestar highly enough.

The team at Lone Star Collision did an awesome job on a brand new paint job on my camaro. I must say of all of the collision shops I ve dealt with in Angelo in the past, hands down best work in West Texas. Very pleased with the work. Highly recommend. My camaro looks brand new! Fast and excellent customer service. They provided me with an update every time I called to follow-up. When the wrong part came in they immediately ordered another and dealt with insurance themselves to get the car repaired on time. Took my vehicle here after a rear end collision. The repair work was done quickly and precisely with the exception of one issue; one of my backup sensors came loose several months after the repair. I was worried I d have to haggle over getting this fixed. Not so! The manager apologized, quickly got my vehicle in, fixed the issue, and even offered to pick up breakfast for me while I waited. Fantastic customer service and I really appreciated them taking the time to get it done right.

Texas Lonestar went all out I was sick and they brought me my car to me. Also they found previous damage that other collision place didn t do a good job of and mentioned that to me. But all in all this is the place to go. Thank you for your service

Had to give my vehicle back to them 3 times. They put it back together wrong and still has hail dents...plus they dinged up the panels that they removed. To this day my panels are not lined up correctly.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Texas Lone Star Collision is the best body shop in San Angelo in my opinion. I have had work done with two other companies and there is no comparison. Professional, courteous, timely, quality workmanship, exceptional service, and attention to detail. Texas Lonestar Collision took great care of both me and my new Dodge Ram Laramie. I was one of many who experienced massive hail damage- and normally would have used Buskers for repairs, as I have done in the past. However, upon hearing how long it would take to be seen by them and receiving some positive reviews from people I know regarding the level of service and quality at Texas Lonestar Collision, I decided to check them out. I was immediately assisted by one of the men working in the back and pointed in the right direction. I then met Gary, who took walked me through the process and was very attentive to my needs. I knew I was in the right place. Gary went above and beyond keeping me updated in regards to the progress of my truck. The office staff were courteous and helpful anytime I called in/needed help. I picked up my truck today, and it looks better then when I dropped it off!!! Super super pleased! I am now using them to repair my husband s truck. We discovered a small local business who understands quality service and exceptional customer care!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Finding honesty in the auto business is a rarity these days. These folks only do the work that is needed, articulate it well, and are priced fairly. Ricky and the team are top notch! Mario and his team were COMPLETE LIFE SAVERS. A few MONTHS after Lone Star fixed up my car from an accident, I took my car to get a Uhaul hitch and Uhaul informed me there was damage on my muffler from a previous accident. I took my car to Lone Star to see if they knew anything about it and after going over photos of the damages, they fully admitted to the mistake and made sure to help me out right away!!! It was so easy and thorough and I had no problems! Absolutely perfect customer service and great communication skills from Mario s family in the office!

I am very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Texas Lone Star Collision. Gary took care of everything for me, he was great start to finish.He went above and beyond my high expectations. Every person that works there was SUPER friendly and helpful. I was sent updates every step of the way. They were fast but didn't cut corners. THEY DID IT RIGHT. I would highly recommend them and nobody else will work on any of my vehicles.

Overall great customer service. The owners and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I was involved in an accident hours away from home and they made the repair process easy and made me feel like I was in good hands. They kept me updated at all times and even delivered my vehicle halfway. God bless them and their business. I definitely recommend.

These guys were excellent! Couldn t have asked for better service. The quality of workmanship and the customer service were far beyond what you normally get out of just your regular body shop these days. The wife and I were very happy, especially with how they handled every detail with the insurance people. All I did was drop off my car, filled out a sheet saying I was dropping the car off, and picked up the car when it was done. Literally that s all we did. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was searching for a repair shop for my truck after hitting a dear. I asked around and I did my own research. Finally after searching I came across a commercial that caught my eye. The owner and his staff seemed very nice and place looked very clean & reviews were very good. I decided to call. I talked to the owner immediately i felt the welcoming and new this was the place for me. He then transferred me to Gary & we started the ball rolling. The entire company is extremely helpful, accommodating, professional.Their work is the finest in San Angelo. I'm very thankful I took my pickup to them due to hail damage. Their paint shop and employees are outstanding. Dealing with Gary was a blessing. He's a fantastic asset to their company. The owners and office personnel are amazing.God bless this company.

I brought my car here to get a new front bumper and I was on a tight budget. The people at Lone Star collision were absolutely amazing. They worked with me on the price and payment plan. They even gave me a ride back home and vacuumed and washed my car for free. They're friendly, knowledgeable, courteous people and they will do everything they can to give you the best service possible.

My car was damaged in a hail storm, shattered windshield and hail damage on most of the vehicle. Not being from San Angelo I didn't know who to take my car to, but after checking reviews on a few shops I settled on Texas Lonestar Collision after seeing their outstanding reviews. I. Was. Not. Disappointed!!From the first phone call until I picked up my car everyone was amazing, they even worked with me on my deductible!! My car looks great and it didn't take a crazy amount of time for the repairs. I could not have asked for a better experience. No question about it, I know who I would recommend.

People were very friendly, but my car was there longer then expected, nobody ever called to update me.When I received my car back , the door interior was not put in properly, so my door handle was out of place. Husband had to take off , put back on.We recently had to take off the bumper of my car to fix my fan.. and we see that the body shop did not car to take off any extra zip ties/tape that was not needed. (Maybe parts already came with)Owner was very friendly, great people.

I don t normally right reviews. This is exception. Texas Lone star went above and beyond. The customer service from owner and every body else that works there is top notch. They treat you like family. There shop and and office are very nice and clean. The helped me get my moms car fixed. They did a awesome job on getting it back to normal. They also back up there work with a lifetime warranty.Thanks Mario and staff for the Customer service and great work.

When I was alittle shook up after my accident, Barbara was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She also backed up the process with a phone call to me. The owners were very helpful with the fact that my insurance did not cover collision and worked with me financially. I also got my truck back in 7 working days and the workmanship was excellent.

Our student sons' car door had to be replaced. We live in Austin and these guys really took care of everything. They were honest, easy to talk to and made the experience smooth. The paint match was good and best of all it was much less expensive than the bids we got here. We were also in a crunch so he could come home and they got it done!Highly recommended!G Shelly

Wonderful experience they went above and beyond. Great attention to detail, I had the interior and exterior detail package. And let me tell you my Jeep was better than when I drove it off the dealership. It's the $$ package but well worth the money. Something I would do maybe twice a year. Did a EXCELLENT job on my vehicle. Took the car in for repairs from a fender bender. They found mire more damage then the not trained eye could see. They fixed everything as it was when I bought it off the showroom. Ricky was very helpful and kept me up to date on literally everything. Very good group of people there. Will recommend anyone to them. Thanks again!!

Texas Lone Star Collision has to be one of the most courteous best companies I've ever worked with. This is my first experience using a body shop and I could not be happier and more pleased with the way my van turned out they did an excellent job, and it didn't take very long for them to fix it. They were so honest with the prediction with the amount of time it would take to fix it. when I did have a problem they came out got my van fixed it right away. I live out in Water Valley and I did not want them to have to drive all the way out here to pick it up but they insisted that they didn't mind they picked it up and had it back in no time and all problems were fixed. All of the staff absolutely friendly and very informative i would highly recommend to anyone needing auto body repair.

Just fantastic service all around. Brought in my Jeep hard top to have it repainted and they restored the damage, protected my headliners and the GoPro mounts while cleaning out 7 years of dirt in the rubber gaskets on my freedom top. All for a very affordable price. Mario, Grace and their staff will treat you right.

The customer service was great! The staff went out of their way to help fix our car perfectly after it got t-boned. They dealt with the insurance, helped to pick up the rental car, and then came to us to tint the windows so that we could have our car back. We will recommend Texas Lone Star Collision to anyone in the future!!
