Came out to Twin Buttes for some 4x4 and got stuck call them and Bubba came out to help got it out no problems really easy going person willing to work with us to get the truck out

Awesome tow company. Very caring and kind staff in all departments from the owner to the office staff to the drivers. Very respectful and understanding.This company turned a horrible vehicle experience into an easy process. They even offered me a ride home. Highly recommend Southern Industrial Towing. Terry, the Secretary, was very efficient and fast in helping customers (me) in a difficult time when my vehicle broke down. She is the first point of contact for the company and demonstrated her ability to make a good impression of the company. She kept her promises and arranged everything to go smoothly and promptly for the whole towing process. Walter was a very good and courteous driver. He was prompt and did his work with a positive. attitude. The price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

The nicest people in the world! Very kind and fair. Down to earth and hard working individuals. Dusty and Terri were funny and caring, they helped us understand how to not have our car towed again and reviewed laws to help also. It was my first time being towed and I was freaking out. They made my experience better. Thank you for all the help you gave to us dusty we appreciate it deeply!

This Towing Company is amazing!!! On Friday night l hit a deer seventy-five miles from San Angelo. The first company want $635 in cash to come get enough and did not want to use my insurance!! Yes, $635 in cash!! The second place wanted $245 and did not want to use my insurance. When l called Mr. Dusty, he asked,Did you kill it when l told him l hit a deer!" He made me smile and l knew he was the one. He was there in an hour and a half to get me and brought me home safely. He also keep my car for free until l could get in touch with insurance company.and he did not charge me anything and is getting paid by my insurance company. Southern Industrial Towing is an amazing company and if you are ever in need of a tow, you can not go wrong using them!! Thank you so much Mr. Dusty, you are truly an amazing man!!!

The employees at southern industrial, are some of the most kind hearted, down to earth people I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone there did what they could to inform me and help me to insure I d never get towed again. Dusty and his wife Terry are incredibly easy to talk to. Going to only be taking my business to southern industrial for their southern hospitality

Our motor home broke down in San Angelo. Tow truck driver got us to a safe place to dry camp for the night. The next day Southern Industrial prioritized getting us back on the road. The guys were some of the nicest and most professional people we've ever dealt with. They diagnosed the problem, told us our options, and then did the work as quickly as possible so we could be on our way fast.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Don t do business with this company unless you want to lose money. Very disappointed in this company how they lied to get more money. They charged me an extra $400 from the estimated price that was given to me. I don t understand how they can get away with this. $937.75 to move a tractor trailer 4.7 miles. Yes that is correct 4.7 miles.You will be dealing with thieves. Make up charges like re-positioning the truck an charge $200 extra dollars for moving the truck 20 feet. Not to mention they include a hourly rate that they don t tell you about till the end. Use at your own risk. You have been warned. Don t be taken advantage of.

After waiting almost 2 hours for the first place we called. This company came to help us within 30 minutes of our call, and the driver was super nice and seemed to know exactly what he was doing.9/04/19 As a repeat customer Southern Industrial Was my first choice this time! Car wouldn't start this morning called these guys still made it to work ON TIME!!! Thanks Guys!

Seriously some of the nicest people I ve met in San Angelo. Very empathetic, and understanding. I m a college student and my car is my only way I get to class and work. Dusty and Terry are amazing people,would highly recommend working with them

I was very pleased with the towing service they provided. They arrived quickly and were courteous and compassionate. They knew I was having a hard time and were kind in the way they spoke to me and took great care taking my car to the shop. Well done!

Great man, great family and great company. First time being in San Angelo and wasn t off to a great start, due to our truck breaking down on the side of the road. We called up Southern Industrial Towing and told them our problem and they said Dusty is heading our way. Got there in 10 minutes helped us out with our situation and showed us great hospitality in HIS town. This is one of the most respectable and genuine human beings I ve ever met. I highly recommend calling Southern Industrial Towing if you end up on the side of the road with car problems. Vote Dusty for Sheriff!

These folks are real lifesavers! I had an emergency tow, and our insurance company contacted them. Bubba was friendly and professional, and arrived promptly. I was so appreciative of the service I received; I highly recommend this company!

Our vehicle broke down with transmission issues after auto-shops in San Angelo had closed, so I called Southern Industrial for their advice on where would be best to take it so we wouldn t have to tow again in the morning. The owner recommended a good honest shop that was best for our needs despite the fact that they themselves do auto work In-house. When it turned out the next day that we needed to tow the vehicle back home, Bubba came to do the job and was very professional, kind and efficient. Thanks to all y all at Southern Industrial for helping those in need !

Terrible, abusive, and unjust people!!!! they say they will charge you an amount for a tow and make driver sign a blank invoice and 2 days later they want to charge you 3 times more for a tow?!?!? and if you don't pay they make you have a hard time and make you pay more.. and If you do pay they still give you the hardest time ever if you don't want to fix your equipment with them.. I do not recommend them at all!!! If you don't believe me go ahead.. use them!!!

IF YOUR VEHICLE ISNOT LOADED ON THE BACK OF THEIR TRUCK THEY CAN NOT CHARGE YOU A DROP FEE .I was charged a $125 drop fee for my vehicle when it was not even fully hooked up and ready for towing by these crooked tow truck drivers and it wasn t till later when I went home did I discover that legally as stated on the tdlr.texas.gov website they should have let me drive away for free since I arrived BEFORE they had my vehicle hooked up. I ll be taking them to court.

Disgusting business practices. Make you sign an empty invoice while promising one price, you get another huge bill in the mail later already sent to collections. If you dont give them money they threaten to call the police and make up lies.

$580.00 just to use a winch to pull my truck backwards. They didn't even have to tow it. 15 minutes of work cost me 1 weeks pay. Feels like i helped them more than they helped me.
