Had $500 stolen out of an envelope that was in my center console. No cameras in the wash area. Said they can t do anything about it since there is no proof. Will never trust them with my vehicle again. Do not go here! Untrustworthy employees!!

Fast and a free wash, too bad they used the wrong oil. The correct oil is written on the window sticker, on the window by the attendant, and on the oil fill cap.

Pulled in here for a state inspection. Barely had sat down 5 minutes and done. Fast friendly service. They do great job on car wash as well as I've used them for that before.

I brought my car here for the first time today for an oil change. As soon as I got there, someone went to me to offer help. I was greeted with friendliness and politeness. The oil change was done very quickly. I even got a 10% discount for Ladies' Day. The oil service included a car wash and to my satisfaction, the car wash was done well and they even vacuum the carpets for me. The price is good compared to service at car dealerships and the service I got was quick and amazing. Highly recommend!

Do not go here for anything but a car wash. I used this place countless times for oil changes in my 2017 GMC Terrain. Every time I have requested synthetic oil and payed for synthetic oil. Apparently they were using the cheapest oil they had and now my car is trashed. Oil sludge built up all throughout the engine and sensors. Had to do a whole engine clean out. I spoke to several people who had the exact same issue with this place. Save your money.guys they cost me $1500 in engine repairs.Service: Oil change

I got an oil change and a wash on my truck here. Wow. The team here did a great job. I had previously been going to another shop that peovoded the same service and implied they were fast auto service but the quality and service wasn't so great there. SHINE BRITE not only provided great quality service but was also incredibly fast. I was in and out with an oil change and a wash/vacuum/tire shine on my truck in less than 15 minutes. And it cost me HALF of what the other business was charging me.Service: Oil change

I came to San Angelo to take my mother to dr. My ac wasn t blowing hard . Stopped and got an in cab air filter. Since I didn t have the t-15 bit to change it out I called a couple places that wanted to charge me 65 for a 3 min task. Called Firestone and they wouldn t do the job unless I bought the filter from them and it was over 65 bucks . Called here and they said bring it in. They met me at the bay doors and pulled it in and was on my way in 5 min. True customer service which I think almost everyone has forgotten to do . If I could zero stars I would but I will never come back to the awful place again! Everyone was so rude and it took forever and there were only 2 cars. I ll stick to gentle touch auto wash

Got an oil change. And was made aware of issues with my brakes.Very nice folks. Brad actually sent me a text message thanking me for trusting him with my vehicle. And contact number for any other services I may need. Customer service is on point!

I have always use them for a car wash. On Friday took my car for a wash, one of the staff picked it up and after a little while I was told that the drive wash rail cut the driver's tire. They promised to get the tire replaced the next because it was late. One of the staff dropped me off at my house. On Saturday morning, I got a call saying that my car can't be fixed until Monday. I asked for a rental to get by until Monday, the owner, refused and said he can't. I tried to explain to him the inconvenience and how I would go to work on Monday and he threatened to call the cops on me. How rude????. He did say that has happened to some customers and they threaten to take him to court but it never happens. This time might be different.Please, be careful when you take your car for a wash here, inspect it very well when they hand you the keys. Owner is very rude and not responsible.

I've been a customer for over a year. Never had any issues but this last Saturday I went in for an oil change, I was the 2nd customer in line at 8am and when my services were completed I paid, left and after about 10 minutes I remembered I had money in my glove box and wanted to use it for gas but when I went to check it my 45$ was gone. I had to be at work so I wasn't able to go back and question them but I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone to see if they have cameras to check and see who was in my glove box.Service: Oil change

Great place for an oil change.. in and out so fast! Can't beat the free car wash with every oil change conveniently located next door. They also check other fluids and top them off if necessary. Not sure why this place got bad reviews. I stopped in for an oil change and complimentary wash. Truck came out looking great. They did not try and sell me more than was needed, I.e blades, filters, stuff like that. I went to the store after and noticed my antenna missing. It s a small aftermarket one and was a little pricey so I headed right back and they literally stopped everything to make sure I found my little antenna. 3 guys came to look and since it s so small it fell in the door pocket but to have 3 employees come out as busy as they were to make sure I was satisfied made me feel like a valued customer. Great price too, $100 for a diesel oil change and free wash. Can t beat that. I just wished I wasn t just in town hunting or I d be a regular customer. 5 stars well deserved.

Friendly and fast service!! I recommend going in the morning on a Saturday if you don't have time during the week since it wasn't very busy. After they changed the oil they even washed and vacuumed the car! I will definitely go back when needed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took less than 25 minutes cost me less than $50 . The service included wash& dry, wiped it down on the inside and gave it a full oil change. I drive a bug 4 door truck so I'm super impressed. Will definitely be back.

Reliable, easy and quick service for car wash/detail or changing oil and inspection stickers for registering your vehicle. Just pull up, they will come to you. Guide you to the waiting area where you can view a tv and beverages are available. Even when busy, the wait is short.

Every time I go to get my oil changed or car inspected, the people here are super nice and friendly. They always get it done quickly so I m not waiting too long. They also have complimentary drinks in their litttle waiting area. As an ASU student, I also get a free car wash inside and out every time I go. Awesome local business.

I was disappointed with the service. The attendant did not follow through with my various requests. I had to go back to the workers several times upon noticing the lack of care in the cleaning service. The floor mats were wet and not placed properly. The Hood and trunk areas were not cleaned as requested. The fragrance was not as requested. Upon each of these items I had to return to the bay and find someone to make the correction. However, they did eventually make it right after pointing out the problems several times. The bottom line is if they would have followed directions there wouldn't have been any problems.In the end the car got a good clean wash!

Best place in town to get your state inspection done. I have been here twice for the same reason and have received the same great and fast service each time. As soon as you pull up, the associates will approach you to see what you need. Solid place!

If you are going to charge 48.00 for a wash you should finish the job. The door jams not cleaned, the truck bed not done, dust left behind on the dash board. First timer. Incomplete job
