Whoa! Incredibly helpful and honest. We had an RV issue and he talked us through it on the phone! Talk about customer service! We are so grateful for his help! If we ever have any RV issues come up this will be our GO TO business! I would highly, highly recommend them! Their honesty alone is priceless!! Trustworthy, amazing communication, and out of this world customer service!

My furnace quit working. Sam and his guts came out diagnosed the problem with in an hour. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend his service. Fair price as well, he does not stall just to rack up time as I have experienced in the past.

Sam found the problem with the slide and gave me instructions on my next steps with the warranty part of it. Another issue with a water leak come up since the initial call and he found the leak and fixed it in no time. Great to work with, got here when he said he would and answered all my questions.

Needed a new water heater, Sam was great to work with, since my husband was working 7 days a week Sam really helped us out!! Very knowledgeable explained everything to me. Price is very reasonable as we are in Eldorado. Would definitely recommend!!!

The frig in our camper stopped working and we called Sam. He came out the next day and fixed it right up. Very friendly and cares about his customers. The fact he will come to you is the best feeling EVER! Thanks Sam. Highly recommend from this lady!Peggy Speetzen

About 6 months ago I paid Sam paid Sam over half down for awning repair. They never got done. And refuses to refund my money.good job Sam!!!

We had a big problem with our motor home in San Angelo. Our fridge died and leaked all of its ammonia charge just as we were going to bed. It smelled really bad. The next morning I called Sam and he was able to come right over. Just as we feared, this required replacing the cooling unit on the back of the fridge. Sam ordered the part and we had to wait for it to arrive. Sam was very professional and very skilled when he replaced the cooling unit. It was a pretty big job, and he did it on our schedule. Great repair work at its best! Fridge works again and we owe it to Sam. I would recommend Sam for any job, large or small.

We called, and Sam came out the same day. He did diagnostics for the leveling system and slide outs. Turns out we need a new motor and pump for our Lippert system. He can do warranty work and we are thankful for everything he has done for us. Pretty sure he will have it fixed long before any RV dealership in town can fix it as we were told dealerships would have our 5th wheel 4-6 months before fixed!So if you need a job done don t hesitate to call Sam!

One day before leaving on a trip we noticed that our LP system wasn't working. Sam came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was back the next day, repaired the malfunctioning regulators, and had us ready to leave on time. He obviously worked hard to get us into his busy schedule. If you have an issue, he is the man, period!Larry

Very customer-service oriented. Helpful staff. Helped us with an issue on our camper going from Austin to Colorado. Got us in on the spot with little notice (I called on the way in). Definitely a life-saver! Thanks, guys!

Sam was able to swing by to check on a black water flush leak during my one day stay. It just needed to be tightened. Unfortunately the 1 hr minimum and service call amounted to $200 for a less than 15 min job. He identified a leak in the city water connection but didn't have a part to replace it.

Had issue with RV propane system after limited use during the winter. Contacted San Angelo Mobile RV repair and he knew exactly the issue after a couple minute conversation. Got us back up and running quickly.

HWH leveling Jack's quit working, almost closing time, but Sam took my call and diagnosed the problem over the phone. It was a fluid level issue. HWH manuals useless. If I am ever in the San Angelo area and need RV, I will call them. Thanks again Sam.

Sam is very good at RV repairs! We had a busted water heater and he hadit out and repaired and back in in just a few days. I would highly recommend him for any RV repair.

I paid Sam in advance 800.00 to order windows. He just took my money, now he will NOT answer or return my calls! Guess he isn't honest as I thought he was. He droves around with a Bible on his dashboard reckon that's just for show.
