I had a great experience from beginning to end. Our sales professional, Abe, was extremely pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs and wants. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Mitchell. Especially from Abe. He was great!

Great experience with Mitchell Toyota. Curtis Andrews was so helpful and patient with me. I was searching for a Toyota Sienna and he helped me find one and waited 2 weeks until I could travel up there to buy it. 7 hour drive and well worth it. I was in and out in an hour. He even helped me transfer my things from my vehicle to our new Sienna. I am so pleased with the service received and even though it s a long drive for us we will definitely buy from Mitchell Toyota again!

Incredibly fast and so helpful! Car was better than expected when we got there! They even took the time to get it all ready for us! They were very accommodating in us coming up a few days after we called! Curtis Andrew s was very nice and personable! Favian was also very quick when we were doing the paperwork!

Wanna give a shout out to these beautiful people. They have made this process so easy and worry free. I am so glad that I have these people in my town. Super friendly and quick. They have helped me out and explained everything every step of the way. The best team anyone could ask for. If you want it done right come to this toyota spot. From the guys and girls in the front to the people in the back. They are super friendly and amazing. I can't thank them enough.

Curtis is seriously the best! We had to go in w wild goose chase, between sign bank loans, getting my drivers license, and filling my tank. Seriously, the BEST sales person I have EVER dealt with! If you are looking to get a car here, you will not go wrong with Curtis helping you out. Thank you so much Curtis you re amazing!! Or should I say Uncle bob?

Be aware of "after the sale" experience!!Bought my first used vehicle from Mitchell Toyota. I am giving them 2 stars because the buying experience was pretty normal. I am happy with the price and the salesman/sales manager did well.The reason for my lower rating is "the rest of the experience". While I understand I was buying a used vehicle I was disappointed that after calling early and accepting the deal and sending my required documents the vehicle prep was lacking. My wife and I were not able to get to the dealership until the evening to take delivery. After signing everything I went to the vehicle and found that the only delivery prep completed was taking the stickers off the windows. The vehicle was not washed or fueled. This is the first vehicle that I have bought that the dealership hasn't filled with a tank of gas. May be minor to some, but the little things contribute to the buying experience and the buying experience earns repeat customers.The bigger issue I have is that 2 days after taking delivery and only putting 50 miles on the vehicle which included a trip to the gas station and car wash I found two silver dollar spiderweb cracks from rock chips in the windshield. I would not have purchased the vehicle had the windshield been clean and I noticed the cracks. I went to the dealership and was basically shrugged off with the, "too bad you left the lot" mentality. I will say that I was not able to speak to my salesman when I went back to the dealership. The service representative was the one that dismissed me.Now I have a windshield on borrowed time that I can't claim on my insurance, without lying and committing insurance fraud, and the only thing that has been offered is to fill the cracks, which the independent windshield shop that I went to after the dealership, stated was a temporary fix. The new windshield is anywhere from $500 - $900 from what I have found so far. Again little things matter, I am sure it is nothing for the dealer to replace a window. It should have been replaced when they took the vehicle in on trade in my opinion.So needless to say this will be my first and only purchase from Mitchell Toyota. Unfortunately I am tied to them for at least 3 more years because of my extended warranty, so we will see how it goes. I did not get a great feeling from the service department the first time I went in there.Update: After writing this review the sales manager reached out. Apparently there was a communication breakdown and he is working on a fix for the windshield. I raised the rating to 3 because the buying experience itself was good. I will continue to update as the situation develops.

I walked in to Mitchell Toyota on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 pm looking to sell a car and met with Roberto Medina. I had a rather unique situation but Robert took his time and helped me through the process that in the end benefited us both and I m driving a a new to me Toyota Highlander that I absolutely love! My experience with Mitchell Toyota was the best. I am from Idaho and had never purchased a vehicle out of state before. Robert Medina was very good. Great communication and information. The process went very smooth and fast. Couldn t have asked for a better salesman. I ordered a transport and he even took pics for me while they loaded my tundra. Being new in San Angelo is a bit difficult in finding the right car for me. I am glad Mitchell Toyota has a very friendly and approachable team. They have assisted me with the reservation of my car, up to the processing, and release of my corolla. Salute to Abe and all the Toyota-San Angelo team.

Adrian and Will helped me tremendously. Not only did they get me in the vehicle I ve wanted for years. I had been having issues getting a check through my insurance company to fix the hail damage on my old vehicle they called them their selfs and got that check in the mail that day!! I ve been trying to get that check for 17 months!!! No other dealership would help their customers like these guys. They are wonderful people and I could never thank them enough!

After swearing we would not buy a car in San Angelo, we hesitantly went down to Mitchell Toyota. After being burned by an Abilene dealer, due to using our own financing (dealership added a fee of a $1000 if you don t use their financing), we were not in the mood for any games or gimmicks and going back and forth with the sales manager. We said up front, we want honest prices and history of the vehicle or we would walk immediately. We laid the hammer down before looking at anything and our wishes were respected. We gave Earnest Garcia a shot, and he delivered. He was honest, up front and worked hard to give us the best/fair price for the car. He was knowledgeable about the car market and made sure we stayed within our price point. He didn t pressure us and it helped that they work closely with the bank we were financing with. He was nice, eager to help, and over all a pleasure to work with. We had a deal on our first offer. The whole process was truly easy, and we have been put through the ringer at various places. If you re in San Angelo and looking, I would only go to Mitchell Toyota. We are tough car buyers and we have been pleased. We are proud owners of a New to us SUV.
