If I could leave 0 stars, I would.Had our International truck towed here at the end of January, 2024, due to transmission issues. Not once during the entire communications were we told that they did not have the right equipment to perform work on our truck. We did not find this out until after we paid way more than the estimate originally give and only then was our driver allowed to gain access to the vehicle. When he started the vehicle, the warning light was still on and at that time he was told that they were not certified to work on Internationals.Once our driver was able to leave in the vehicle, the truck is still having the same issues. They changed out 3 different parts on the vehicle and it is still not working correctly. When approached with this matter, they suggested that we give their information to the new shop that we decide to bring it to and they will explain the work that they did.Buyer Beware!

Pure trash, a company who can t stand behind their work and admit when they are wrong. Looks like a 3yr old finger paint job save your money and your time or you ll be wasting them both again to have another shop correct their mistakes

Their tech completely ruined a brand new rug in the the unit that was rolled up so he could step on the bottom. But his lack of concern caused the rug to unroll and is now black where his greasy shoes were. Complete disregard.

I love Lonestar s service department! They have their mission statement and values displayed at the cashiers window so everyone can see if what we are paying for lines up with the written values of the organization. And guess what they live their values! Here is why I say that. My wife and I have a custom SuperC motor home we built on a Freightliner Columbia chassis. After driving for 6 months around the USA We had a list of items ranging from Air conditioner issues to rear brake pads. We knew a week ahead of time we would be driving through San Angelo so we called and talked to their service dept about our list and their ability to fix stuff. They were good listeners and responded to every question we asked. They don t take appointments so we called again the day before we arrived to make sure they didn t have a huge backlog. They were realistic and didn t promise to fix everything right away but they said they would do their best to take a look right away and let s us know what they found. When we got there a note was on the top of the the service orders with our name on it. Melissa was expecting us - which was amazing since they don t take appointments. But they do listen well and responded as true caring human beings. Melissa assigned us to Matlock who is a great mechanic. He found the issues fast and just fixed them on the spot. No delays to schedule the repair after the diagnosis. He did his best to get us back on the road. He did the right thing! Between Matlock and Melissa we were tread exceptionally welland the price was fair.The bottom line: we had a no hassle experience and will be back to San Angelo Lonestar service department on our next lap around the USA.

We CANNOT say enough good things about this place. Daniel was absolutely wonderful in helping us get what we needed in a timely manner and David picked up where he left off! These people really do care and want your business! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Big thanks to all the guys at Lonestar Truck Group San Angelo Tx for excellent service on my 2019 Motorhome. Special thanks to Ryan and Adam and a special thanks to Alfred a great hard working mechanic. These guys repaired my motor home for what I originally tookIt in for and noticed a wheel seal leaking and was able to change the seal out and what amazed me is they had all the parts in stock. I will for sure use then again next time I need serviceDone.

Professional approach, good attitude, fixed my ac electrical issues in no time. They are not parts swappers, they really know how to approach a situation. I m otr driver and when i go to a mechanic shop i m kinda scared but was not the case at this locationThank you

If you want your time wasted and get discriminated and disrespected go to this Freightliner. A lot of people who work here are rude and racist. They did not want to give an estimate at all. A small repair cost me wait there for almost four days.

I called the service part & inquired about getting a bus inspected. The person on the telephone was very pleasant & courteous & responded by encouraging me to get there asap & get in line. I arrived about 30 minutes after our telephone conversation & I was presented to the service Manager Matt who started with the paperwork right away. He was very friendly & professional as well.I would have to say this was one of my best experiences in having my bus inspected!I am totally satisfied with the service & professional treatment I received.

Very professional. A 12-hour job took 2 weeks. I stayed in a hotel. I say this only because I have seen other truckers complain about slow work from truck repair shops. But almost the entire delay was due to delays that were out of Lonestar's control - related to getting the part. They went out of their way to expedite this and did everything they could to get me in and out. Sometimes the hardest part of being a trucker is waiting. But that's not their fault. Top notch business.

Truck ran fine until they got a hold of it then all kinds of problems set in. They didn't flush lines like they were told didn't change filters until they tried to start it. Truck ran great before I parked it. They put new batteries in then tried to start before work was done on it now they said it needs ECM and injectors who knows what else it needs.

I want to start by thanking Lone Star Truck Group for taking care of my issue, Melissa was very helpful on getting all the needed info to get the process moving rather quickly. I also want to thank the road service technician that went over and took care of my brother's issue with the truck. Good,fast and friendly service. Thank you guys!!!!.

They r terrible charges me over 1800 $ and for a wrong diagnostic they chance the def pump and the problem was in the regenation terribleeee

We were on our way to Lubbock with a load, and just before we got to San Angelo our engine started acting up pretty bad, we stopped here because it was the closest place, and ended up having to have an in-frame rebuild. We were very pleased with this place, the mechanic was meticulous and very, very good, and the price was very reasonable. We are from the valley, and were very glad it happened where it did because we are constantly getting ripped off down there. They were friendly, helpful folks and we would definitely recommend this place. Wish they were down where we live...

Very helpful and very professional. My truck had to be towed in to the Freightliner dealership in San Angelo, due to derate issues. From the time that my truck arrived at the dealership to the time that they were done with the repairs it was a reassuring experience. Michael answered all my questions. Melissa went above and beyond to handle all my warranty issues. Melissa was calling me every few hours to update me on the status of my truck. Melissa King thanks for being awesome.....

This place is great for RV repairs. Mechanic James was awesome. He was an expert at fixing our RV radiator problems. Courteous and professional service accomplished in a timely manner.

Place is extremely efficient. Their tech came out to us, onto the interstate and tried to reboot the truck since DEF was run dry by my student. He also brought DEF.

They know what they are doing, I've gone to quite a few mechanics with this same engine issue, who charged me but didn't fix the problem, these guys fixed it and the charge was reasonable.

Would have been great if I could have paid for my parts. I had 6 different people make eye contact and not one said just a minute or I'll find someone so I could pay for the parts.

I needed a DOT state inspection so I called was instructed to come in anytime. I went by in the early afternoon was told to come back in an hour. Came back in two hours and waited an an hour and a half for a 15 minute job anywhere else. If you can avoid this place do it. I know I will.

Awesome service. Had to replace a fuel line, in and out in 2 hours, the price for a case of 4 inch straps 90$ can't beat that
