Super friendly easy going establishment. Unfortunately, I drop off a pristine, show room floor clean golf cart for service and get it back like it s been left in the middle of a cotton field for 3 weeks. It will take triple as much time as their labor to get it back to the condition I dropped it off in.

Talk about being professional, from the time i walked in i was greeted. The ladies up front were awesome and friendly. I went in to get a battery replaced and the mechanic was very friendly and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

I ve been there several times for batteries, tires, oil/filter, etc. for our golf carts at work. They also came and picked up one of our golf carts that had engine issues and they were fast, we re very thorough and did an all around great job. I recommend them and Bobby is a great guy.

There is no comparison in the cart business .These people are hard working and honest. Bought my cart 4 years ago and have had no issues at all .2014 Yamaha gas New or used they are tops!!

These are most accommodating people in the S A area.They will treat you so many ways, you're bound to like one of them. No, seriously,they take care of you the way it's supposed to be done.Service after the sale. Super nice and they have been here forever,and all I did was buy a battery. They sell golf carts and four wheel drive carts for work on the ranch,too

We went in looking for a cart. Met Keith he was awesome showed us our options and gave us plenty of good advice. Then through the payment and setting up delivery. Whitney was amazing gave us great help and was quick to respond to any questions. On the delivery Bobby brought it to us at a time that worked best for us and gave a great delivery walk through of the cart. These people are all truly professionals and earned our business even after they already had it. We will be back for service and our next cart. Thank you!!!

Went to find a cart and was met with Keith. We discussed options for carts and the add on I wanted were installed that day. In just a couple of hours I had a new customized cart loaded up and ready to hit the course. Definitely recommend Hawkins.

Their service is top notch, I can rely on the quality of their rebuilt batteries over commercial new.I have been a customer of theirs since I moved to San Angelo and purchased my first vehicle 20 years ago .

Recently retired and moved to Texas, needed a ranch cart for running around the property and bought a used ranch cart. I had no idea the things people are doing to golf carts now. Mine is older but runs like a champ. I needed an extra key so I stopped in Hawkins at the advice from neighbors. You can't just get a key copied for these carts. Hawkins hooked me up. You can get anything you need for a golf/ranch cart here and then some. I have so many ideas for my cart now. It's become a work horse for me. I even have a small trailer I tow behind collecting firewood and debris. Anything I want to customize I can get at Hawkins. They left no question unanswered. Staff is knowledgeable.I'm glad I have a local place I can take my cart to if need be and a place to get the extras I want to add.

Customer service is on point here!! The staff made me feel comfortable and cool and it was hot outside!! They answered all my questions and gave me information I needed to know. Love this place! Oh and the prices BEST IN TOWN!! I shopped around and nobody beats their prices!!

There is no better place in town to get batteries or golf carts. You will be very happy to do business with Bobby or anyone at that facility. And they sell lawn mowers too

Have had the opportunity to deal with these folks awhile. Staff at all levels... owner to technician... are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They can turn a bad battery day to a good one.

I have a really old 3 wheel golf cart and my son destroyed a tire and rim. I walk in and they just had a new one on the shelf and I was in and out in no time. They were friendly and even put it in my truck for me.
